9/12 Sprayed 1 tbsp K Bicarb with 1/4tsp dawn. Only had time to use a half gallon. I've used more but with all the defoliation this seemed to work and I was in a hurry. I can't ask those watching my plants to do actual labor when I'm not home. I wouldn't want anyone working on my plants but me anyway. I defoliated dead stuff. Still have this rusty looking leaves dieing on my ice cream cake. I need to finish a little defoliating. Broke out my 100x scope and checked a few buds. Things are exploding. Another nice sunny day today. Beastie bloom had no negative effects. I'll use it again and I'll probably use cha ching as well. Went back down to defoliate a little more. I'm getting excited. Still a lot of work left but it's nice to see the progression. Had to cut out a small nug last night that looked like it might start to rot. It was probably fine but I wasn't taking chances. It's so dank and crystally. One of my mystery seeds in the 5 gallon will be done soon. Milky trichs and hard as a rock. Im hoping they will beef up a bit. Little to no amber but things are progressing so fast. I mean nights are in the 40°'s. 9/13 No need to water as it had rained so much the bags need to dry out. Sunny day today. Plants are doing great. Buds increase in bulk on the daily. Took a few pictures and defoliated what needed it. A dog was added to the grow for security. It hasn't gotten used to me yet but it's extremely loud and annoying. Nothing will get past it though. I tried to last night. I shut down the motion sensors informed the other growers (except the person who's shift it was to watch) and I couldn't make it down there on foot let alone a vehicle. Hope the dog liked me but it's certainly useful. It APPEARS we will be having some good weather so I'm excited. I think my plants will be able to finish properly. At least I hope. Either way if I have to harvest early do to the weather so he it but I'll cross that bridge when it comes. Plan to do a preventative BT spray this week. 9/14 FED TODAY. LOWERED GROW BIG TO HALF TBSP. AND AGAIN used 1/4 TBSP Beastie Bloom. Buds are swelling with the sunshine that we've had. I defoliated what needed it and found more dead foliage. It's so weird this damage. I'm pretty sure it's earwigs but the only bother new shoots so that's a good thing. Things are getting close and looking good. I need to do another app of BT. I heard a storm may be coming I'll need to check the weather. 9/15 After a few good days of weather we are in for some rain. Supposably a big storm but it looks like I won't get the worst of it. No water obviously. Something (probably earwigs or jpn beetles) eating or lollipopping lower things. They seem to leave flowers alone. It's just low shoots. Everything is flowering incredibly. I checked trichs on one of my mystery seeds and it looks done. I'm considering taking it. It's in my garage for 24 hrs of darkness and to avoid rain until I make my decision. I also took the two lowest branches off on DJ Short blueberry to taste test and see where I'm at. I probably shouldn't but o do this every year. It will be good to try the mystery bud before I harvest it all. It's just a little guy but the buds are rock hard and with the weather and pm and stuff I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. UPDATE: APPARENTLY WE HAVE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WARNINGS WITH GOLF BALL SIZED HAIL. I can move the other little ones in the garage but everything else is firmly rooted and have taken a beating already. I pray things will be ok. 9/16 No damage from the ridiculous storm last night. I need to spray ASAP. I have a fungal infection with just a few weeks to go. Looks like PM but I know some is a different fungal issue. I'll probably use the k bicarb or citric acid. So far no bud damage or damage up top. The things the earwigs ate were low like the lollipoped lower limbs. It's getting so close. I've been checking trichs and they look great but the buds have some filling out to do. 9/17 DID K BICARBONATE TREATMENT THIS AM. I didn't even look to see if I needed to water. Fuck. buds were soaking wet though so it must've rained. I have to go back down anyway to add a couple strings and do a little more defoliating. Did a treatment with k bicarb this morning.. 1 tbsp with dawn in a half gallon sprayer. I also need to address this earwig problem. They are ravaging some secondary lower branches and Im sure they are spreading disease. I only have a few weeks left and I want the best quality I can possibly get. I plan to put gorilla tape on the outside of the grow bag (double width) and petroleum jelly on the stems. That way they can't climb the bag. If they are in the soil of the bag hopefully the jelly will stop them. I'll also try beer as I've heard that works. I really don't want to resort to borax. Oh and I may have had a visitor last night. I'll have to check the cams. Nothing on the ones I checked but I have some game cams at different angles I haven't checked yet. It was probably just a nocturnal animal. Great to know that the dog announces though. This was at like 12:30 and I was out quick. I only have a few more weeks. I hope the cannabis gods are with me. 9/18 Whatever is eating my plants (earwigs I assume) are progressing from lower secondary or tertiary branches and new shoots to small buds. Looking at trichs some plants look ready. One seedling and the blueberries. I'd like the blueberries to go longer but I'd risk losing them. Fungal and mold issues aren't the greatest either. I was hoping for a big swell but if the weather stays raining and foggy like this it might be better to harvest a little early. I got a second opinion this morning and I'm leaning on taking the seedling and at least the one blueberry with the worst damage that dropped most of its leaves. I'll see how the bottom branch smokes this afternoon and make my decision then. Didn't feed for fear of lockout or if decide to cut. UPDATE: After the second consult with a different local grower I decided to harvest the blueberry that was furthest along and dropping it's leaves. It was done. Luckily it had been flushed with all this sheet rain we've gotten. It rains hard as I speak. Last year I think I had two strings the length of the huge garage and that lasted me all year. This one plant took an entire string to itself. If the weather cooperates this will be a good day. I also flushed the mystery seed I was going to take hoping it might fill out but trichs are very Amber and the bud is DENSE. Not risking mold or insect damage or theft. This took hours to harvest this ONE Blueberry plant. I had to harvest limbs. This was when I could see damage best. I also am curing the buds from the lower branch I took earlier and the other bud that is done. I plan on testing it out tomorrow. I could smoke now but Im already burnt and tired and want to try this with a clear head. I can't believe how long this took. One Big and one little down 10 more to go. Phone died so I couldn't take any pictures.

June 22: planted peat pot in final Fast Buds 4 gallon bag after ripping bottom off and tearing sides. Forecast to be quite warm overnight so she’ll be outside tonight for first time. June 23: in direct sun but under shade cloth for today.

4/20: I have 3 good clones of the shortie growing, and another FFT6 seedling. 5/1: The seedling is now in a 5 gallon pot outdoors, and 2 of the clones are in my closet getting ready to be transplanted into 5 gallon pots and moved outdoors. One of the FFT6 clones will be grown in my tiny tent. 5/6: I took the last two clones outdoors and fed them really well. I also did some training on the seedling and the clone in my tiny tent. 5/7: I did a foliar application of Axiom Harpin proteins today. 5/9-5/11: Did foliar feeding and lots of training every day. 5/12 - 5/17: Fed the outdoor girls on the 13th, then we had lots of rain all week. The seedling is a beast. Installed a new 200w 3000k waterproof LED over the outdoor plants. The indoor clone looks great. I gave her some water on the 16th. 5/18 - 5/19: The seedling and two clones outdoors are all flowering?!?! I suppose it's because I germ'd and vegged them for a month under 24/0 before taking them outdoors under 14/10 of daylight... I'm really hoping she sees the days getting longer and goes back to vegging. I need time to bush her up really well! I ordered another 200w 3000k waterproof LED to replace the two cool white 60w LED's, so that will be 550w total watts of lighting outdoors in addition to the 5'ish hours of direct sunlight they get at mid-day, and the tree-diffused sunlight they get for the rest of the day. Thinking about trying a product called Bud Bomb...has lots of hormones, cytokinins, and auxins that when applied at the beginning of flowering supposedly causes more lateral branching and less vertical stretch. As it is, I'm spending too much time training her and the other outdoor plants to stay below the eyeline of nosy neighbors, so I'm really considering giving it a shot... 5/20: I went for it and sprayed them with Bud Bomb this morning...hope it works like they claim.. 5/21 - 7/4: The clone i grew in the tiny tent got to move in under the quantum boards for her last 2 weeks and fattened up nicely. I harvested her on 6/28 and washed her buds, then jarred and weighed her on 7/3. She produced 110g of cola and 51g of lower bud...very little of it was larfy.👍 After a few great weeks flowering outdoors, i was invaded by spider mites and grasshoppers. The #6 seed-grown plant didn't make it, but i brought the #6 clone indoors and treated her for spider mites a few times, along with the 2 x #1 clones and the #7 plant. That outdoor clone now in my closet is still flowering as of 7/4, but had her last dose of nutes on 7/3. Flushing in a few days.

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and gave her the first feed of the week. She’s still stretching but she’s starting to fill in quite a bit too. Starting to have a pineappley scent to her as well. Day 44 - For the most part, all looks pretty good. I did spot a couple leaves that look like there may be some sort of deficiency but trying to research and figure it out. It’s only on a couple leaves so not really spreading. Checked for any sort of bugs and nothing. Hopefully I can get it figured out and turned around. Day 45 - Gave her a full feeding of straight pH’d water and upped the cal-mag a little to see if maybe I have the start of a magnesium deficiency. Got advice from someone on a different site so we’ll see if this is corrected. She’s really starting to fill in more and more each day. Not a very strong smell coming from her right now but my fingers smell amazing, pineapple/citrus after doing some leaf tucking and I love it. Just for shits and giggles, I did a test of the runoff and measuring out at 6.7, just like what’s going into her so thinking that’s a good thing. Looking forward to the next and final few weeks. Day 46 - All looking good I think! Upped the cal-mag and bit and noticed one more leaf that was off. Everything else is looking green and healthy and the buds seem to be filling in and starting to fatten up nicely. Day 47 - Gave her the last feeding of the week and she starting to really fill in and fatten up. Starting to get pretty frosty and smelling wonderful! Day 49 - Good lord she’s starting to really smell amazing, tropical citrus. Can not wait to chop but still got some time. Will start the week 8 feeding schedule tomorrow, letting her really dry out.

7/4 SUN was poking out a little bit. Plants loved that little feeding and seen to he noticeable larger this morning. I'm considering starting the nutes. At least the organic ones as well as upping the water intake I've been scared to water with all this rain and my experience last time. I plan on applying BT this afternoon and doing some work on the bottoms of the plants. I also saw a chipmunk in my cage so I have some spots in my fence that need to be patched. I know I can't compare this year to orher years as these are seeds and all the other years were clones. I CAN say for certain that my plants are healthiest they've been out of any of my journals. Previous plants were much larger but I was fighting numerous fungal, pathogens and pests at the sane time. Ear wigs would've lollipopped most buddies by now but I've seen no sign of them. I'm going to apply more poison where they were and add some rat traps inside the cage for the chipmunks. Once I fix the cage I think I'll be good. UPDATE: Went back over and fixed the holes on my cage from high winds. I found an old wire trap or cage and just cut sections and ziptied them to the existing wire and to the structure thus covering any open holes. I'll need to put lathes aroubdvtge outside because if a rodent REALLY wanted in they could get in. My belt had been wearing thin but I use shit until it breaks (yesterday the heal came off my shoe lol) so I was working hard sweating my nuts off and my belt gives out totally. At least ive got the major stuff done. I took a few videos too. I'm imagining it was this little bit of sun that gave these plants that boost of growth but I'm wondering if the added nutes had anything to do with it. Bags weren't light and I could feel moisture in the soil so I didn't water. I'll check again tomorrow morning. Since I didn't see many plants or even leaves for that matter with damage I decided to hold off ob the BT and the plant doctor. Only time will tell if that was the right decision. 7/5 Plants look fantastic. I see a few more holes in leaves sporadically amd I'm hoping it's pillars. I've seen lots of lightning bugs on my camera though and grasshoppers are abundant. Not one growth shoot has been chewed (knock on wood) which is what the earwigs had always done. I watched a video from last year and by nowcthey had lollipopped all lower leaves. It may not be the best weather growing season wise but despite the rh consistently in the 90's I still don't have pm or fungal pathogens. Need to get the BT out. I FED THE 3 PLANTS THAT WERE SUPER DRY LIKE A HALF GALLON AND SPRED THE REST OVER THE OTHER EIGHT PLANTS. THEY WERENT DROOPING BUT THEY WERE VERY DRY. I PLAN ON A FULL WATER TOMORROW. I WOULDVE DONE IT TODAY IF THE TEMPS WERENT SO HIGH. ITS RAINED A MONTH STRAIGHT SO I HAVENT HAD TO WATER. I MADE A COUPLE VIDEOS BUT I'LL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. 7/6 Another super hot day. I hefted the pots and they still had some weight but I could tell they were dry. This rain has messed up my watering schedule. Well it made it so I didn't NEED to water. These are big plants now. I need to get a schedule to stick too. They're going to probably need a gallon a piece at least. I'm still nervous watering. Right now I'm just reading the plants. I added .5tsp kelp me/you to 1 gallon of water to help with heat stress. I fed an additional two gallons to the garden this morning including the two container plants in the back. They were dry on top too but I know they have water deeper down. Next watering I'll be more consistent and try to give them there 10%. It's great having the bags elevated. I can finally see when I start getting run off. I could even measure the ph of it instead of relying on that meter. Ill check the ph when I go back over. Still a few 🐛 holes but they are few and far between. I really don't want to spray for such a small problem but if I cant find them at night that's what I'll do. UPDATE: Another 90 degree day. I went back over and gave the garden a gallon of water as they were dry and it didn't rain. Tried to use a soil ph meter to check ph. First couple were 6.4, 6.5 then I got 7.3 and I accidently dropped it. Then I got somethings that were high eights and even one 9! Obviously the Meter shit the bed. I'll lower the ph of the water slightly when I fully water tomorrow and I'm going to measure the runoff. 7/8 I must've messed up the journal again as the dates are off. GAVE PLANTS A FULL WATERING. Each girl got a gallon. I couldn't upload my videos this morning as I had to break up a fight. 3 on 1. Didn't give me a chance to put the videos up. I'll take some stills then I can upload them. I took stills and they all uploaded but didn't fucking save. I'm nit going to keep trying to upload if it's not going to. I see more pillar spots and a moth took off when I shook the plants this morning. So I'm gonna have too apply the BT. I figure if I go over before dark tonight I might be able to see aju nocturnal insects around. Luckily my dad feeds the birds and they are always there. I think they help with pests. UPDATE IT WAS A LITTLE COOLER TODAY BUT MICH MORE HUMID. I WENT AROUND SIX TO MAKE SURE THE GIRLS WERE OK WITH WATER AND TO GIVE THEM A TREATMENT OF BT. I WENT THROUGH THE GARDEN ANDCGOUND THREE LEQVES TO DEFOLIATE AND LITERALLY A COUPLE LEAVES ON TWO PLANTS WITH PILLAR HILESM WHEN I ARRIVED TWO BIRDS FLEW OUT. A HORNET CAME IN WHILE I WAS THERE. THIS DO LESS APPROACH SEEMS TO BE REALLY WORKING. I DODNT SEE NEARLT ENOUGH DAMAGE TO WARRANT SPRAY8NG MY EXTREMELY HEALTHY GIROS WITH ANYTHING. ILL KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND CLEAN THEM UP A BIT. I DO NEED TO INSTALL THE VERY8CAL TRELLIS FOR SUPPORT. THEYRE PRETTY HEALTHY THOUGH. ONE PLANT IS ABOUT AS WIDE AS IT IS TALL. STILL......PLANTS ARE EXPLODING AND ITS GETTING TIGHT IN THERE. I NEED TO GET THE TRELLIS UP THOUGH. 7/10 I went over and was planning to water. Plants were wet and it's raining. Top of the medium was moist but the bags were light. ONE bag was super light but seeing that we are having showers all day and an additional half inch of rain coming tonight so I didn't water them. Especially since they looked great. Decided to to spray BT yet as the damage is so small and i think the birds have been taking care of the pillars for me. Now I'm wondering if I should've gave that ONE plant a little bit of water but it will be find. Did a video. I'm being careful not to over water. Last year this is when all my buddies were devoured by earwigs. And no senescence like the years before. I think it was hust those earwigs. I haven't lost shot for leaves. Even the stalks are bright green and look amazing.

06/01(85) - I've decided to flower for a little longer, i have cut back all the large fan leaves for this final stretch. some of the side buds are getting heavy and almost as big as the main colas. 07/01(86) - I am just dyeing to harvest her but will hold off a little longer, included a video to get a scale. I've been massively impressed by this strain so far. leaves are still a dark green 08/01(87) - This morning at 8am she has been banished to darkness, will check on in 24 hours but expecting to go 48 hours. gave last plain feed yesterday and pot is still heavy so no more water. hoping to harvest on day 89/90 (sorry for mass picture dump) 09/01(88) - Completed 24hr of darkness and checked buds for mold. water has now been used up and pot is light. Noticed the smell is easier to distinguish. going to leave for another day as I am waiting for some sieves/gloves/trimmers before I harvest. 10/01(89) - Checked this morning at 8am and the COCO was bone dry. I have now cut her down at 4pm and weight was 401g but that with stems and leaves straight from cutting (might weigh tomorrow once trimmed). I have began the trimming but have to do it in parts due to time restraints. Quick One (81 days) is now back inside the tent but is still too big. will see if its worth keeping in the next week How do others check wet weight?? I will be completing a harvest page in a few days once I have fully trimmed and dried to get final yield before curing.
