She has been flipped to flowering light schedule after a good flush and defoliation. This plant is looking really healthy. However, I'm not really impressed with the growth. She is not responding well to the LST and topping. I think It would be better to grow this plant in a SOG type grow. I still have 5 more seeds of this strain. I still have plenty of tries to find the best method of growing this strain.

PPFD: 600 µmol/m²/s DLI: 38 mol/m²/Tag Düngemittel: Sie bekommt CalMag von BioBizz zu Prävention. Ab Tag 44 haben wir angefangen sie mit einem Mineralischen NPK Dünger (NPK 3,5-6-6) zu Gießen, Plagron wurde auch hinzugefügt. Besonderheiten: wir versuchen bei diesem Grow Effektive Mikroorganismen aus. -Tag 58 Pablito hat heute nur Wasser bekommen, wieder Runoff gemessen 0.72mS/cm 😀 -Tag 60 Pablito hat heute wieder etwas Dünger bekommen, wir denken dass sie noch 2 Wochen hat -Tag 62 wir haben sie heute wieder mit den Mikroorganismen gegossen und die stinken schon sehr stark, irgendwie nach Erbrochenem 😖

Hello. I'm starting my Dos Si Dos #33 diary here. These clones have been growing in the veg tent all summer. I had stuff growing in the greenhouse all summer and it gets really hot in that cement room in the middle of summer, so I shut down that grow room till now. I got it up and running last week but I was a little embarrassed to make a diary starting last week because I had treated the clones badly and they looked rather leafless. They look much better this week, so I'll start. I would like to start playing around with making feminized seeds. So, I need some extra clones to spray to make the feminized males. I've read about it, now it's time to try. Some of these clones I take will be turned to males next year. I gave some clones to my friend Jerry for his summer crop. I was over to his house the first week in October, to take pictures of his plants. Some of the lower plants that were not getting sun anymore were just starting to show some powdery mildew on some of the big fan leaves, so he decided to cut them down. He did a real good job on growing them this year. I think he said he was going to cut the big bud off the ends of the branches and let the smaller buds fatten up, under cover, in the sun, on the deck. This is the strongest plant I grow. It gets me pretty baked with 5 or 6 tokes. It grows on the taller side, so I'll make lots of tops to slow the growth down. And it tastes like fruity ice cream!!! Yummy!!! The other plants in the room are Amnesia Lemon by Barney, Pink Kush the original clone I found 27 years ago, Nova OG by Anesia Seeds, Sweet Sensations by Sweet Seeds, The White (Whitey) by Dr Greenthumb. I will put in next week more Fat Freddie's Cat cartoons and I have some more puzzles to finish off that puzzle book. Then when that's finished, I'll put in some Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers cartoons. Man, the spiders are getting big around here. We've had 1 mm of rain in 3 months and it's very warm for this time of year, so they are getting big!!! Keep Growing Straight. Chuck.

06/12/23 - Day 0 Here we go again!! After a successful run of 3 strains, I've decided to pop a 3 pack of MilkyWay F1 from RQS. 3 seeds are in a wet paper towel, inside a plastic sandwich bag, into a dark warm cupboard. Im hoping they all germinate!! LET'S GROW!!! 08/12/23 - Day 2 from seed All 3 seeds have cracked and tap roots have come out, so i've put them in the peat pots. I mixed coco coir and perlite at 70/30. I've also decided to add a teaspoon of DYNOMYCO’s Mycorrhizae in each little pot too. 10/12/23 - Day 4 2 out of 3 have sprouted, the 3rd isn't too far behind. 11/12/23 3 out of 3 are out and thriving!! we're well within schedule and we're off to a very good start!! 12/12/23 - Day 6 I've decided to move all 3 into their final pots today! I'm using Plagron AllMix in 12L pots with a nice big drip dish. Into the tent they go!!!

GENERAL COMMENT. So the RQS STRESS KILLER AUTO is down. Now we have the NL to manoeuvre and try to keep her alive for the final flush. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. Many but slim colas emerged, showing extreme spotting and deficiencies, but gained weight since last week and started turning purple, first time that happens. So now the final flush started and hope, afraid taste could be off, because of the problems i ran in with her, probably a good strain to considere light feeding, the smell is very gentle, a good strain to do stealth. 10-14 day to go! Yield could be amazing but will be common because of the locks, nothing out of the curve in my opinion, something to retry and correct to deal with this strain. Not turned on or off by her just feeling neutral and glad she made it. Trichomes wise she is just ready, mostly cloudy, she will finish with some amber will do a nice sleeping aid. Trim job will be a pain on this one because i will clean all the small affected spotted leaves.

Hola!! Como se muestra en las imágenes la produccion de las Critical Widow de Terra Grow es brutal y tienen mucha resina, esta variedad me fue aconsejada por R. Gimenez de Terra grow, 🙏Muchas gracias por todo!!. El cambio de alimentación les ha venido muy bien para terminar de engordar, y coger peso en las flores, bajaré la EC progresivamente y subiré el PH a 6.7 para que se pongan amarillas y así eliminar el maximo de clorofila posible, tras bajar la EC y regar un par de veces con agua solo, eso espero. El olor de esta variedad es brutal, un olor a fruta profundo, el típico olor de critical pero con un toque añejo y fuerte, y los cogollos son duros y compactos incluso en los bajos, es una variedad que os recomiendo cultivar, no os arrepentireís 😉 #emeraldharvestofficialtester

Week5 Vegetative steering Day 29 ————- 4 minute shots(220+-ml). 50-60klux 68 leaf temp Defoliated/Lollipopped Plants seem to be inefficiently spaced. I moved them all closer and they are now positioned better under the lights ———— Day 30 VPDis about a .95 Vegetative steering schedule for 3gal who drink a little over a quart a day 220 P1 440 P1 660 P1 880 P1 1000 P1 1220 P2 1330(1%)P3 I achieve runoff at end of P1 then do a maintenance shot and finish the day off with a watering. P1 waters every 15 min starting 1.5hours after lights on Plants are swelling. But not as well as when i use CO2. I think plants in flower still need co2 so that we can get these lights closer.(as long as the leaf(temp does not go over 80 and vpd stays good) Also, i found a plant to have hermied in week 2 so i removed the pollen sac and rubbed some pollen on 2 plants. Seems like they are just starting to take form on the flowers. **need to check for hermies beginning week 2** Am happy to get seeds from these ladies as this was very isolated in the grow ________________ Day 31 Plants are starting to frost. Group1 has swelled the most Group 2 has average growth and nice frost Group 3 looks like it was over dosed. *Bras&MJ study shows that MJ does mot need to be sprayed with Bras as it will over stress the plants. Brass was completely fine to spray without having adverse reactions. MJ seems to decrease yields but is a worthy tradeoff(will continue to use)-* ————— Day 32 Sprayed 2 plants with MJ(they now have been sprayed both week 4&6) Sprayed 3 with bras(also have been sprayed twice in flower) Finally frosting On the plants

End of the mimosa, 3 plants, didnt measure te exact weight as its not gonna be accurate with the fkin seeds in my buds. Overall not a bad plant, my thoughts is that the tropicanna polinized this one so this is the best bud of all the canopys Fkin hermies

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. 02/15 (M) - Prepping her to flip into flower within the next week or two - Weaved her under net for better light coverage - Running 8 drip emitters with a 5 gallon res - 45 sec feed every 8hrs. 02/15 (C) - Thus far all 15 are still kicking but they did take a hit - starter roots for all 15 have begun - I will update with pics within the next 2 weeks - Running high temps and high humidity during lights on.
