After my experience with the Amnesia Haze https://growdiaries.com/diaries/256489-fast-buds-amnesia-haze-auto-grow-journal-by-hinterhofgrower#weeks/1485085, I'm adding some Dolomite Lime to the soil as a preventative measure to avoid the CalMag problem. I watered the dolomite lime into the soil with 2 liters of 2ml/liter Supermix, also to give the upper roots more NPK. What she can draw from the reservoir through capillary action doesn't seem to be enough yet. As an Indica dominant, I didn't top her but removed the bottom two branches and try to keep the central branch under control by removing leaves. In total, I now have 5 main branches.

Week 6 and my babies are still in veg 😥 but I'm sure next week they will finally flip! 😁 Now, what can I say about the girl that's on the back? - She has some really long leaves and those stems are thin if I compare them to other plants I've grown. - Some of her leaves look too shiny, dunno why! - The internodes are really short, which is good and she's VERY bushy. Perhaps she went thru some kind of deficiency and that's why she looks like that? Or maybe it's something else? No idea! The other hand, the other baby: - She's developing really well. Ahead of her sister and I'm sure she'll be the first one to flip! I mean, it looks like she's already developing some pre-flowers! :D - She's a little taller compared to her sister - The internodes are short and the leaves are huge! They are also slightly darker compared to her sister. I reinforced the LST on both of my girls and I both tucked the leaves (a lot) and defoliated the plants just a little. Сегодня решил немного освободить от листьев 3 растения чтоб свет лучше проникал, большие сильные растения не трогал, думаю их через недельку тоже буду подстригать... как видно 1 растения вообще не удачное, 2 средние, а вот дальние 3 выглядят хорошо и думаю дадут отличный урожай... еще 3 недели цветения так что я думаю увеличатся еще сильно в объеме.

She had some damaged leaves, looking like mud but i think she just got burned a bit. I removed the damaged leaves and Hope she'll recover fast🍁

21.09.Update – Day 54 • We’re now deep into flowering, and unfortunately the thrips problem has not improved. • On the contrary, the population has completely taken over and has had a strong negative influence on this run. ⸻ Pest Situation • Despite thorough cleaning before the run and multiple measures during the grow (Neem, Nematodes, Predatory Mites), the thrips kept spreading and finally took control. • The infestation has weakened the plants noticeably, reducing their potential and overall performance. • For the next cycle, I will need to take even stricter preventive steps to avoid a repeat of this issue. ⸻ Plant & Bud Development • Even though the plants were heavily affected, the buds themselves are still relatively solid: • They are compact, firm, and nicely structured. • The terpene profile is very appealing, with a rich and delicious aroma. • Yield will certainly be lower than expected, but there is still a chance for a satisfying end product. ⸻ Notes & Outlook • This run shows how devastating thrips pressure can be, even under careful preparation. • Nevertheless, the buds are giving hope for a decent harvest in terms of quality and flavor. • The plan now is to finish strong, harvest what can be saved, and then prepare carefully for a fresh, hopefully pest-free start. ⸻ 🌱 Day 54 – Thrips have dominated the run, but compact buds and great terps keep the outlook positive for harvest quality.

Chapter 18: The end. Cannabonsai was really starting to run out of juice, the tips of her larger sugar leaves were starting to show the same likely Ca / P deficiency as her fans, so I knew it was time. Duckfoot probably could've stacked another week or two, but I'm using the tent to dry, and I do prefer effects on the zippier side - so they both got the chop. Since this was mostly an outdoor grow and they had recent issues with caterpillars, I decided to do a bud wash. One look at that water and no regrets. Removed the fan leaves and hung full branches up to dry in the 60% humidity tent, though averaging a little warmer than I'd like at around 70 degrees. After about a week the hay smell dissipated, the smaller buds were moisture testing around 11%, so I bucked the branches into six-inch chunks and then let them sweat in paper bags for a few more days, rotating and airing out every several hours...just like the Grove bags say to do. When each bag stabilized around 62% humidity, I trimmed everything. Final yield dry was 1.7 oz (48g) for Duckfoot, and 1.5 oz (43g) for Cannabonsai, with an additional ounce (31g) of dry trim. I already know I can do better on the next grow. :) Early flower already smokes wonderfully - good taste, no hay, extremely potent, I would be very happy getting this from a dispensary. It's all in Grove bags now, can't wait to see how it cures up.

Week one is working well.The girls are taking the light very well,I thought I'd over done it but they loved it. 75percent and eventually 100 on the 7th day. Height is around 60-70cm. LoL, a little bit of burning on the edges of the leaves, not too much to worry about Progress looks very good Her bud is growing slowly, but dense I made the feeding with just a bit more than 1 L, about 1.25L the molasses is not measured, i just took the back of a spoon and dipped it, and stirred it into the watering. Do keep in mind that i'm only using about 80 watts of light (cob led).

Flushing this week with pH water for a couple of days and using GH flora kleen the last two days. She smells something amazing.
