Welcome to week 6 I started to see signs of nutrient deficiency during the course of week 5 and decided to correct this deficiency by trying to lower the nutrient level by all signs it appears to have worked. I was using the recommended level of nutrients on the bottle but after having conversations with fellow Growers I come to the conclusion that it was still too strong for my plants so I'm using half the dosage. Doing that has resulted in the plants growing very healthy no signs of deficiency in any of the leaves above the lower leaves so it appears that I've corrected the problem. That's my update for the week keep your stick on the ice PPM's are at 1125 but 376 PPM of that is just the water and in installing a water cleaning system to see if i can bring that down

Week 28 – Flowering Week 6 This week clearly places the Pineapple Upside Down in the final stretch of its flowering cycle. We are getting close to the end, and expectations regarding yield are now realistic. The plant produced a large number of small buds that never fully developed, which was anticipated considering the difficulties encountered earlier in the grow. Despite this, the run is not a total loss. There will still be material worth harvesting: the best tops will be kept as flower, while lower-quality buds and popcorn will likely be processed later. Trichome development confirms that we are approaching maturity, with most trichomes now appearing cloudy. This indicates that the plant is nearing its harvest window. Nutrition Nutrition was slightly adjusted this week to better match the late flowering stage. Base nutrients were gently reduced: Bloom A and Bloom B were lowered from 2.0 ml/L to 1.5 ml/L. At the same time, PK was increased from 2.5 ml/L to 3.0 ml/L. In practice, part of what was removed from Bloom A and Bloom B was deliberately reallocated to PK. The intention is to support final bud maturation and density, while limiting unnecessary nitrogen intake at this advanced stage of flowering. Nutrition will remain as-is for this week. Starting next week, feeding will be stopped to allow the plant to finish maturing naturally before harvest. Environment & Light Light intensity was intentionally not increased. PPFD remains around 800–900, which is more than sufficient at this stage and helps avoid excess heat in the grow space. No major interventions are planned from here. The strategy is simple: maintain stable conditions, observe closely, and let the plant finish its cycle without stress. See you next week, and take care.

Day 64 Okay so we're entering the last couple weeks things are looking good I've managed to bring the ppm's down I added three of just straight tap water waited 10 minutes and then added my 2 L of nutrients. Doing this for the last couple days has managed to bring my ppm's down a very large amount now it sits at 1973 PPM I am well on my way Day 66 not much to say just checking the trichomes and she is coming along well this my be the last week for her then on to flushing. PPM now 1836 and the solution is 1668 PPM so i'm doing good now Day 67 i'm happy to say that my ppm run off is now the same as the solution i'm putting in and that's a big win so now in going back to 2L of water then 2L of nute's Day 68 she is holding steady at 1550 ppm i now know the watering that works best more knowledge for the arsenal lol Day 69 not much to say. She is putting on weight fast now that i got the ppm's under control but at this point it may be a week 17 harvest as trichome development is still on the slow side ppm 1763 Day 70 by my estimation she had suffered a minor nute lock out that slowed growth a little bit. T he reason i think this is because now that i have the ppm's in check and at a steady 1550-1620 ppm she is ( for lack of a better word ) exploding with growth in bud size. some new growth has doubled in size in just 24 hrs and that's huge, because of this i'm going to keep her in flower for week 16 and how knows maybe 17 before flush..... side note i had a freak problem with my one Aglex light and the veg side of the light along with some bloom light diodes stopped working. with some help i found out it was 2 LED diodes were drawing on the power and in effect stopped half the light from working we bypassed the bad LED's and we are back in business 😀

Coming in a day early this week because tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Plants are growing nicely, pistils and colors and frost, all good stuff happening. None of the colas are fat and solid like a pinecone yet, but we're on track for a nice harvest. I'm thinking 4 more weeks.

Explosive growth compared to last week. I topped again, which might be the last time before I allow for some more growth before flipping. Super Impressed, this would be much bigger if I did not delay transplanting for a week and a half, because I had my grow space full! I just started 2 others, unfortunately bad timing as this one's almost to flower, so either I will stretch the veg out for much longer so all plants can flower at same time, or work out other arrangements. So far I'm beyond impressed with Homegrown Genetics and cannot wait to see these beauties flower 😁

This week the girls were getting a bit heavy leafed and sweaty. Getting into LST techniques, we went a bit crazy with the defoliation for some of the plants. Their growth seems a bit stunted so we moved them to the center to fill out the canopy with the bigger plants. Probably gonna have to veg a bit longer than we were hoping. Growth seems good though with some leaf tips yellowing. Hopefully it's just the old nutrient deficiency that should be now fixed. The canopy looks nice and even. The dehumidifier gets filled too fast, so we should've gotten a bigger one. Currently trying to keep the humidity at max 70% but we are struggling when the tank gets filled up. After getting two fans and still struggling with the airflow and sweaty leaves, we got a better third fan and stopped using the other two. We got a small greenhouse heater for our tent because we opened the window due to the growing humidity. It's winter around here. Main issues for the upcoming weeks seem to be getting the temperature and humidity in control before flowering. Right at the end of the week we installed our SCROG.

third week. she is growing. Unfortunately, the new leaves also show signs of over-fertilization. I hope it will improve over time. I have now raised the lamp to 50 cm above the leaf tip and set it to 50W. Additionally, I may have overwatered the plant last week, although I’m not entirely sure. So I let them dry out for the last two days. I think I’m making every beginner mistake possible. 🌱 greetings

-15.08.2024 The light intensity has been reduced so that the ppfd value is below 1000. The soil still felt moist, the plants were not watered. Yellow leaf tips are still there, even turning white. Continue to observe, do not fertilize and research. -16.08.2024 Did nothing -17.08.2024 Visual Control Soil was dry, Both plants get watered with 500ml water per plant (no nutriens) -18.08.2024 - 20.08.2024 Did nothing, just Visual Control -21.08.2024 Soil was dry, Both plants got 1Liter Water per Plant. SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY This is my diary entry into the Dynomyco Show Us What You Got Contest! #DynomycoShowUsWhatYouGot! @DynomycoShowUsWhatYouGot! Big Shoutout to @Dynomyco for picking me in their contest. Happy to be involved and as a user of Dynomyco I am curious to see this side by side with my own eyes. I will be honest I am a little skeptical it will show any major differences. but we will see what happens. Some disclaimers, I am still using LABS serum I made as well as MIIM Miicrobial Mass. These are also beneficial to the root mass however they are bacteria based and not fungal or mycorrhizae like Dynomyco. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/DYNOMYCO_Show_Us_What_You_Got I was going to use my own clones I made from the g13 labs grows I just finished but released I had used a Dynomyco in the medium when I was rooting them for a extra strong start. So to fix this little error I went out and purchased two Cherry Pie clones from a local grey market dispensary. I joked Dynomyco will cover the cost and yet to hear back from them lol. I have inoculated one clones rootball and the transplant medium with Dynomyco, the other clone and its medium got no Dynomyco. The Dynomyco Clone is on the left in photos, it's also the only pot with a mini glass thermometer. I did this exact thing in my Dr Seeds Granddaddy Purple Diary vs 60day wonder. I don't expect it to count as an entry but more of a 2nd side by side on two different strains. GDP vs 60DW. Hopefully I will get some stickers in my package and can label the pots as such. I used my own personal stash of Dynomyco as I have not been shipped the contest materials yet but the clones where good to go an I wanted to get this beast on the way. The plants will be grown outdoors and transplanted at min 2 times max 3 times. Nursery pot to 1Gal, "this weekly entry" 1Gal to 2Gal, "3-4 weeks away" and finally 2Gal to 3Gal maybe. "6-8 weeks away" This week 1 entry is the first transplant from nursery pot to 1Gal, I have sheltered them inside for the first few days as we got heavy rainfalls and I did not what that to be to much of a shock for them, they are in my Spider Farmer tent under 24/0 lighting with the SF1000 @60%, they should be good to make their way outside tomorrow if the weathers good. I have noticed I have a lot of outside light interference on my balcony with all the safety lights in the surrounding areas buildings. I am going to try and LST these plants to keep them low and below my balconies wall to avoid excess light pollution. about 3 feet high.

Day 36: I bend the branches even more, cut off the top leaf that covered 2 buds, one of them is very small, I hope to give it at least a little chance to grow. This is a victim of a broken branch.

9/19 tied up some of the drooping branches on the bottom that have fallen from their own mass/weight. Shes been smelling so so awesome this whole time. Each day more frost, resin and trichomes cover the buds 9/22 looked at trichomes through magnifier. They're magnificently long with big heads. Not very many amber heads though. Like maybe 30% clear, 60% cloudy and 10% amber. Thats just a rough guesstimate, I may change that ratio later

Day 70 for these Fastbuds beauties Blackberry Auto: With dark purple buds glowing fiercely and a dank smell to match, this girl could make anyone's tent look amazing. During the last few weeks her buds have become incredibly dense and sticky. She is very short and thick in stature compared to the other plants I have in flower. I inspected her trichomes over the weekend and ive determined that she is pretty much ready for harvesr. I expect about 2 oz of high quality flower after dry/cure. Forbidden Runtz Auto I'm really blown away with the turnaround in this girl. She was mutated & so small I almost tossed her out during early veg; I'm glad I changed my mind. She stretched significantly between weeks 4-6 and I really wasn't expecting much from her. In reality, she has blown my mind... incredibly dense and sticky buds have developed in the past 4 weeks. She's got the zkittles smell mixed with a gassy terp profile.. I think the higher humidity through flowering phase really helped develop these dense buds. When I checked her trichomes over the weekend I determined that she will be cut down within the next 7-10 days. Process/ Environment changes: - Lowered my SF4000 roughly 20 cm to increase photon delivery to the canopy - Water/kelp meal only from this point to harvest - My temperature has risen due to change of seasons .. roughly at 27-28 deg C during daytime.. this is why I lowered my lights rather than turning them up - Defoliating any unnecessary fan leaves at every chance I get - I've had to use spools of twist tie to use to keep the branches from falling over from their own weight. I'll tie one end to the top of a branch, and the other to the stock. Not ideal but its working. Cheese auto dry/ cure update: After 10 full days of drying, I gave the buds a decent trim and put them inside glass jars where they will remain for many weeks. I add 2 way Boveda humidity packs to help regulate the relative humidity within the containers. I also use tiny hydrometer pucks to measure the humidity and temperature inside the jars. My ideal cure is at 62% RH
