3/29 - flush day. I'm not sure if I should keep this one going or if I should plan to harvest at the end of this week...she doesn't have much amber, maybe 1%. Lots of cloudy and some clear. I'm tempted to let her run until Runtz is ready but I think I might have a week discrepancy between the two. 2L distilled water 5.9pH 69.5 *F 3/31 - feeding, getting close to finished I think. I'm going to try to harvest at mostly milky 3L distilled water 6.0pH 70*F 475ppm Bloom 2.99g Kelp 0.67g Yucca 0.9g Cane Molasses 1.5g Amino Acids 1.05g Enzymes 0.28g Real Grows Recharge 0.2g 4/3 - feeding day. Terps are still 30-40% clear with very little amber so I'm going to let her run some more. First time giving Terpinator so I'm curious if that will make any sort of difference this late in the game. 2L distilled water 6.0pH 71*F 110ppm RAW Cane Molasses 0.71g Terpinator 25ml (too much...oops) Great White 1.04g Real Grows Recharge 0.11g

First of all a massive thanks to the guys at Ripper Seeds, and also GD for giving me these beans after placing top 10 in the Jan 18 Diary of the Month Comp ✌️👊 and thank you to all you guys that like/follow and comment each week, you all know it's always appreciated. When I run this girl again I'll be letting her grow bigger and thicker in structure before going into flower. She still turned out great, but with another week in the veg tent I know she would have yielded more, and would have stretched a bit more. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. Happy growing! 🐺

Welcome growers We finished week n°5 with these three SORBET#4 🌿🌿🌿🍧 The whole family reacted pretty well after last week's topping and looks very healthy and happy They have some differences, especially in terms of height.. There are two fairly identical phenotypes, small in size with close internodal spacing and deep green leaves The other, on the other hand, is visibly more grown in height and has a more "open" structure, typical of specimens that tend to have a profile more on the Sativa side. However, I am giving everyone the same amount and type of nutrients, which I will report later 😉 In this week i have reduced the lights cycle from 16/8 on/off to 14/10 on/off 💡 At the same time i have increase the intensity of my two led SP3000 from 50% to 75% and im going to put them at the maximum potency after the switch at 12/12 The two led panel are connected with a cable and i have only to adjuste the dimmer of one of them for change the intensity of each one, in just one move.. About nutrients 👇 In this seven days i still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) / Bioheaven (Biobizz) for the first time and a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) {not in spray solution but mixed with the othersone in to the water} Like i usually do, a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 Anyway.. I decided to take both photos and videos, basically so as not to bore you and me with the same things over and over again.. Hope you enjoy This was the last week before it officially went into bloom.. So stay tuned, the show is going to start soon 🎬 Thanks for watching 😎👍👍 FC ✌️ 🇮🇹

This was my 1st photoperiod grow on growdiaries and I'm glad I tried these Fast flowering photoperiods for it. Big thanks to Heather and the Fastbuds team. I haven't managed to try the Tropicana Cookies auto yet so this photoperiod fast version was definitely a new adventure. She grew more squat and bushier then i was expecting and her shape really did remind me of pineapple express. To be honest she was great to grow. Because this grow was going so good I decided to switch back to photoperiods for the next few grows i just wish i had left her in veg for 1 more week. Harvest GDG16 Wedding cheesecake FF=35g+20g larf Tropicana Cookies FF=42g+10g larf Gorilla Cookies FF=59g+5g larf Total weight, decent buds=136g Total weight larf=35g Light power Total= 200.43Kw 18hrs for 28 days = 504hrs 12hrs for 67 days = 804hrs Total hours for lights= 1308hrs 200.43÷1308=0.153Kw/hr average. Average 153w/hr Total g/W=0.89g/W Power used for grow=508.78Kw @0.30p =£152.63 Each gram cost £1.12 (not including larf). The buds have been curing for nearly 2 weeks so I haven't had a sample yet. There will be more pictures added once I try the buds and write up a smoke review but for now I'll just leave a video of the grow. Thanks to all who have viewed my diaries and a big thanks to all that posted likes and comments, it's much appreciated.

No huge changes. GPA Cookies are still growing albeit slowly due to the cold. I hope it starts picking up soon. HUGE defoliation on the Chocolate Skunk clone. This girl is responding very well. Money Maker is just doing its thing! I didn’t expect much from this plant, but that just means it has no pressure and can take its time!

🌿 Sour Diesel — Catch-Up Report (Weeks 2.5 → 4 | 12/12 Transition) First — a quick word to everyone following the diary We want to start this update by apologizing for doing a two-and-a-half week report in one go. This is not a change in transparency or process — it’s simply to bring Sour Diesel back in sync with the rest of the room. All plants are evolving under the same tent, same environment, same rhythm. Having one diary lag behind doesn’t serve the journey — so we’re catching her up, cleanly and honestly. Thank you for understanding 💚 ⸻ 🌱 General Behavior & Growth Sour Diesel has been growing beautifully. • Strong, healthy structure • Deep green, lush foliage • No stress signals • Calm, confident growth She transitioned into 12/12 smoothly and is now fully sharing the same rhythm as the rest of the room. ⸻ ✋ Training Response (Week 3) Training started in Week 3, using only: • leaf tucking • gentle leaf bending No aggressive techniques. Her response was excellent. By the end of Week 4: • She became noticeably bushier • Leaves increased in size • Side branches began to push outward and upward • Branch length reached roughly 4–5 fingers, which is perfect for this stage Nothing exaggerated, nothing forced — just natural structure opening up. ⸻ 🌸 Flowering Signals (or lack of — and why that’s okay) Despite being under 12/12: • No visible flowering signs yet • No pistils • No true flip signals This is expected. Why? • She had ~15 days of 18/6 vegetative phase • She’s now completing ~2 weeks of 12/12 • Sour Diesel often hesitates, then commits fully She feels close — almost like she’s thinking about it. We expect clear signs very soon, likely at the start of the next week. Ending this week: ➡️ bushier ➡️ more structured ➡️ clearly preparing ⸻ Nutrition & Autopot Reality (Important Note) She is currently being fed the same vegetative recipe, with one key adjustment. Autopots & organics — the reality Some of the inputs we normally use are organic / biological. These work beautifully with: • some gravity feeding • hand watering • living solutions But they do NOT work well in irrigation systems like Autopots. Why: • Living inputs can settle • Cause build-ups • Create pH fluctuations • Reduce line consistency • “Alive” water doesn’t like being stored or recirculated So for now: What she’s receiving • Plagron Terra Grow only in the Autopot system • EC lowered to 0.8 (instead of 1.0) • Even though NPK is present, we keep EC conservative • No boosters in the reservoir Occasional top feeding Once or twice, when watering the rest of the room: • She received the full recipe via top watering • This is likely how we’ll continue once demand increases Flower will bring higher needs — we’ll adapt when she asks, not before. ⸻ 🌬️ Environment No changes here: • Temperatures stable • Humidity stable • Airflow unchanged Everything remains identical to the rest of the room, so no need to repeat values. ⸻ 👑 What to Expect / What Not to Expect Expect: • A clear flip soon • Stretch after commitment • More expressive structure than some of the others • Increased nutrient demand once flowering starts Do NOT expect: • Instant pistils just because she’s in 12/12 • Heavy defoliation yet • Aggressive feeding right now • Identical behavior to other cultivars Sour Diesel does things her way — and she’s doing them well. ⸻ 🌿 Final Notes She’s healthy. She’s calm. She’s aligned with the room now. This Queen is not late — she’s intentional. Thank you to everyone following this journey, and thank you for allowing us to keep the diary honest, educational, and paced by the plant — not the calendar. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. 🌱 Blue Waffle F1 – Photoperiod – Phenotype B Week 2 – A New Home, Strong Roots, Endless Potential Hello, everyone, and welcome back to another update from Project Blue Tent! 💚 Today we’re checking in on Blue Waffle F1 – Photoperiod – Phenotype B, one of the beautiful ladies growing under a traditional 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness. This week was a major milestone in her journey as she officially moved into her permanent home inside a Plagron Premium Coco Grow Bag. The seedling stage is now behind her, and from this point forward she’ll begin building the root system and structure that will support everything to come. Judging by her response so far, she’s loving every moment of it. ⸻ 🏡 Transplant Day After spending the last week preparing the grow bags, the coco was fully hydrated before transplant day arrived. Rather than digging an oversized hole, I used the original nursery pot to create a perfectly sized cavity inside the hydrated coco. This simple technique allows the root ball to slide directly into place while maintaining maximum contact between the soil and the surrounding coco. Once everything was ready, I gently removed the plant from her starter pot. One careful movement… One healthy root ball… One happy grower. The transplant went exactly as planned. ⸻ 🌱 Healthy Roots Tell the Whole Story Before placing her into the new home, I always like taking a look at the roots. They weren’t massive… They didn’t need to be. Instead, they were exactly what I hoped to see. Bright white roots wrapped beautifully around the entire root ball, with plenty of fine feeder roots actively searching for more space. There were no signs of root binding, discoloration or stress. The roots held the soil together perfectly while still looking young and incredibly active. Healthy roots are one of the best indicators that a plant is ready for transplant, and Phenotype B certainly passed that test with flying colours. ⸻ 🥥 The Move Into Coco With the transplant complete, Blue Waffle F1 Phenotype B officially begins the next stage of her life inside Plagron Premium Coco. Over the following days she showed virtually no signs of transplant stress. No drooping. No yellowing. No slowing down. Instead, fresh growth continued almost immediately, proving the roots adapted quickly to their new environment. That smooth transition is exactly what every grower hopes for. ⸻ 🌿 Vegetative Growth Phenotype B is developing into a compact, symmetrical young plant with excellent structure. Her internodal spacing remains tight, giving her a sturdy appearance, while the stem continues becoming thicker every day. The newest growth is vibrant and healthy, with the slightly lighter green colour that naturally accompanies rapidly developing tissue. Leaf posture remains relaxed, indicating she’s comfortable with both the environment and her feeding schedule. At this stage, she’s building the foundation that will eventually support an abundant canopy later in the grow. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Program Now that she’s established inside the coco, feeding continues using the Plagron Hydro line. Current nutrient solution: • Plagron Hydro A • Plagron Hydro B • Plagron Hydro Roots The goal during this early vegetative stage is simple: Build roots first. Everything else follows. Hydro Roots continues stimulating vigorous root development while Hydro A & B provide the balanced nutrition required for steady, healthy vegetative growth. Sometimes simplicity really is the best strategy. ⸻ 📊 Feeding Parameters Current nutrient solution: • EC: 1.26 mS/cm • pH: 5.83 • Solution Temperature: 23.1°C These values place the nutrient solution right where I like it for young plants growing in coco. The EC provides enough nutrition to encourage strong growth without overwhelming the developing root system, while the pH sits comfortably inside the optimal uptake range. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions The grow room remained very stable throughout the week. Current conditions: • Temperature: 29°C • Relative Humidity: 68% Although temperatures are slightly warm, maintaining a higher relative humidity helps young plants stay comfortable by reducing unnecessary transpiration while the roots establish themselves inside the larger growing medium. Consistency remains one of the most important ingredients for healthy development. Happy plants love stable environments. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead With the transplant now complete, the focus shifts toward root expansion. Over the coming week I expect the roots to rapidly colonize the surrounding coco, allowing nutrient uptake to increase and vegetative growth to accelerate. As the plant continues developing under the 18/6 light schedule, she’ll begin building the strong framework that will eventually support training and, later on, a productive flowering phase. Everything is progressing exactly as planned, and I’m excited to watch her personality continue to unfold. ⸻ 💚 Final Thoughts Every great harvest starts with a healthy beginning. Strong roots create strong stems. Strong stems support strong branches. And strong branches eventually produce beautiful flowers. Blue Waffle F1 Phenotype B has settled beautifully into her new home, and all the signs point toward a vigorous, healthy plant with plenty of potential still to reveal. The journey is only getting started, and I can’t wait to see what she has in store over the coming weeks. ⸻ 🙏 Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this journey and sharing the passion for growing. Special thanks to Zamnesia for the incredible Blue Waffle F1 genetics and the ecosystem. Thank you to Plagron for providing the Premium Coco Grow Bags together with the outstanding Hydro nutrient line that’s powering this grow from the very beginning. And finally, thank you to every company, every sponsor, every member of this amazing community, and every grower who stops by to leave a comment, share advice, or simply follow along. Your support means more than you know. Until next week… Happy growing, and take care! 🌱💚
