Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I don't think I will use topping again on the lady because I should slowly blossom with a few other women :-) think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days for Flowering 👍. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). Been battling caterpillars & powdery mildew , gave them both a spray over night with some Lost Coast Therapy for the mildew & I will be spraying in another day or two with Monterey BT for the caterpillars, a lot of the mildew disappeared, about two more applications it should be totally gone. This will literally be my last major outside grow

Flowers are starting on the Girls and I have started to introduce low levels of terpinator. Going to starting amping up the P an little to get some stacking. Any suggestions, let me know!!! Looking for the dankest buds possible, but also high hitting! Not seeing any nute burn so going to keep pushing. Working in a nice PH water flush with a little root cleanse 1x week.

Apple Pie. mmmmmm 👋Top is a clean cut, no confusion for the plant, road ahead is clear, by completely removing the main growth tip, the auxin source is eliminated. The plant permanently halts vertical growth from that main stem and immediately sends its energy and hormones to the two new, evenly spaced branches just below the cut. Fimming slightly different because a small tuft of the top growth is left behind, the auxin disruption is temporary and less severe. The plant recovers more quickly and sends its energy to multiple surrounding growth points, often creating four or more new shoots from the same spot. It will eventually regain some vertical dominance after a few weeks if left to its own devices, but with a little more LST, bending the apex to the same height as the rest of the internodes, this shatters dominance, hopefully creating around 8-9 main shoots growing at equal height once recovered and grown out. Reduced environmental intensity for now and let her focus on dealing with this new stress for a week or two. When H+ ions are added to soil, the first nutrient displaced from exchange sites is typically aluminum (Al3+), if it's present, followed by calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), and potassium (K+), because aluminum and these base cations have different binding strengths. The displaced nutrients can be lost from the root zone through leaching, becoming unavailable to plants. As H+ ions increase, the proportion of acid cations (H+ and Al3+) on the exchange sites increases, while base cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+) decrease, resulting in a lower soil pH. The amount of photosynthesis (water splitting) directly determines the availability of H+ ions (protons) in a plant. 90% of water is for cooling of photosynthetic apparatus the other 10% is split for its H+ among others things. Carbon sugars, like glucose, do oxidize in soil through a process primarily driven by microorganisms, which break down these sugars for energy. This oxidation converts the sugars into carbon dioxide (CO2) through cellular respiration, a key part of the soil carbon cycle, though some carbon may also be incorporated into soil organic matter. The rate and extent of sugar oxidation depend on factors like oxygen availability, the presence of Fe oxides, and soil redox conditions, which can all influence the process. My understanding of why we flush. Just plain water, what does it do? Strips the medium of salts and nutrients making it empty. What does that do? Triggers nutrient recycling within the plant. What's nutrient recycling? It is a natural part of plant senescence, which can be triggered once you know the switches. A 24:1 carbon-to-nitrogen ratio will also trigger. Why won't it trigger autophagy for me? Nitrogen needs to be gone, gone, gone almost. Ammoniacal (organic) nitrogen takes 4-5 times more water to separate it from soil particles than nitrates so what happens is most people jist flush the nitrates, leave all the ammoniacal in there and this prevents autophagy initiating. Nitrogen decays differently depending on its form during the dry. Ammoniacal nitrogen will oxidize in the air, leaving no trace. But nitrates do no decay and turn volatile and smelly and remain trapped until smoked, no matter how long you cure it does not oxidize. This is why you need to trigger it and begin the denitrification process prior to harvest to get rid of all the nitrates. Otherwise, you will smoke it. Flush till autophagy begins, just make sure you add no nitrogen afterwards. Micronutrients for trichomes. Don't leave the medium empty for 2 weeks, that does nothing but reduce yield 10%ish. Trichomes are another thing. Trichomes themselves are not directly affected by flushing; rather, flushing affects the plant's nutrient uptake, which influences the development and final state of the trichomes. Trichomes are filled with antioxidants in the last weeks, which is what makes them cloudy. A lot of the processing of antioxidants requires energy and nutrients (mostly micronutrients ), so you don't want that soil empty for 2 weeks, you just want the carbon nitrogen ratio 24:1and no higher. She still wants what she needs to ripen. Processing antioxidants is energy-intensive; heat and light accelerate the rate at which THC converts to CBN. This is why you lower DLI, lower temps. By doing so, you reduce the oxidative workload caused by photosynthesis, which opens up the oxidative capacity for the production of antioxidants. THC is mostly processed at night when the plant's oxidative capacity is generally moreso "free and available" for work

I have no idea, what is that, but it's not insects. It's how she grow something. I've noticed, water in a tank becoming more greeny, so I should change it. I recon, I wouldn't be able to finish to finish this grow properly, so I'm trying to shift schedule to 12/12, not rushing yet. But moving towards it day by day. I'm not sure it helps with autoflower, but i need to finish it faster

Die Pflänzchen sind aktuell immernoch am stretchen. Ich muss die Lampe nahezu jeden Tag weiter wegstellen. Alle sind absolut gesund, keine Anzeichen auf Spinnmilben, Nährstoffbrand oder ähnliches. Die Fächerblätter sind teilweise riesig. Gestern habe ich gegossen, die 30 Liter im Becken wurden innerhalb eines Tages aufgenommen. Ich hab aktuell (dem Sommer entsprechend) meine Lüftung auf dem Maximum plus Luftentfeuchter aber ich habe Probleme die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit in Griff zu kriegen. Im Zelt selbst sind 3 Ventilatoren aufgebaut, ein oszilierender richtiger Ventilator und 2 Schreibtisch Mini Ventilatoren. Damit ich wenigstens die Luftzirkulation im Griff habe. Alles in allem etwas chaotisch aber trotz der nicht optimalen bedingungen explodieren die Pflänzchen förmlich.

Flowering day 36 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 37 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 38 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 39 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, the plant was checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 40 Today she was sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 41 We got to the last day of this week and 1.2 L were poured again and the tent was cleaned 👍. Or not, I'll leave that down to you but either way good luck with your grows, stay safe. 28/4/22 Have started these on the voodoo/La Calvera. These versions are from the ppl who hold the pattens and make a lot of ANs formulas. They have just improved upon most of the AN line up but they kept these the same. As they are tried and tested. You can check these out on led-grower.eu/terra-power/ and read up on them for yourself. Going to be running this one differently. As I can only use Terra Power Nutrients that match what AN products I have to make it fair, as it's a comparison grow I won't be using the 50 billion microbes per 1ml enzyme and a few other things. Have to make it as fair as I can. Everything will be the same, (only thing that will be different is the feed charts and how some of terra Power Nutrients can be applied as a foiler spray, I'm going to be following AN/TP grow charts to the letter to make it as fair as possible with decent results). Pot size, transplant/feed/light time Will all be the same. Hopefully soon you'll be able to click on them and look em up when they join GD in the next wk or so. As soon as both plants start to show leafs I will then apply nutrients in a very small dose. Like .5ml/l to start off with and of course I'll use the same amount of nutrients ml/ml. Hopefully the PPM won't go too high in TP as if it is I'll have to use less TP to match the PPM or get it close but if its not off by too much that it won't hurt the plant I'll be running with it. Maybe I'll add the nutrients solo when they start to feed. Both plants have been given 100ml of voodoo/La Calavera 300ppm 6ph 20c temp. 100ml and will apply again in 2 days. And when leafs start to show I'll start them on a weekly base nutrient feed but for waters in between I'll most likely be adding enzymes and root stims on every feed as they have very little EC and won't cause nutrient/tip burn. This is 1 of 6 so far that has been planted. 50% of the strains I have doubled up on, for this 1 though there'll be dif ph/ppm and that which I will add here. Advanced nutrients grow: everything I did above was repeated. PPM was 280 PH was 5.7 temp was 20c. When leafs show I will apply base nutes. I've laid a damp towel down around the pots on the ground to try and bring the RH up to 70+. (Don't fully wet the towel as it won't dry fast enough to make an impact on RH.) 30/4/22 Veg started on both ladies. VD1, both look very nice and just 38hrs in the ground they are both up. When I checked last night they weren't up but I had a feeling some would pop while I was sleeping, so I decided to turn on the grow light. I know it doesn't need to be on until they are up and showing the 2lil fan leafs but hey, 65% it is set at and 45cm away. RH is holding at 67% wet towel is just about dry will be wetting it again. Will also give both girls a feed after they come out of their rest period. As they are all so new I have turned the light on a 7/7 meaning every hrs it comes on and off. Will hold off on nutrients until I see both plants holding out hands. Will introduce some enzymes later today also. 1ml/L of Piranha and tarantula for both of them with voodoo. Both nutrient brands are the same, it's the same formula. Decided to make up the mix. Each custom terra P nutrient has a corresponding Adv Nutrient underneath. I'm going exactly of each of their grow charts and using as guide lines. Adv Nutrients says to use Tarantula&Piranha in weeks 1-2 of grow but terra Powers versions say to use these on weeks 3-4 So that's why I'm going to do. Ive used ml/ml in each nutrient. Adv Nutrients PH was 6.4ph and the EC was .94 TERRA POWERS nutrients were more stable and more potent PH 6.0 EC 1.19. So it looks like the PH balanced nutrients aren't controlled by the amount of ml you use as when you use 2ml/L of both grow A+B of adv nutrients the PH is in the range of 6.2. Water used was 6.7 our tap water has gone up must be because we coming into summer and the ppm jumped up from 78 to 105ppm. I use a charcoal filter for all my water doesn't change PH but lowers PPM from 78 to 105. I'll be using this 1L mix throughout it's 1st wk on every feed. As it's such a low dose I have no concern about salt build up. When I up the ml/L I'll use 1L of mix feed of each nutrient. So if the dose is 1ml/L they'll get that total amount in 1 week and as they get bigger and will be able to take 1l at a time they'll only be getting 1 feed of nutrients and water/enzyme feeds and root stims with no EC/SALT. 2/5/22 Both plants doing well. Fed again today. 100ml both plants their own nutrient mix. Both held the same EC but AN PH went up to 6.6 from 6.4 (still fine, and reasonable for a 3 day old mix) and terra power no change. 4/5/22 Made new mixes for both plants adjusted AN PH to 6, the same as Terra Power. (Needs no PH-+ ).. to make it as fair as I can, I've added a biobizz calmag agent to both mixes. 2ml/L was added to all 8mixes. 400ppm 2ml/L PH was 6.4 had to use PH - To bring it to 5.8. Didn't have any affected on the PH of terra power or the adjusted AN. I am guessing I only need a PH - now is cause I'm using so little of the PH perfect solution which is normally 6 but when mixed normally AN holds 6.2-3...Terra Power holds on 6 on everything so far. 6-7 nutrients all 6 PH. La Sirena is sooooo potent. Decided to add La Calavera aka voodoo juice. So, since I don't have a lux/ppfd meter. I use this to know exactly where it's most powerful. It really helped. As I had 4 plants is 12000 where I had space where the light was hitting 18500, I know the strength is off, but it gives me a guide as to where to place my plants it is going to help so much. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly. In the beginning of flower in going to seal my 150x150 and I'll add 2 co2 bags into it and seal it up with the dehuimifier set at 45% 12/12 and it'll be superhot and I'll then put the photos into a negative pressure environment that'll be 8-10c lower and will have 45-50% RH, hopefully this will bring any terps out, the autos will get a 6hr rest in a negative pressure environment also this will bring the temp down by 8-10c and giving me a sudden drop in temp, let's see what happens. Same Day. Decided to brace AdvNutrient plant so she grows up right, she started to bend, had bout a 30degree bend. Simply braced her with a clamp to a stick a few cm away from the tap root with stem inbetween, should keep the ADVNUTE plant up right. Terra Power plant growing straight and healthy, she was only started on the root stim yday and no enzymes yet and she's not too far behind. I can see TP take the lead in the late veg-pre flower stage. Idk. But there's 2 major nutrients ADV plant is getting was 3 all week and then I added La Calavera (ANs voodoo juice) last night. Going to be running another AN/TP grow this time I'm not only going to match Nute for nute but the same time and ML/ML will be given also. Check out CBD CA for results.
