Veg Week 3 Day 21 to 27 - 4/17 to 4/23 A lot more to talk about this week. It's topping and transfer week. I started the week off (day 21exactly) by making sure I had at least 5 to 6 nodes of growth and topped P1 down to the 4th node and P2 down to the 2nd node as a test. (typically I top to the 3rd) I also removed all other node branches and fan leaves and usual. I left a large stump in my tops so the nodes can use it to grow around and help support the larger weight of a mature plant. I gave a couple of days of recovery while I hand spread the nodes daily to train the new waterways through the nodes. I changed my schedule and watered a day after and then transferred the plants into their forever pots/top watered in Feed this week was .5gal transfer and top feed at 100ppm total before add-ins. I used 100ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.2 Feed plan next week will be a final top feed of .5gallon and then turn the reservoir on. We’ve made it to the beginning of the week four of veg with this baby. She’s just growing stronger by the day watering her twice a day once in the morning and once in the night .

Playing catch up a bit here, been a little busy lately

She is doing great getting her feeding twice a week and hasn't shown any signs of stress or nutrient lockout ...good strain and smells tasty like fruity sugar or Berries . Did no training to this girl and she has a nice structure to her , great genetics so far with this grow looking forward to next week's growth cheers canna family ..

This past week the ladies have recovered well , it will be my last week of veg and then I will be flipping the lights . So far so good on the topping of obi#1 shes recovering well just giving her abit more time before we go ahead and change the lights . Zdarec všichni✋ tak je to tady, dnes po 92 dnech pěstu, 13.7. proběhla sklizeň. Co k tomuto growu říct, nebyl náročný a probíhal hladce. Tenhle strain ''Major Toke''💪 můžu jen doporučit, je hladovější na hnojky hlavně na CalMag😏, krásně voní, vyhovuje mu když se na něj minimálně šahá (kromě nutné defoliace a nějakýho toho přeložení listů nic víc nepotřebuje), na konci to všechno vrátí v podobě obrovských tvrdých palic. Nevím jestli jsem měl jen kliku na semínko, nebo je to tím že jsem na něj pražil 24/7, ale za mě tenhle mini grow 60x60 dopadl brutálně shout-out "Mephisto Genetics" Tady je pár fotek a 1 video, zbytek přidám po usušení. Speciální poděkování patří "Hombre_Seeds" ,kterej nám začátečníkům, ale i pokročilým growerům věnuje mrtě času na deníkách a nejen tam a taky všem na Discord skupině, kteří když je potřeba ihned a dobře poradí bez týhle berličky by to nešlo, děkuju všem a ať se vám daří.

Permant marker the one seedling I could not be more happy with. It has a distinct different look to it than any other plant in the tent with strong growth going on. I'm sad about the other seedling thou the 1st set of leaves were kinda deformed and it has like a spiral thing going on where new growth comes from. Hopefully it comes back around, I always like seeing atleast 2 phenos of a strain I feel it gives you a better idea of what a strain is. It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

D25 - Today was the first day in week four of veg. I had planned on starting her training today, but I found thrips in my other tent, so I was busy with that. However, I inspected the girl but couldn't see any thrips and then sprayed her with some chili tincture as a preventative measure. D27 - I still haven't seen any thrips on her, but I resprayed her yesterday anyway, just in case. Today, I started her LST and did some very light defoliation by removing the lowest two nodes. I also noticed that she is now in flower. Unfortunately, she is still too small to hang the mites sachet on, so for now, I hung it on the handle of the pot instead. D31 - She is in flower now at the end of the fourth and last week of veg. She looks healthy and vibrant, but she is also relatively small, so it will be interesting to see how she develops. It's the first time I have ever transplanted, so maybe I accidentally stunted her. But then, I've never grown this strain before, so I don't know what to expect either.

Woche 6 und sie hat sich noch weiter ordentlich gesteckt. Ich musste die Lüftung komplett nach draußen bauen, so daß die Lampe auf die maximalste Höhe im Zelt hängt. Es gab auch die erste Runde BioTabs PK 5-8 als Topdressing. Ende der Woche habe ich noch mal ordentlich entlauben müssen, da gar kein, oder zu wenig Licht auf die unteren Blütenstände durchdringen konnte.

We finished up with a pound and a half of cured buds, and one pound of fresh frozen that contributed to 2 ounces of hash. I lost at least another pound of bud to the caterpillars. The light dep was hard to keep up with for 12 weeks. The quality was darn good. Super dense and sweet smelling nugz.

Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Purple Lemonade by @Fast_Buds is right on pace, way larger than the LSD-25 next to it but that has to do with genetics. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Purple Lemonade sprouted its second set of leaves by the time I woke up from my nap 😂 I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Have no doubt the new lights will make the plant/overall yield. Thanks for stopping in! DECIDING WHEN TO HARVEST IS HARD. ASKING FOR ADVICE AND POSTING PICS..YOU HAVE TO MONITOR THE TRICHOMES EVERY DAY AND THE HAIRS, SMELL, MAYBE, SOMETIMES, DEPENDS ON THE STRAIN, THE GENES WHICH DOESNT HELP AS I DONT HAVE A GENE DECODER. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE LIGHTED LUPE, I LOOK AND HAVE TO CONSTANTLY RE FOCUS MY EYES AND SOMETIMES I JUST STARE THROUGH IT AND DAY DREAM...ITS INSAIN. ITS AN EXPERIENCE AND TIME THING. I TRY TO LOOK AT DIFFERENT ANGLES AND MUCH LIKE A TELESCOPE, SORT OF LOOK FROM A PERIPHERAL PERSPECTIVE. I GOT MY WIFI ENDOSCOPE PICTURE TAKER MICROSCOPE FOR 11 BUCKS ON AMAZON. I ALWAYS BUY THE CHEAP ONE, GET PISSED OFF AND END UP BUYING THE GOOD ONE. HOWEVER, THE SCOPE I GOT DOES WORK WELL. IT HAS A LEARNING CURVE AS WELL. GROWING WEED INDOORS IS ADDICTIVE. THE ONE RULE I HAVE TO GET DOWN IS SORT OF A SCARFACE REMAKE I THOUT OF, "DONT GET HIGH ON YOUR OWN SUPPLY, AT LEAST UNTIL THE SHIT IS DRY" OR "UNTIL THE FUCKING SHIT IS DRY" SO, I PRETTY MUCH HAVE SHIT WRAPPED UP OVER AT MY PLACE. I MIGHT JUST HARVEST THESE BUDS, FIND SOME CHICK WHOS GOT HER SHIT HALF TOGETHER, PAY OFF THE TRAILER, START THE BBQ AND KICK BACK AND SMOKE SOME NON GMO DANK FROM THE DANK JAR! Word. I WATERED 2 DAYS AGO TILL RUN OFF WITH MY 6 PH WELL WATER ONLY. THERE ARE ANLY A FEW AMBER TRICHOMES ALL TOGETHER. LAST TIME I BASED THE HARVEST ON AMER TTRICHES THAT NEVER REALLY SHOWED AND BURNT THE TURPS OUT . THIS STUFF IS ALMOST 99% MILKY WHIT AND THE SMELL IS GREAT/ SO IM FIGURING IF I HARVESTED TODAY, I WOULD STILL HAVE GOOD PRODUCT IF DRY AND CURE ARE DONE PROPERLY. THESE ARE MY FIRST BIG SOLID BUDS UNDER MY FIRST DECENT LIGHT AND NOW IM AT THE LAST FEW THINGS I COULD DO TO RUIN THE WHOLE THING. SO IM GIVING IT A 2 WEEK WINDOW, ONLY WATER NO NUTES " I THINK THATS A FLUSH" ILL CHECK FOR AMBER BUT AUTOFLOWERS CAN NOT BE COUNTED ON TO ACT RIGHT. I PLAN TO HARVEST IN THE NEXT 14 DAYS SOMETIME AND KEEP MY TERPS AND CURLED UP BROWN HAIRS ETC.. I THINK CANT REALLY ASK AS I DONT THINK ANYONE COULD LOOK THROUGH MY TENT AND DECIDE. Officially week 7 Dec 31: Came back a week later to very heavy pots, needed 36 hour drying period, not happy, smaller plant has tips of leaves curling down, some like taco, dryed out the pots and went back to normal conservative feeding, need to fine tune the auto irrigation setup before I use it again for sure. All in all, nothing crazy happened. Really cool to see a plant be small, but way bigger after a week of vacation. First grow seems to be going pretty good! PS: I think my hygrometer is broken, saying 85-100% RA even when I significantly improve airflow and it doesn't seem anywhere near that. Gonna do the salt paste test on the hygrometer . Jan 1: I recalibrated my hygrometer and it’s working great, weird leaf curling of smaller plant still happening but seems to be improving, big plant is frosty and fat for week 7, seems to be at same stage in development as smaller plant but the pheno is beautiful.

Both frosty and have big nugs. It did go into reveg in late flower but managed to save it before it went awol! Not as good as last time but hopefully tastes like it smells 🏆🌱💚

January 16, 2019 Everything is moving along nicely now. The last Blackberry is just about done. This week I fed some some Espoma Organic Bloom (available at most big box stores). I’ve had it kicking around since last season and figured I should use it up before it goes bad. I’m looking into more organic nutrient options for the future. I’m not sure I’m ready to start making my own organic compost teas yet. But BioBizz seems like they will take care of what I’m looking to accomplish without needing to make my own teas (fingers crossed). I removed the house plant that brought in the bugs and everything is back to normal now, no new bug damage. I finally received and read “True Living Organics” by The Rev. Its a good book, but growing the “TLO” way is vastly different from other growing methods I’ve read. I’m going to have to read this one again before making any comments. Thanks to all of the answers on CO2. Seems like its more valuable with larger setups than I’m running.
