It’s never a welcome guest, but it’s part of the growing journey, and it teaches you more than any perfect run ever could. It started small: a couple of darker spots noticed deep inside one of the colas. Upon closer inspection, we confirmed it — Botrytis cinerea, or as growers call it, bud rot. Thankfully, it was localized and quickly handled, removing all affected material carefully to avoid spreading spores. Despite how dramatic macro photos can make it look, the loss was minimal. The rest of the canopy remains healthy, strong, and radiant under the LEDs. The girls keep thriving like the true champions they are. ⸻ 🧠 Educational Spotlight – What Is Bud Rot (and What It Isn’t) Bud rot is a fungal infection caused by Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in warm, humid, stagnant environments — the kind of microclimate that can form in thick buds during late flower. It usually begins inside the bud, invisible at first, and works its way outward, leaving behind a grayish-brown, dusty rot that can ruin entire flowers if unnoticed. About day 38 i am just realizing that i am stupid and been feeding the biogrow for cocoa coir 🤦‍♂️ way iver nuting with soil it says never to go over 1ml/L So i will be flushing for at least 1 or two waterings. Looking for the tip burn to stop spreading and the tips to not look like there clawing

Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

This week I decided to use mother nature and let the cheese finish off outside, currently in winter in the Southern Hemisphere with good mild temps during the day and colder evening temps that should allow the plant to go into trich production over drive before I decide to chop. Plant has been flushed as well in preparations of chop, I am torn between chopping her this week or next week, I do hope that the amber trichs don't come out all of s sudden and turn this grow into sleep medicine🤣🤣 I also have three clones left over that I am running in the tent on a 16/8 light schedule

Blue Dream Auto grew okay. She didn't get as big as I expected, but I was not able to keep grow temp up due to the winter. She is loaded in trichromes and has a berry, woody, citrus aroma. I am gonna cut her today and get back with a smoke report soon. Hi guys ! This week was a little bit tricky : I got bugs into my coco coir (Video above), and my EC out was a little bit to high. I've tried to give her 1.5 EC because the blooming started (J29), but few hours later, the leaves of the plants was "eagles claw", So i flushed the coco with a bit of flawless to return to an EC out at 1.3. PH is still 5.8 The plant don't seem to be affected by the bugs.. But i've read that they could kill the roots.. I will treat the bugs tomorrow with Neem oil, I wish everything will be fine.. >> Please comment if you met this shit, and what have you done to solve this problem ? About the feeding, I will stop the humic fulvic and start to ad slowly the pk boost when the first buds will come. I also add 1ml/l of Calimag cause i use RO water. See you next week !! 😄🕉️

Day 50: Lemon Haze is screaming! 🍋🔊 The smell in the lab is insanely strong—pure citrus gas. ⛽💨 Buds are rock solid, now on a strict PH 6.3 water-only diet. 💧 Trichomes still clear; holding out for that milky peak! 💎🚀

This week's weather has been hot & humid with a few cold rainy days. These plants were given a top dress feed of Dr. Earth Vegetable & Flower Girl mix along with mushroom compost. Also added a molasses watering and BT foliar spray Nose: MP #4 - sweet cream MP #2 - coffee/chocolate, like bitter mocha GZ - sweet, rotting strawberries WC - sweet funk MP#1 & 3 - nothing noticable yet

Flower day 17 - All the ladies are looking great, starting to see a lot of bud sights & the smell is definitely getting stronger everyday I open the tent! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼 Flower day 19- Got a bigger dehumidifier because I was having problems on days I would water the humidity would go through the roof at night so to prevent mold I bought a bigger dehumidifier but now it is throwing off so much heat the tent is pushing 90 degrees F at some points throughout the day so I’m not exactly sure how to fix the issue! Will definitely not be running so many plants in the next run for the 5x5! Hopefully things get better!😅😅

Just got back from vacation, and I'm very pleased to see that the plants are doing well! Was gone Saturday to Thursday, and had a friend check on them once to adjust the pH but other than that they've been on autopilot. The Autopots are amazing for this - I got 2 kits with 2 pots each (instead of 1 kit with 4 pots) which gave me an extra reservoir in anticipation of this vacation. I connected the tubes from both of them with tees, and it worked exactly as I hoped. There's still a few days left of water in the reservoirs, so I think I could theoretically go a full week if needed (though the pH does drift a bit). Switched my feeding approach from guess-and-check EC measurements to doing mass/gallon which has made mixing nutrients a lot more consistent. The current feed contains 5.5g/gal of Megacrop, 1.5g/gal of calmag, and 1g/gal of bud explosion (PK). This works out to be an EC of ~3.1 including my tap water. They've been at this strength for a few weeks and are due for a little bit more, but I didn't want to mess with nutrients before leaving since I'll want to monitor them. The smell is getting pretty strong, with a very sweet scent (almost like berries) when I open the tent. The buds are starting to get some weight as well. Interestingly the two plants that veg'd a little bit slower seem to be budding the strongest. The plant that had explosive growth during veg has a ton of tops, but the buds are smaller. But overall they're all looking pretty good. No signs of issues as far as I can tell, tons of trichomes on the buds and sugar leaves. Expecting ~10 weeks of flower, so they're about half way done. Hopefully they'll keep packing on some weight!

Day49: -cut away new lower nodes but keeper the fan leaves -watering 1l/every 2-3 days - LST correction every 1-2 days to keep an even canopy - one branch of top branches grows at a faster rate -looking healthy -Day56 switch to flower phase

Welcome back! Not much to say this week! I’m suffering because I run out of my Silver Haze, and I don’t have any weed left. Plus this girl is taking forever!!!!! This is the drawback of growing only sativas in only one grow box. 😄 But let’s say I’m resetting my tolerance to weed, in order to get ready for the legendary Dr. Grinspoon. Well, she’s growing at a very slow pace, but I can see many foxtails coming out from the main flowers. Some flowers are still growing, and slowly reaching the highest in the middle. You can clearly see them in the photos. There’s also a night video where you can see the frosty trichomes really well at the end of the set. Yummy! Day 122: Last feed @ 0.33ml/L for every product in 9L of tap water at PH6.5 (with Biomassa and Florastimo together, even though Biomagno suggests not to give them together in the same week). 0.33ml/L is 1/3 of suggested dosage. Runoff: 730PPMs, PH 7.0. Day 125: 9L of tap water. Runoff: 672PPMs, PH 7.1.

Saw a big jump in bud size this week.

i would like to see a bigger yield . the veg was tough for the acai stain didnt grow much but was the better smoke

Buen crecimiento esta semana. He tenido que doblar las puntas para que no se estiren demasiado. Supongo que la bajada de temperaturas y el aumento de humedad esta semana ha ayudado. He bajado la luz un poco para que penetre por los bajos y he cambiado los nutrientes para que empiecen ya a engordar las flores.💪 Se nota que quieren más alimento, todo lo que le eche se lo comen en 2 días. 😜
