She’s a beauty like her sister purple punch! She was number 2 to pop up (strawberry pie) and took to training straight away top of the class on mission catch up to purple... I defoliated and tied down through the weak shape shifting her into a lovely little bush! She has started to show signs that she also will start her pre flower stretch, so I’m excited to see what happens! I shuffled them around to suit age height etc as I will have to start raising my lights! In bloom I set these mars hydro leds to 12” and 18” during veg!

So after consideration of the density of the buds and my night humidity levels— decided to chop a week early. Buds are super dense. Concern for mold. Very leafy lady- with massive fans She’s 10% amber but still some white pistols on the lowers. Very easy to grow. Stayed on the shorter side with minimal stretch—which is appreciated. I love how the Plagron Green Sensation is nitrogen free! I used it from weeks 3-6. Super helpful as the leaves were getting a little curl— even with minimal nutes. Will have harvest report soon. As terps can change after dry/cure. Happy with the results of the Runtz and Plagron! 🏻💚

I have grow 3 plants . number one 5 gallon smart pot. number two in a 3 gallon smart pot .and number three in a 5 gallon smart pot part of the difference between number two is because of limited space to grow big root system to support a bigger plant. They have been a very enjoyable plant to grow with an incredibly powerful smell impossible to grow stealth unless you have a good carbon filter can wait two post weight for each plant and to have a test smoke I Will Wait approximately between 7 to 14 days until the main stem snaps and a crunchy sound tell me they're ready then I check for dry weight and them jar them for curing. Day 9 off drawing and I pull out a branch to have a smoke test it is incredibly potent and a wonderful smoke despite not being cure it's very smooth but they're not ready for me to jar them I don't like to deal with mold or being opening the jars every few hours that's why I dry it thoroughly and use humidity packs so I don't have to deal with issues after weight and them jar them for curing. This are the weight plant number one 156. 36 grams and number two 76. 88 grams plant #3 72.12 grams. Already had a smoke tester this stuff its a couchlock beautiful lovely smoke come by a powerful High I recommend this train to anybody who can accommodate for the strong odour. lovely strain I want to try this one again it is like I citric skunk smell very pleasant and Powerful. This girl is on cruise control and she is rounding 3rd base. I would say she will finish up in another week maybe 2 weeks at the most.

Day 69 of flowering and still looking for the elusive Amber trichromes, they are 90% cloudy no amber 10% clear I will patiently wait I want to experience the more indica feel with these last few choice buds. Update Oct 19th 2017. Seen my first amber trich today, as I'm getting older I can't see through my loupe to view resin glands, so my wife showed me how too view them through pictures. All I can say is wow! She was able to zoom right in on them to get a good look. Maybe I will have to get a computer to show these fantastic shots I will uploaded ASAP YOU HAVE got to see them gorgeous girls see ya soon peace and love my brothers.

I have noticed great results from my training methods so far. I clipped all the lowest bud sites and leaves, this has resulted in the plant showing brand new bud sites. I also have been keeping the canopy evenly distributed using the scrog net Also starting mid week 3 and continuing through mid week 4. I fed my plant using only water and sledgehammer. I am going to resume normal feeding in a day or two.

Just chopped last night. About 8oz wet weight. Did a good amount of wet trimming, will do a final manicure once it is dried. This grow has been an absolute blast - the girls were good to me and didn't give me much trouble. I am a man of variety, so I always try new things - so not sure if i will grow it again but if I had to, I wouldn't be mad at all :) Smoked some scissor hash it is sure was tasty! and strong - got me feeling reallllllly nice. Will update in a week or so when it is dried to report on the dry weight. And then some time after that I will report on the smoke once it cures :) UPDATE POST HAND DRY: The plants hung for 6 days, and have now moved into the jars. Dry weight of exactly 2oz. 51g buds, 5g trim. I had no idea that cannabis loses its smell a bit as it dries - so i got super worried at first, only to realize this is normal and the beautiful smell returned shortly. Will continue to update after curing for a taste/effect review. UPDATE ~ 1.5 Weeks into cure: Looking back it think I did too much dry trimming. It had been cold at that time, and I was paranoid about mold. It dried quite quickly, and I might have been out a day too long. I was aiming to get them in jars and have it sit at about 60-65% humidity - but when they went into the jars it never went higher than 54% and kind of settled down at 48%. But the buds aren't crispy by any means, so maybe my humidity meter was off. They do seem a little too dry though - and the buds are definitely quite airy. My grow light is pretty small, so I'm not expecting super dense buds. From what I've read, I'm worried they might have over-dried past the point of "curing"? Or maybe I'm reading too much into this, idk. This is all a learning process and I'm enjoying it regardless. It was my first grow so I definitely have room for improvement within my current setup. I couldn't wait to try it so I've been sampling throughout the curing process. The flavor and scent profiles are definitely changing, and for the better - but it doesn't have that same "dank" smell it had when she was a living plant. Not sure if that's normal, but probably just didn't have the best drying process. Obviously this early, I'm not expecting amazing taste and smell, so let's see how some more time does. I will say it gets me stoned, for sure haha. It's got a nice dark green, purple color too it with a decent amount of thichomes visible. Honestly, the smaller plant (#1) that I stunted early on has a better scent/taste already, versus #2 that looked so good. Not saying #2 is a bust at all either. It has this earthy, almost cheesy flavor profile. Interesting. Back to the effect - it worked to the point where I feel laser-focused writing this update haha. It definitely has a hybrid effect, with a nice euphoric uplift, while helping me relax and ease tension. I'll try to keep updating this as it cures!

12/24/2021 So far only one male has been identified. Glad I just reviewed my video I didn't even notice how light green #3 is, guess I mix her nutes up separately and see if she just hungry? Or naturally lighter than others. All other plants are using coast of Maine mixed into soil (her too) so I'll give her a little mirimichi 901C this week and see what happens. 12/30/2021 Noticing that there is two distinct differences between these girls, color light green and dark green.#1,#3,#8 are light green and #2,#4,#5,#6,#7 Other than that there very much similar growth and node spacing, little differences but very happy with uniformity.Both light green and dark green maintained their magenta petiols, gonna make notes on stem rub notes next week and see how they will compare.

Switching over to Jack's finish for the last leg of this grow. Despite the cold they have held up very well. May strips and leaves to make things a little easier on myself in the next couple weeks in addition to letting more light penetrate into the canopy. Thinking another week or so?
