Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. Update 2017-08.20. Nr1 and 2 grow and thrive. Number 3 just got rid of the seedpod and is folding out the sheets. The temp controlled fan is awesome, its easy to set what temp you like to have in the room. Right now its 28 celcius. My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Day 58 of flower, and I've officially started the flush! Overall, I'm really happy with how things are looking, but I’m a bit gutted about all the larf below that isn’t getting good light. A lot of the lower growth is going to end up as cookies, but it’s a lesson learned! Next time, I’ll be more aggressive with removing small, weak branches and focusing on the main colas. I’m also planning to flip around day 40 of veg while they’re still small since this Gorilla Glue stretches like crazy once it hits flower, Excited to see how these buds ripen over the next week and the colors they bring!

June 14th update Clone#1 Got chopped last week had balls Clone#2 22 inches growing really well. Much like number 4 in terms of verticals growth but significantly less width. Might be good for people who have less square footage but taller tents Clone#3 18 inches. Short and squat. Interesting structure giving what this plant should be. I bet this one will yield small but interested to see how she progresses/smokes Clone#4 28 inches. Massive vertical growth and side branches are trying to take up the whole tent. Will see how it flowers but its body is preparing for a lot of weight. I expect this one to yield huge General Update 3 remaining females growing very nicely. I’ve never actually seen a cannabis plant that looks like this, seems straight out of the early propaganda but I guess it is a land race. Aside from flipping to 12/12 I’ve also turned on the red leds which will help once flowers start forming. I’m going to continue to give just water at this point. I expect the plants to stretch like crazy giving they are pure sativas but we will see especially with the squat one. I’m also going to be putting in some thin sticks to help support the side branching, if I don’t do this once she starts flowering it will start tipping over Mothers/father plants don’t look too happy. That defoliation I did last week did a number on them. I am seeing new growth so they will all recover. Next weekend I’m moving them into slightly larger pots with newer soil too make them happy. The clones are doing ok. I might have the humidity to high because they haven’t had water this week, the soil is still moist from the transplant. Once the roots hit the bottoms of the pots they should spread out causing the foliage to explode. In week 8 I’ll come back and edit and tell myself I told me so. Happy growing folks

Gz# 1 & 3 & 6 is maturing Gz#3 is not fattening so much and sugar leaves are turning brown.maybe i chopif in next 2/3 days . I am happy with them

week 13 went smooth

Finally moved into tent! Still noticing some weird discoloration/ shriveling and dying of lower leaves. Thinking it could be a ph issue going to start aiming for 6.3-4 Also had a little bit of a crazy fungus knat bloom so maybe they could be affecting my root zone more then i realize going to spray them with some more neem oil and see how they do Need to transplant into 2 gal

Alright ladies and gentlemen...welcome back to my diary. Its now the end of week 6 for this killer cross we've created and she is doing her thing! Wow! Very impressive node separation and as you can see, she has an insane amount of flower sites! I really can not wait to see what how she does in bloom. I ended up doing a little more LST to get the canopy where I want it and its still going to need some work but were close. Maybe some super cropping in the future 🤔...anyways we did a little top dressing of COM Stonington blend plant food too just help her through this extra long veg period I have her going through. I need her to be nice and healthy while my little guys are playing cath up! Well thanks for stopping by.

Another week done not much has happened over the past week nothing seems to be getting any fatter the budz are still small and airy the orange sherbet have got a lot of bud on them but very spaced out the main colas don’t look as if they are going to be anything special but things could change over the next few weeks the big yield aren’t growing like they have done previous these 2 have stayed very short about 50cm not been able to do much LST with them been short both have plenty of budz on them but they are also very small needing these lot to fatten up so I can start on germinating the next lot for Christmas time well thanks for looking till next week 👍👍👍👍👍

Harvest next week I put the last 2 strudles in the dark tent for 3 days to bring out some goo and resin lol Covered in frost these now! Smells chronic!!!! I been smoking the little strudle this week tjat was cut 2 weeks ago and it's awesome hahah Makes you crack on with the day and get shit done! Very good sativa!!

3rd week started with The 1st topping and by pinning down the girls.

Plain sailing this week , just water for the Sweet n Sour and the Blackberry Gum, the Cheesy auto just had one last feed of Iguana Juice and PK booster BAC . Few more days and the SNS and BG should be done.
