73 Day 10 Weeks to Harvest

Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

Aug 31: now done six weeks of flowering. Started force flowering by putting her in the dark garage for 10 h plus two hours of bonus darkness by using a 730 nm far red light at dusk as a bloom booster. After three weeks of moving in and out of garage I’ve just been using the red light at dusk. I use Civil Twilight as listed on dateandtime.com for my location. Civil Twilight is getting earlier by about 3 min per night and will be at 9 pm tonight. Awesome plant should be 2-3 weeks to finish and the weather forecast is perfect for next two weeks. Should be a strong finish, and we’re still in August. Awesome. Sep 1: flowers are huge and progressing quickly. The top buds seemed to change colour a bit today. Overnight temperatures are still above 10 C so no purple colour showing yet. Maybe right at the end in a couple of weeks she’ll show some extra colour. Sep 3: buds are getting big, dense and sticky. Perfect. Sep 4: flash pics are okay if using the 730 nm far red light right after. If you don’t have a red light, don’t take flash pics of your photoperiod plants. Nice big buds are quite hard too. Day 39 flower!! Not a whole lot to report, just watering every 2-3 days ph 6.5 tap water Top dressed with gaia green bloom 284 with about 2 tablespoons per gallon and then about 2 cups of worm castings. I didnt use All purpose this time around as Im trying to taper off the nitrogen. Hopefully that doesnt come back to bite me Hopefully the girls are done come May is what im hoping for

Will grow strawberry 🍓 Cheesecake again. Right now, it is my favorite, based on look and smell. Will make final decision once smoked.

Feb 15th All three plants are doing well They have all been bent over to grow sideways Feb 17th More LST, all is well. Feb 18th Changed out nutrients This week I added 18l of nutes with slightly stronger mix at 75% strength. I will change on next weeks update Feb 21st Plants have used approximately 6 litres since the 18th They are all looking healthy but for some reason they aren’t growing in length that much. They are producing many new branches but the branches are becoming to compacted close together.

Hey Cannafam, Its been another mixed week for my gal. Starting with the weather most days have been raining if not cloudy, again with high humidity in the 80s -90s. Unfortunately i spotted a bit more rot startin a few days ago in her main cola near the top, again its been caught early and was removed early but its not ideal and shes being watched very closely atm. On a positive note todays been lovely and sunny and the humidity has now started to come down a bit which is welcome, the weather for the next week although not hot will be mainly dry on the local reports! Feed wise shes had one feed this week to which ive added a weak boost of PK13/14 to aid flower development. Shes filled out a bit more this week both in her central cola and the lower branches. Trichomes are mostly half clear/half cloudy with a few ambers, so this gals got a little way to go yet in her development for that optimum heavy Indica stone. Das erste Training und Topping hat sie gut weggesteckt und sich erholt. Außerdem gab es ein neues Zuhause im Endtopf. Auch dafür bekommt sie jetzt erstmal eine kleine Reha-Phase, sodass es dann gleich mit dem nächsten Topping und mehr LST weiter gehen kann.

- Day 45 Time to water again. I used 2.2 liters of water @ 6.4ph containing silica force, calmag, bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, alg-a-mic, acti-vera & bio-heaven. Not much to report otherwise. I am mainly just trying to keep the top of that main branch in check and growing horizontally. Day 47 I raised the light a bit down to 44cm high, wanted to increase PPFD a bit, she is getting ~810 PPFD at the top now. Those buds are getting a lot thicker already than my previous grow at this stage. Day 48 Watering day used 2.2 liters again @ 6.4ph, containing bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, alg-a-mic & bio-heaven. Day 49 The buds are really starting to fatten up now, and it's smelling great 😊. Day 51 Watered again today she is drinking A LOT right now. Gave her 2.3L @ 6.4 ph, containing bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, bio-heaven, alg-a-mic & acti-vera.

This Canuk lady has been a GEM! It’s just about time to cut this girl down. She’s been a very nice plant to grow! I’ve just been giving her plain water for awhile now so she is yellowing out and fattening up! She will be coming down this weekend I’m guessing 😀 I will definitely run this genetic again! The 2x Northern Lights and 1x Critical have really stepped it up over the last stretch. The buds are noticeably fatter, denser, and frostier now, and the Northern Lights in particular are looking dialled in. Nice dark green leaves, solid tops, and a proper layer of trichomes building across the flowers and sugar leaves. The Critical is still the one fading the hardest, with more yellowing across the canopy, but the buds themselves are still developing well and stacking nicely. At this point I’m letting it ride. Overall, the tent is looking far more mature than it did just a week ago. Pistils are turning, calyxes are swelling, and the whole thing is starting to look like a proper finish is on the horizon. Stats so far: 💧 Watering: Every third day 🌡️ Temp: 26–28°C 💦 Humidity: 65% RH 📈 VPD: ~1.18 kPa 💡 Light: ~700 PPFD

Had major struggles with humidity due to cold front, but got it in somewhat better ranges. My planet of the grapes started wilted/ drooping mid week [other strains were fine]. Did some research and it turned out they needed more water.[ I normally water every other day, feed every second feed and I top dressed before flipping].I fed them, got the humidity back in acceptable ranges. I also gave them some tea [molasses, banana peels, Gaia green bloom,all purpose and worm castings] They seem to be happier. Very eager to defoliate at end of this week been taking few leaves here and there but nothing crazy. Decided to build a suspended 2ply scrog net seems to be working great. I cut the plant after 48 hours of total darkness. To flush the best, I ran a few dozen liters of water through the jar until the one that came out below was transparent. Although the flowers failed to close, I am satisfied with the result and the smell of the buds inspires a good terpene. To dry well, I moved the grow box to the room with an air conditioner. I'm keeping the temperature around 26-27 degrees and the humidity around 50%.

They seem to be coming along fine, no real PH issues despite reusing old Promix, more low stress training :) ... I may flip in another week or 2..

I love this pheno compared to the other hard diesel pheno #2 this one has a beautiful structure, and the buds are very dense hard and sticky as hell, the aroma it's really strong and stinky, I would definitely run her again, gea seeds always provides high quality strains and seeds to the growers!
