Week 6 and things are really taking off. They are beginning to fatten up. Been using Overdrive for about 10 days now and buds are ROCK hard. Very impressed with this combo I have going right now. The Venom OG just continues to blow me away. The buds are really begging to fill out now and the leaves are just started to turn a dark color. Grand Daddy Purps have recovered nicely and are showing some incredible colors. Buds may be a little smaller in size than the other two but with at least 12 tops each and rock solid buds, I am not sweating it. Can't say how impressed I am with Dark Heart Nursery. These are really quality plants! At this point I am watering every day until the end.

Day 36 Flowering: Hi growmies Here we are at the halfway point in the flowering cycle. They will be in full PK swing now and be craving those elements to power more pistils and bud energy. I am giving them their last full Pk warrior 9/18 dosage this feed alongside a 3/4strength Megacrop feed. following feeds will be at half pk 9/18 till last 2 weeks. I am also still using calmag to compensate for the l.e.d and coco leeching that often happens with these combinations. In general they are both very healthy and feeding with no issues I now need to up the watering frequency as they do drink way more now. Mimosa lemon is looking long and lanky still but her potential to fill out over the coming 5 weeks is easy to vision. With her stems all set in place and her projection of where she will join nodes in the coming weeks , I think I need to think about supporting them maybe?. She doesn't have a lot of leaf among the stalky colas and looks very like a long flowering sativa does. Hwr smell is now very clear when touched and even close to the plant, you can smell the limonene from her namesake. A stinky lady is imminent i think. filter at the ready. With around 12 mains all going for Merristem status , she could be a contender for best auto yielder this run. Glueberry is certainly living up to her name if I dare to touch her!!. She is beginning to smell so nicely sweet with a hint of diesel too. I think i did stunt her growth early on with the foolish underwatering error. She recovered really well and does have a lot of buds within her canopy hidden. I will make sure I keep her well aired to avoid any mould issues .

At the start of week 8 she is still doing amazing and looking very healty and lush green the little nuggets are fatning up nicely and smelling very tasty cant put my finger on it what the smell is but its like a certain brand of bubblegum very sweet Day 51 drinking 33cl a day that’s a lot for such a little thing but she takes it in 3 times feeding her at 6 in the morning 5 in the afternoon and 11 at night like a little baby that needs her bottle in time Some of the outer leaves are colouring a little but hey she is half way her flowercycle so i expected her to start showing Some kind of signs that fall is starting to kick in Day 53 split her stem on top of her flux knob to increasse thc and budproduction to the fullest potential and binded a soft bendie arround it so she does not split further then neccesary🙏🙏 To all contestants the end dates is moved to 31 december due to Some unexpected and unnormal wheather factors with Some of the contestants Some of them have to unfortunatly start over so to give every one a fair chance final date is 31 DECEMBER!!! Or 14weeks as maximum growcycle Everybody gets that?!🙄🤣🤣 Not many people know about this trick, but I’m sharing it with you today. Have you ever heard of splitting the stem of your plant? No? Well, did you know this will force your plants to create heavier and denser buds? And it also increases THC production up to 20%! The purpose of stem splitting is to disturb the flow of nutrients and water right at the base of the stem. This will cause the plant to start producing more trichomes which means heavier and denser buds with higher THC levels. Make sure to read my article How to split the stem to increase THC levels after I tell you how to do this in 3 easy steps. How to split the stem in 3 easy steps: Step 1 Tie the stem with a rope or cable tie right at the base. Tie a second rope or cable tie a couple inches above that. Step 2 Take a very sharp knife and cut from the top tie to the bottom tie. There should be one vertical cut that is a few inches in length. Step 3 The knife should remain inside until you have a pencil or chopsticks to replace it with. This is to keep both sides of the marijuana plant from touching each other. Splitting the stem causes stress on the plant and forces it to create more trichomes. Trichomes serve as protectors of the marijuana plants. Specifically against pests, diseases, low temperatures and wind. Because of this protective feature, more trichomes are produced during times of stress. Take advantage of this special feature and read this article about splitting the stem and many more secret tricks to grow huge buds and increase your yield

The past few days have been a bit of a rollercoaster. First we got hit with some insane storms that cranked the humidity way up 🌧️💨. Just when things started to calm down, a brutal heatwave rolled in, hitting 91°F (33°C) 🔥. The plant definitely had to dig deep to get through that combo. But hey, she took it like a champ 💪 and powered through this unholy trinity of stress: repotting, extreme humidity, and blazing heat. Growth is still nice and compact 🌿 with tight internodal spacing. No signs of deficiencies on the leaves either. Everything’s looking green and happy ✅. This week I fed her using 75% of the BioBizz feeding schedule . Since my tap water has a pretty wild imbalance between calcium and magnesium, I added about 10% distilled water and gave her a tiny boost with some MagMono. Watered about one-third of the pot’s volume, roughly 1 liter, with a bit of runoff 💧. pH was dialed in to 6.4. Depending on how she develops, a second repot might be on the table next week

Week 3 (April 12-18th) At this point I was using water and a small amount of coffee grounds. Spent a lot of time talking and singing to the plant. The leaves got bigger and formed quickly this week. If you look at the different days you can clearly see how big the plant was getting.

Day 3 of flower now and stretching has been minimal. Expect weekly updates. Day 7, plant stretch has been even and manageable, foliage is dens tho, so at day 21 it will get an heavy defoliation and the lower growth cleaned up again.

Really fast out the gate. Done a repeat of the hard Defoliation method used in my Ztrawberry to see can I replicate that even strong node growth. This was the 1st of very high stress defoliations that will be done. Y, well I wanna see how hardy these genes are. And how they respond to various stress factors. So, my 1st hard defol was done at the end of wk 3. I removed all the fan leafs and left the small nodes to fend for themselves in the hopes it would actually push an even node growth, instead of older bigger fan leafs drawing in more energy and therefore making bigger nodes. You may think she is small. But, look at it from the point of them just been nodes and no big ass fan leafs that make your plant look twice the size it really is. So, stripped her bare. And let her run, and oh boy she did. Lovely node growth. Very well defined. Explosive growth from about 5 days into the hard defol she took off like a bat outta hell. Really took off coming into wk 4. Sadly, this is where the good times kinda stop.. Next wk, its all down kill, hit with a serve Sulphur issue. That came on with hrs and looked like a wk old issue. The response time from growing in co2 is so quick. The plant is finding it hard to show symptoms like a normal grow, where you'd see a gradual illness occur. But, this way. You really have to be on the ball. Its definitely not something I'd recommend doing until you get a few grows under you. The slightest oversight will throw her into a tail spin. Feel free to message me if you're interested in using co2. I'm by far no expert but, I know a fair about of head knowledge and hopefully soon experiences in it also and fixes etc. Methods Will be using my hard defoliation techniques to push this girl to making nice strong nodes, hopefully, that's the idea. Thus far. Its been going to plan. I've achieved a really good solid base, to build heavy buds on. Soon I'll start to tackle some sort of shape. I had to do a repair to a snapped node. Was literally hanging on by a very thin bit. Recovered strong and has set. I might now HST the otherside to counter the energy that this side will have more of now. As when you HST break a stem and it repairs the stem itself hardens up, storing more energy/fluids and helps direct it better up through the full filled nodes, so they're not like straws. So, the broken side will act like it's been HST'ed now. Tag 116: Ab heute gieße ich nur noch unbedüngt. In 2 Wochen ist schon ernte. Die Blätter sehen schon ziemlich mitgenommen aus, das liegt denke ich zum einen an den hohen Sativa Anteil und an meiner zu starken entlaubung 😱 Aber die Blüten sehen super harzig aus.

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO.
