Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. Dopo 14 giorni di lavaggio (10 con flawess finish e 4 solo acqua a 200ppm) ha preso un colore autunnale stupendo! Tra tutte sicuramente salta molto all'occhio....gli ultimi due giorni l'ho lasciata denutrita in modo che capisse che stesse arrivando la sua fine ed oggi ha ricevuto il suo colpo di grazia 😔..... Pulita completamente da ogni tipo di foglia di zucchero il peso complessivo (senza rami e rametti) sono di 334g...molto molto soddisfatto del risultato e del prodotto finale! Pe. Sto che da me adesso fa caldo e non riesco a fare scendere la temperatura di più la sera per darli un colore un po' più violaceo...ma forse era un fenotipo proprio così, ma non mi interessa il colore onesto, l'importante e il risultato finale e sono veramente molto contento! Been growing this one since Feb. Achieved a 32 node main-line. Towered over 7' tall. On 8-10, discovered that my feminized seed was actually male. This plant was the only one that I managed to successfully clone, so I had two boys. Chopped the bigger one down. Decided to move the clone to another part of the garden and cross breed him with my small Big Bud and Gold leaf plants. Will put up some plastic sheeting to keep the pollen contained. Hubby took him down. He considers killing a plant akin to murder. Not a good day in the garden.

Since all plants are drinking slower, all were watered less, and less frequently. AK1's issues seemed to slow (not stop) this week. Most of AK2's leaves are gone, the damaged leaves haven't gotten worse and the remaining green leaves haven't been damaged as much. Since I'm seeing green on AK2, and nothing smells or looks too weird I'm going to continue growing. North is still growing strong, started the weirdest and is pulling through strong. What's weird is I think all plants including North is being affected by the same thing, but AK2 is suffering the most. Harvest tracking: - North may have about 1-2 weeks to go, most trichomes are looking cloudy and some are clear. Got the scrog net added and super cropped. Probably let them go another week then flip to flower. It's been a pretty great experience with flora flex pH has been stable haven't needed to use the pH controler. Top off with 5 gallons of water every few days. I do over fill the buckets a bit they come up to the bottom of the net pots. So stick around the fun is only beginning

Another steady week of bud development. I haven't really done much with those apart from the occasional removal of yellow leaves and tucking nuisance leaves under the net. The plants are all still growing in line with the previous expectations, with Topping and LST being the biggest, Mainlined next and then LST only in last place. It will be interesting to see the results though. Should only be a few more weeks until harvest, as a large majority of trichomes are already milky.

So, I ended up harvesting this earlier than I wanted, and not under ideal circumstances. My plan was 1 more week of full nutes, then 2 weeks flushing, then harvest. Nature had other plans. Despite being quite meticulous with the insecticide I had to deal with a pretty nasty aphid infestation which messed up a few branches - but worse was the caterpillars I discovered over the weekend. I started the flush then & began to cut off all of the leaves that had the worst pests (as opposed to continuing the insecticide). I wanted to continue to flush for as long as I could until the bugs were getting out of control. I felt today was that day as I noticed caterpillar droppings in several locations. My last harvest was ravaged by caterpillars so I decided to just chop her down for damage limitation. She might not taste as good as she could have, but oh well.
