* ********* Week 8 - May 30 to June 5, 2020 - Day 50 to 56 ********** * Getting caught up on pictures......... Bud sites finally set in this week and the girls are in full flower now. They have been switched back to 18/6 light cycle as well........they spent 4 nights at 12/12 so I didn’t want to push it further and risk low productivity in 12/12 or her being overly stressed coming back to 18/6 after too long so it was time to switch back. GSC is staying in her own tent now.....she is too big to go back in with the other girls. I have to order a couple of things to make it work but feel that is the best answer. GSC2 went back into the flower tent with the others and just put her on several risers to bring canopy up. The girls need some leaves removed here and there but there are actually very few leaves in the big picture so I am very reluctant to remove too many. The girls seemed to grow smaller leaves and bud sites are smaller right now. Lots of branch on GSC but I am not looking to grow branches😃Branches stiffened up more this week and have been working a little more silica into her feed. Strong stock = big yield👍 GSC has been feeding hard this week. She is having no issues going through 3L a day of feed. GSC2 is being fed the same right now and she is also stiffening up and looking more “perky” all the time......forming into a cannabis plant more now🤞GSC2 has done so well with her bad transplant and growing out of the pot almost sideways......she is a fighter!!! Stay the course for now and get the second environment dialled in for the big girl!!! Little more detail........ May 30/20 - Day 50 - Dry out day for the girls - GSC still not set bud sites.....three days at 12/12 now?? - GSC2 is looking taller and side branches are reaching up more. May 31/20 - Day 51 - 8L water mixed with Dual Fuel @ 2ml, Piranha, Voodoo, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt, CalMag @ 1ml = 1300ppm and 5.9pH - GSC took 5L - runoff 900ppm and 5.7pH - GSC2 took 3L - runoff 1300ppm and 5.9pH - Leaf strip harder on both girls today - GSC is 21” tall and slowly forming bud sites. - GSC still on 12/12 light cycle June 1/20 - Day 52 - dry out day - GSC has a number of hairs coming out today......buds slowly forming, Leaves are smaller. - moved light cycle back to 15/9 today.......slowly working GSC back to 18/6. June 2/20 - Day 53 - 7L water with Vitathrive @ 2ml, Rhinoskin, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 950ppm and 5.9pH - GSC took roughly 4L and GSC2 took 3L.........no runoff from either girl - GSC has more hairs popping and she is progressing. - GSC tent back to 18/6 today. - GSC2 is showing some spotting on her leaves. June 3/20 - Day 54 - dry out day - GSC stem is stiffening and hairs are looking good. - GSC2 is in full flower now as well and looking good....not tall though. June 4/20 - Day 55 - big water day - GSC given 6L with Massive @ 3ml, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 1025ppm and 6.1pH - she was super dry and took all 6L no problem, - GSC2 given 4L with Massive @ 3ml, VeloKelp, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 1275ppm and 6.1pH - GSC2 given some kelp and increased based nutes a bit. - GSC in veg tent by herself......she is just to big to go back in the other tent!!!!😀 - GSC2 is getting squished a bit in the other tent as well as they are all doing well and filling in the tent. - GSC2 is put on milk crate to raise her up a bit and some more light on her. June 5/20 - Day 56 - dry out day - GSC didn’t look as happy today as I would have thought? - GSC2 on the other hand is firming up and looking a lot more like a plant in flower now👍

Der Stretch ist nun offiziell vorbei – die Mädels haben ihre endgültige Größe erreicht. Alle Pflanzen stehen gesund und stabil da. Die Blätter zeigen ein sattes Grün, keine Anzeichen von Mangel oder Stress. Die Blütenbildung schreitet gut voran – erste Ansätze von Frost sind bereits sichtbar. Heute war außerdem das letzte Mal Entlauben und Lollipoppen angesagt. Jetzt können die Pflanzen ihre Energie voll und ganz auf die Buds konzentrieren. Es gibt keine neuen Komplikationen, alles verläuft weiterhin planmäßig. Ich bleibe bei meinem aktuellen Schema und beobachte weiterhin genau – ab jetzt liegt der Fokus voll auf der Blütenentwicklung.

D-70 : Chaco Haze. They just look amazing, even 1/4 is very small (about 40cm). At this stage she should be 60 or 70 cm high... Anyway, the flowers are doing great. I really hope the will continue to grow. I dream of a grow room full of flowers between 1 and 1.4 m high ! Still 8-9 weeks to go, so they have time :)

Yeah well this orange cookie is a beast , stretched like a beast and full of bud sites she’s smashing thru her feeds and loving the Plagron feed you could fill a 4x4 with just this girl . 2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. I took photos today, but forgot to snap a shot of the Soooperrunt. She's as tall as the short one now, just not as bushy. I think she'll make a fair amount of bud despite her sloooow start, smaller stature, and smaller pot. The tall one is keeping pace with the biggest plants in the garden. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights....kinda scary....about 10"-12" from the tops now.. 2/12: I woke up to find the tallest of these bitches stretched another few inches and within 9 inches of the lights!!! I quickly drug everybody out of the closet and undertook the project. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. It will battle with the evaporative cooler while the lights are on to keep it at 45% RH, but after the lights go off, it will lower the RH to 35% unti morning. After another couple of weeks, I'll kill the evap cooler altogether and try to maintain 35% RH 24/7. I'm optimistic that it will be the difference-maker in maintaining lower RH while I'm flushing all the plants during the last couple of weeks. That's usually such a challenge...especially with a bunch of 5 gallon pots. I also sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: Still stretching... about 12" from the lights again. I will wait to raise the lights until tomorrow when I feed them. I'm seeing calcium deficiency on a few plants, including a #9. Will up the dose tomorrow when I feed. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

Day 64: Feeding day. I stopped giving them the Big Bud supplement and started feeding them with the Overdrive as recommended. Went with recommended dosage which is 2ml/L. There is 2 weeks of feeding left until the final flush. Day 65: Small problem this morning that looks like calcium deficiency on multiple leaves of the 3 plants. Not worried but I'll keep a close eye on this. I went and bought the Sensi CalMag Xtra still from advanced nutrients and plan on doing a foliar spray as soon as my lights turns off. EDIT: Lights are off, I sprayed only one plant, the worst looking one, just to see if it would do any good. If so, I'll apply the same treatment to the others, if not I'll find another solution. I added 1ml to 500ml and gave her 5 good sprays, enough to simulate the evening dew. I know I shouldn't spray during flower but I need it to act quickly. --- 4 hours later, it seems to have at least stop the spread, will confirm tomorrow. Day 66: So it stopped spreading because the lights were off. It looked worst this morning but only on the plant I sprayed -_- the 2 others seemed fine and recovering. I would normally feed tomorrow but they need it fast so I'll add 2ml/L of CalMag today and then 1ml/L after that on other normal feeding days. Also, I figured why the problem happened. I learned that you need to calibrate your measuring tools once in a while... The pH of my solution was way off down to 5.5 when I thought it was good. So yeah keep your tools clean and calibrated! A bit later after feeding, I was wondering if adding the CalMag was really necessary, since the 3 parts nutrient should already have what the plant needs and now that the pH is set well, it should take it in nicely. I'll monitor that very closely. Perhaps I fucked everything up. Day 67: Everything is kinda fine. The farthest is still the worst looking one with a bunch of brown spot on pretty much all of her top leaves. She's not dead but in bad shape. I know I shouldn't expect them to disappear instantly but it makes it hard to say if the treatment was effective. At least I don't see any signs of toxicity. The others seemed to have stabilized too. Day 68: Video update on the calcium deficiency. Deficiency? Well... turns out it's quite the opposite and I'm actually facing a lockout. I should've known since like I said, the 3 parts nutrient already has what the plant needs, and also the fact that I've never flushed them. Experience they call it... So I flushed them with water pH 6-7 until the runoff was in the same range. FYI the first runoff measurement I took was at 5.5. Next feeding will be on Day 71. I really hope that this is actually the problem and that they can now recover for real. Buds are getting fatter by the day. Day 69: Nice They still seem to get worse day by day :( I don't know what to do. Day 70: Fucking Christ!!! I'm this close of throwing everything away. The farthest one is looking terminally ill and I'm pretty sure I see new spots on the 2 others. WTF is going on!!! The soil is still very moist from the recent flush.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Hello again guys and welcome to day 89! The girls are taking their time but finally the trichomes are turning milky. As you can see from the videos, they still aren’t quite there yet. I really want them to reach their maximum potential instead of rushing it. I think in maybe a week or so they should be ready! Thanks for stoping by

All plants are doing fine. Chocolate Skunk - CSK is showing some signs of nutrient deficiency, however I plan to water with nutes next week same with the other strains. Both GPA Cookies are doing really well. They seem to stretch quite a bit so I did some tie down to help spread the leaf base Money Maker is doing excellent! Great foliage, deep green and lush. I FIMmed to slow it down a bit while the rest caught up.

Starting to really fill out smell is 6/10 so far very sweet some pine as well

Nurturing My Cannabis Plants: Balancing Light and Protection In the first half of the day, I place my seedlings on a south-facing windowsill to ensure they catch some light. During the evening hours, they travel back to my balcony. This routine helps them get the light they need while staying safe from pests. Protecting My Plants: A Grower's Dilemma I'm hesitant to leave them outside permanently because, unfortunately, all my other vegetables have been eaten by snails. I certainly don't want the same fate for my precious cannabis plants. For now, they’re enjoying a mix of south windowsill and balcony life, which seems to be working well. First Watering: Preparing for Growth Once the coco mix dries out, they will receive their first feeding. Terra Aquatica Tripart is my nutrient trio of choice. I'll start with a half-dose, as recommended by the feeding chart, to ensure they don’t get nutrient burn. First Feeding: A New Stage My ladies seemed to enjoy their sleepover in the greenhouse. Now it's time for their first feeding. I added Cal-Mag to achieve an EC of 0.5 mS/cm to start with. I gave them a half-dose of nutrients as described in the chart and watered with enough runoff.

The little growing really good,so helped her a bit adding some flowering nutrients,that she's welcoming strongly.so i did some defoliation,maybe change a bit the lst then let her grow before defoliating more later. Oh,i started a New grow with 3 different seeds so you will see them on later pics surely 😏
