new week flower power. noticed some rust spots on the Orange Apricot, so im thinking about maybe giving her some more calmag.. but i did dose her last week.. so in still not sure. but ive been fertilizing both of the plants in the wrong order.: we all learn hehe. been fert, water, water, water, when i should have been water, water, water, fertilizer… but anyhow, so far so good.. our orange apricot have really been growing 😅.. so used some lat clips to hold her down a bit

All looking healthy the one strawb banana that didn’t germ ended up sprouting out the soil but I think the shrooms claimed the soil first my bad fast buds smashing it as usual 🤟giving them 24hrs of darkness trying to harden them off for outdoor end of this week hopefully waiting on last bits to arrive for the soil

added Co2 and they have shown significant growth! No purple yet!!

Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

Hello to all my friends and visitors here on GD As you can see on the photographs from this week growth that after the raw cold days, the girls did get better and recovered, but they also spread out in development, the difference is about two to three weeks between the plants...it's manageable though :) The SE7000 runs at 520 Watt and about 32cm from the canopy. I added nutriants at 03.04. the EC is at 2.7 EC I also performed some LST on them, all goes well except the dehumidifier will not come for yet another week. That's it, I hope to see y'all next week growmies.

Esta semana hubo un par de noches de tormenta, por suerte pude resguardarla bajo un invernadero improvisado y no sufrió daños. Aun sigue pidiendo bastante agua aunque no tanta como hace unas semanas. Queda poco para la cosecha, las colas están duras y pesadas, pero sus ramas parecen aguantar el peso sin problemas.

Happy Independence Day! I got this Acid Dough wet trimmed in about 2 hours which is freaking awesome! She is sticky and stinky AF!!! This is my first run by Ripper Seeds, and I am honestly very very impressed, and it takes a bit to impress me. She will not yield as much as the Wedding Cheesecake, but cutting the trim time by 75% is worth it to me. I think she will put out around 12-13 zips dry, which I am happy with for an autoflower, especially one that was ready in under 90 days. I will absolutely be growing this again, only problem is my list is sooo freaking long with autos I want to try, and I am only growing 2 autos at a time now due to only having a 4X4 tent for flowering. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, be safe and blaze on!!! I ended up with 12.2 OZ dry, which I am happy with, but I definitely I know I can do much better. The buds are very dense, and absolutely smell pungent AF. I really enjoyed growing this strain, which was given to me from a fellow breeder who loves Acid Dough and spun this one to an Auto. I can't wait to squeeze these buds, as I they are so sticky and dense, I believe I may be able to achieve 25% yield, something I have never done before. Day 35 The leaves are broad with multiple leaflets (likely 5 to 7 on the larger leaves), characteristic of a strong growth phase. Ok so after some much needed time to think about this grow I've gone and git a new tent 4x4x7 and will be putting all of these ladies into flower together .. The ladies are all doing good and are healthy happy ladies .. They have been stuck outside with supplimental lighting in am .. This weekend will be transplanting and treatment to get them ready to be brought inside for good I haven't seen any bugs yet but we gonna clean these ladies.. tent gets cleaned every other day ... The amount of excitement I have for there beatys I'd unreal ...cheers and thanks for stopping in..

Hey..next week the plant get the 35liter pot with same mix as the start pot...i add little helper seeds in the big pot to prevent some things like bugs and dry out to much from wind and sun....hope the sun gets brighter the next time...but for this hard conditions i would say..nice start. thanks ..... 4/25: It was extremely cold tonight, so I took the opportunity and took this time lapse shot over 3 hours... after 1 hour I added a drop of remaining osmosis water... and lo and behold, ten minutes later Calimero laid down his eggshell ... .now we can get started and I have that great shot that I've always wanted to take...sorry for the outside interruption, I couldn't miss it....in the evining after my work i kick her as instant out.....

Bienvenidos de nuevo, esta semana empiezo a reducir la EC, por razón de no quitarle todo el alimento de golpe, probablemente empezaré con el flush en breve, debería quedar 1 semana para la cosecha. Como trabajo con un sustrato inerte(coco), pienso que no es necesario un lavado de raíces, y creo que a partir del flush no necesito dos semanas de riegos con agua porque creo que con una es más que suficiente para que quede limpio, así las niñas comen una semana más de lo previsto.
