A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? Weed industry: Yes why we charged you double! Me: wow no germination after paying 20 bucks for seeds? Industry: They are all stoners, they won't notice.... Me: but this bong is made from toxic plastics? Headshop: yeas but it has this crumbling image of a leaf, 20 dollar! Can they get their shit together? For god's sake, I've seen crack dealers with better PR and customer care. Someone do sumtin, take us out of the car boot era please?

End of week 6, buds are tightening up nice! I'm not sure when to start flushing or time the harvest because all three plants seem to be maturing at different speeds. Still watering with full nutrients, PPM about 1000 ... Taken the nitrogen down and increased PK. Let me know what you guys think.

Sorry for the shaky hand lol She's growing so much by the day! Leaves are sticky and snowy, the smell is starting to increase! I'm having to keep a close eye for defoliation, she's popping and stretching leaves like crazy!!!

Phew took me awhile to upload. 07/24/2018 Mid week update Back to hot and, steamy summer weather. #1, tops are just about 39.5", going to try to get all super cropped to about 30", I expect that they will be double their size at harvest.👍. On a side note hours of light will soon be at 14.5 hope they initiate flowering,as it will give me almost 3 months of flower!👊 #2 is 43.5" looking like a Christmas tree,still some supercropping to spread out the lower layers. #3, is 35.5" And no training just picking her dead,yellowing leaves #4, is 41.5" also no training #5, is 30" , and still stinkiest 😎 of all gonna take a clone today.

Another good week, just waiting for them to ripen. I'm planning on another week. That will put us at 9.5 weeks and they should be good to go.

This is the girl's final week. The wife will be happy the stink is coming to an end. Will be stripping off all the useless leaves at this point, getting them ready for a quick trim. The ppm in the planters is down under 200 ppm now Kannabia genetics made these easy to grow. I had no problems growing these 3 different strains out. They all flourished except for 2 of the smaller ladies. They were a little overfed as I treat all girls in the tent with equal amounts of everything. Those girls still did well, just not as well as their bigger sisters. The Kritical will be coming down first as most of the pistols have oranged over and the trichs are clouded over. The Super OG will be the next to come down. The buds on these girls are so hard I think you could knock someone out, if you through it at someone's head lol.... The Hellfire OG will be the last to come down as their still throwing pistols. Mostly still white and gaining more weight. I gave 3 of the seeds to my bud and he grew his out under cmh lighting. Plants stayed much more compact and he just finished his trimming. Under the HID the plants get much larger and buds twice the size. I gave him the same feed my girls got through his entire grow, mixed and ready for him, so it was mostly lighting that made the difference. My climate controls are also much better, but he is very happy with the amount he trimmed from each plant. Grade A looking weed for sure.... Thanks for the looks and like my frinds. 🙏

11/16: A few of them are in a bigger hurry than the others, and that's just fine by me....very tired of buying weed to smoke.. I fed them again today with about 1/2 gallon each and put a couple of 24w 3000k bar lights under the canopy to increase light to the lower branches. I also took some photos and a video. 11/17: A few of them are protesting about their proximity to the lights, so I raised them as high as possible, which was only another 4 inches. Hopefully that's enough! 11/18: I checked their moisture levels and rotated the edge plants. 11/19: I watered them today with about 1/2 gallon including bembe, signal, cal-mag, myco, and started them on cha ching. At least one of them will get flushed for the first time at their next feeding. Already fading... 11/20: I rotated some edge plants and started decreasing humidity in the closet. I set the AC Infinity to come on whenever it gets up to 45% RH., plus the new dehumidifier I ordered will be here tomorrow. 11/21: I fed them today with about a half-gallon each. I started cutting back on everything except cal-mag, bembe, signal, and cha ching.

2024-05-09 I transplanted the Tangie today, it was not totally necessary, but i was in the mode ( transplanting nearly every Plant who need to) and i know now, she will be fine for the next 3 weeks she sits in 8l smartpot, filled with Terra preata MJ Mix- BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and energising, perfect for use during the day and early evening.

After 21 days in turbo cloner I transplanted 4 Sweet seeds Green Poison into 1 gallon plastic pots filled with Cana coco. Few days later I transplanted another 4 clones into DWC! Stay tuned! Coco feed at 700ppm Dwc feed at 480ppm

Week one

Second week, The leaves are wider, and the plant is taller than last week, I'm going to start the apical cut. The odor is kinda mild but more intense. EC 1.5 PH 5.8 Floraflex 6ml Louder Powder Grow A & B

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. Parece que el frio que no nos ayudo en el vegetativo vino bien para la flora. Aunque de por si esta cepa es generosa en resina, con un olor a pino que te dan ganas de perderte en el bosque.

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. first time I grew Dutch passion, and it was orange bud auto. I love Sativa dominant strains, and this strain is now on my favorite list. First on my list is Amnezia haze auto, which is 70% Sativa dominant seedstockers and fastbud seeds. I love it. The second is chocolope DNA genetics feminized; this strain is really heavy and many thc. Three is orange bud auto from Dutch Passion, really nice buds, many thc, and long-lasting sativa effect. This strain really tells you that you are really high.
