Blütewoche 6: Die Woche begann okay. Das Vergilben ist nicht gravierend schlimmer geworden.. 🙏 Also sollte es hoffentlich doch bis zur Ernte reichen 😁 .... Ich hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass es irgendwie nicht so wirklich weitergeht.. Die Buds wurden nicht sonderlich dicker, bei 3 von 4 Pflanzen blieb der Stretch fast völlig aus.. Also nochmal jemanden fragen der Ahnung hat. Einen Tag darauf bekam ich Besuch von meinem Kollegen, welcher den Grow das erste mal sah. Er schaute sich die Pflanzen etwas gründlicher an... und sagte, dass dort eine Stelle verdächtig aussieht... Nach weiterer Begutachtung stand fest. Es sind 2 sichtbare Pollensäcke versteckt an der hinteren linken Pflanze... Er beruhigte mich und sagte ich solle nicht durchdrehen.. wir schauen uns es morgen früh im hellen an und entfernen die Säcke vorsichtig.. Das Problem mit dem ruhig bleiben ist nur ... dass es mir nicht so liegt, wenn ich meine gesamte Arbeit schlagartig als gefärdet sehe... 😓😐😶 Am nächsten Tag stellte sich heraus, meine Panik war nicht unbegründet ... kurzgesagt ich habs leider trotz aller Mühen verkackt 😓😓😓 Alles ist voller Samen.. jede Pflanze wurde von der kleinen Skywalker bestäubt. Von unten bis in die Headbuds... Aber Hey bleib locker, kann passieren, lernste draus und gut ist ... Das ist was man in solchen Momenten gerne hört 😡 Das Fazit ist jedoch... Genauso ist es. Es kann passieren. Man kann nicht alles von vornherein wissen. Man kann nicht alles perfekt machen ohne es einmal geübt oder fehler gemacht zu haben... Es ist einfach zu viel, dass man einfach wissen müsste. Ich bin Perfektionist durch und durch .. Aber diesmal war es gaaanz weit entfernt von perfekt 😩 Die ganze Zeit, Nerven, Mühe, Vorfreude und vorallem das Geld .. alles erstmal futsch.. Aber eine Menge dazugelernt habe ich... Hoffentlich kann ich das nächste mal mehr davon richtig anwenden 🙏 Für mich ist der Grow hiermit Emotional und aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht als gescheitert zu betrachten. 💤 Alle Pflanzen werden nun wieder gemeinsam in die erste Growbox unter 200W gestellt um ihre letzten Wochen hoffentlich ganz schnell hinter sich zu bringen.. damit sie mir aus den Augen verschwinden 😕 Die neuen Samen sind bereits eingesetzt und werden mir hoffentlich etwas mehr Glück bringen! 🙏 Vielen Dank fürs Lesen. The Bruce Banner showed a nutrient deficiency (potassium) this week. I have just learned that organic fertilizer should always be applied at 100% of the recommended rate and not at 50% as I did in the first few weeks. However, it doesn't look too bad yet and I have now increased the fertilization. Next I discovered 2-3 small pollen sacks on S.A.D. #3 & #4... I don't know why both plants were slightly twittering but I simply removed these bananas :-) We will see!

The feed schedule of six 15 minute feeds daily continues with a 900ppm nutrient level. The HLG 650R remains at 100% output, and is hung 30" from the canopy now as I had to raise it for some taller plants in the tent. 11/10- The Strawberry Gorilla's just hit the one week mark in their flowering and the #2 definitely has the most developed flowers of the three plants, with the #1 and #3's flowers about equal in development. I'm continuing to adjust the LST wires on all three plants to try and keep as much light penetration down into the centers of the plants which has been working well. I have also removed a shade leaf here and there when necessary. 11/12- Today I drained, cleaned the reservoir and distribution bucket, then refilled the reservoir with 90L of 70℉ well water to which Plagron nutrients were added to give a 900ppm concentration, then ph'd to 5.8. All I am doing now in between drain/refills of the reservoir is adding straight water to maintain the 90L level and checking the ph. Over the course of the 7 days in between reservoir changes the ppm's will slowly drop, but will still be adequate, never dropping below 750ppm's. The plants are really doing well in this AirCube system and I'm slowly getting a better handle on its 'in's & out's'. I did also check the ppm's of the return solution to see if there was a wide variance from what was going in, and all was good with only a 50-100ppm difference. 11/14- There goes a full week of flower for the FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla's! That's how I know the crop was harvested too early:( ..... but only because someone started visiting my place of cultivation and took my two girls, and left two, so that he wouldn't come back a second time and take them, I decided to cut her down earlier:( that's it such news awaited me when I returned from vacation, but overall the girl looked very beautiful, although she got a lot of stress when the snails ate her, but she endured it and recovered very well:) I will dry the bigger flowers and make bubble hash from the rest, good luck to everyone be careful in nature :).

Buds should be dried in the dark at 21 degrees in 50% humidity

Another week past and the plants seemed to have finished their stretch. It seems that the plant one the right has the purple phenotype genetics and the one on the left is lacking the, xD. It i wasn't so obvious at first but now i can really tell. I only hope that they fatten up nicely as they come to the end of their life cycle and i get a massive yield xD. All the best guys. July 5 - The girls are still doing awesome. temps are between 21-26. Humidity is 40-50. Still feeding every 24-36 hours with 3L per plant. July 6 - They are doing good. Showing lots of flower sites now. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures today. July 7 - Tons of progress since last week. I don't see any signs of any problems, and still no pests! The smell is getting A lot stronger as it starts to flower more July 8 - Still doing there thing, no problems, temps and humidity is fine. Have been feeding every 24 hours now as they seem to be really thirsty July 9 - Super happy with how they are doing. No issues yet. Smell is heavier, and tons of bud sites showing up. Only issue is they are growing pretty uneven. July 10 - Time to get a even canopy! First time doing some HST. I also did some defoliation. One of the stems split open a bit but it seems to be doing just fine. I did he HST and defoliation in the morning, i then took pictures of 12 hours later and everything seems just fine! July 11 - Everything seems to be a lot more even and the broken stem doesn't seem to affect the growth.

Flowering has begun and I will begin bloom nutrients with the next feed. A big stretch and filled out to almost double the width.

9L Pot was harvest 6 days before 12L pot with 66g dry bud plus 3.1g bubble hash. Total 69g 12L Pot was left for 6 more days and the harvest weight was 123g plus 7.3g bubble hash. Total 130g The buds is rock hard and cover in crystals. The smoke is balanced great hybrid.

My Girl showed some strength And character and now she looks she is going to make it after all I did to her ☹️. Buds starting feeling up nicely. This week, we concentrated on maintaining consistent environmental conditions, implementing light defoliation, and introducing low-stress training (LST) to encourage optimal growth and development. Plant Progress: 1. Tropicana Cookies: Growth: The plant showed significant progress, reaching a height of 37 cm by mid-week. Health: The plants remained healthy throughout the week. No signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies were noted. Interventions: Regular watering with 2 liters on alternating days and nutrient feeding with Alfa Boost at 1-1.5 ml/L. Light defoliation was performed on the 23rd to improve light penetration and airflow. Environmental Conditions: Maintained a stable temperature range (25-27°C during the day and 20-21°C at night) with relative humidity levels ranging from 62% to 75%. Increased PPFD to 500 towards the end of the week. Training: Introduced LST on the 27th to promote even canopy development and better light exposure to lower nodes. 2. Gorilla Zkittlez: Growth: Continued healthy growth, with notable vertical development reaching 21 cm by the end of the week. Health: Overall health was good, with no significant issues. A slight abrasion on a large fan leaf was monitored but did not worsen. Interventions: Followed the same watering and feeding schedule as Tropicana Cookies. Conducted light defoliation on the 23rd to enhance airflow. Environmental Conditions: Similar stable conditions as the other strains, with temperature and humidity maintained within optimal ranges. PPFD was increased to 500. Training: LST was implemented on the 27th to encourage bushier growth and ensure even light distribution. 3. Apple Strudel: Growth: Displayed steady growth, reaching a height of 21 cm by the end of the week. Health: Maintained good health throughout the week with no visible signs of stress or nutrient issues. Interventions: Consistent watering and feeding regimen with 2 liters of water on watering days and Alfa Boost nutrients. Light defoliation was done on the 23rd. Environmental Conditions: Environmental parameters were kept stable, mirroring the conditions of the other strains. The increase in humidity to 75% towards the end of the week was monitored. Training: LST was applied on the 27th to support even growth and improve light access to all parts of the plant. General Observations and Actions: Lighting and CO2 Enhancement: Continued to monitor and adjust the PPFD levels to ensure optimal light exposure for all plants, with a final adjustment to 500 towards the end of the week. CO2 levels were kept stable to support healthy growth. Nutrient Management: The consistent use of Alfa Boost and Epsom Salt has been effective, with no signs of overfeeding or deficiencies observed. Training and Defoliation: Light defoliation was carried out to enhance light penetration and airflow, reducing the risk of mold and pests. LST was introduced to encourage more even and bushy growth, promoting better overall plant health and yield potential. Conclusion: Week 4 has shown continued healthy development across all strains. The plants are responding well to the environmental conditions, nutrient regimen, and training techniques. Not every part of the New Year starts with a bang 😅 Before your Growmie went on a short trip, he massively overwatered his plants. I’m back now and fixing the mess I created. The strategy: After flooding the pots a few days ago, the roots were basically starved of oxygen. To make things worse, I then let them dry out a bit too much - classic overcorrection. 🤦‍♂️ Now it’s about finding balance: letting the soil dry properly, restoring oxygen to the root zone, and encouraging fresh growth. With some patience, they should bounce back within a week or so. 🌱💨 The Critical plant is also showing signs of nitrogen deficiency, which I’ll keep an eye on and address carefully once the root zone is happy again. For now, I’m not giving up on them. I’ll gladly trade a one-week setback over a three-week one any day. Feel free to follow along while I try to fix my own gruesome mistake 😂 Growmie lesson: Overwatering isn’t about how much water you use - it’s about how often. And overcorrecting can be just as stressful. Roots need air as much as they need water. 6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

The ladies are looking good so far. Here and there are a few brown / rusty spots on the leaves, so they have been rinsed to wash the salts out of the soil. Each plant was then watered with 1 liter of water with 2 ml Hesi Bloomcomplex, 1 ml Hesi Phosphor Plus and 1 ml BioBizz CalMag. •Day-92/ Bloomday-42 The sixth flowering week comes to an end. One of the OG Kush still shows defects on the leaves (brown/rust spots). Since it has been flushed it can't be salt buildup in the soil so it will probably be a nutrient deficiency so it will get a full fertilizer dose next week.
