Week 11 July 16-22 hello friends and followers, welcome to week 11. I started seeing trichomes last week on Gaia and Circe. I don't smell anything from them. Only cream caramel gives off any fragrance. After flushing for 3 weeks, I've reintroduced fertilizer. I am using 1/3 to 1/4 the recommended dosage. How do I know what is the correct range for ec and whether I've unlocked the nutritional bind.? 7/16 flushed each with 1 gallon of water. 7/17 flushed each with 1 gal 7/18 fertilized at reduced strength each got 3.5 liters. Tps1 15ml, cal mag 1 top, big bloom 6 tbsp, signal 2.5 ml. Pictures and video. 7/19 no water, tent cleaning day, vacuum, wipe up dried spills. Took the girls outside for a few hours. 7/20 reduced fertilizer in 2 gals Tps1 7.5 ml, signal 1.25ml. Each girl got only 2 liters today. There was very little run off only Gaia with EC .80, ppm 570. Their tent mate cream caramel is very sticky and fragrant. This week has been very busy. I packed up more geneology albums and shipped to my sister. I found my some of grandmother's award winning photographs and awards, certificates and brass plaques. Until WWII women did not work outside the home. If they did, they were teachers, nurses or secretaries. During the early 1920-40 she raised her son as a single mother and found work during the depression as an executive secretary. Her family men were bankers and merchants so she had awareness of business practices. During her employ, she won an award of $2 for a human resource suggestion on the proper attire for women in the offices and women on the manufacturing lines. She continued working until the 50s. Her family always had cameras . That's how i have so many pictures from 1900. But she immersed herself in photography once she retired.. So when my Dad was in post WWII Japan, he bought her a state of the art camera. I came across so many self photos. She was the queen of selfies. Interesting to see the fashions over the years. The r3cipe calls for chocolate chips but It is versatile in that you can add nuts, dried fruit, caramels etc. If you want to taste my cookies the way I make them, you have to chop Lindt 78% dark chocolate bars and use that instead of chips which are sweeter.This time I added macadamia nuts as well. Yummy. 7/22 light defoiliation , and no water or nutrients.

Sorry for lack of updates this week. Just smooth sailing, watering when dry Day 108: About 10-15% amber trichomes. Day 109: Last day of light. Tomorrow will be the start of 48 hrs of darkness. I decided not to flush either plant this time. WW really blew up this last week!

Week 4 no change to nutrient schedule, but plants are drinking faster as they grow so need to refill the reservoir a bit more. I had to photograph the plants on the evening before the day I would have usually take the pic's. When I came home a day later the plants grew A LOT!! They are about 8 inches now and very fluffy. I may have to clean up the branches on the bottom to avoid any issues.

Week 9 and Tropicana Cookies is entering the final stage beautifully. The flowers have continued to stack while maintaining excellent resin production, with dense trichome coverage extending well onto the sugar leaves. Buds are becoming noticeably firmer, and the plant is starting to show the first signs of natural fade as it approaches maturity. The open structure created by the training has provided great light penetration and airflow, allowing every top to develop evenly. Aromas have become much more pronounced, with the classic citrus profile beginning to blend with sweet tropical notes and a subtle cookie-like background. Nutrient levels have remained stable throughout the week, and the plant is finishing cleanly with no major issues. First week of flower and she is looking very lush and dark green no deficiancies what so ever and no real problems or anything Day 35 removed the bigger guidehooks and the flux is tough enough to stand on its own Also removed a couple of fanleaves and rehooked her 1 node further up the line systematicly doing this for duration of the first week of stretch so she can widen out a tad bit🙏🙏

The most difficult strain to grow this cycle, I do not know whether it’s due to the irrigation of the pot she resides in, causes this slow growth, and making matters worse nearly fried her with nutrients, so I flush but it turned out I was overwatering with the flushing, so I have allow it dry up a bit and incrementally flush due to the slow drainage from this pot, though she revegged I will not add nutrients, since she’s this far in her flowering phase, I don’t want to risk not having enough time to flush before harvest.

WEEK 5 (DAY29-35) The Runtz are thriving so far. Both plants have developed eight evenly spaced shoots, and now I’m waiting for the flowering to begin. Additionally, I have trained both plants with hooks to create a beautiful canopy. I’m still excited and hope they continue to grow as well as they have so far.

Week 13 and they're looking fantastic! The buds have really filled out, trichome coverage is impressive, and the plants still look healthy and happy. At this stage it's all about letting them finish properly and maximizing quality. Last week of using fertilizer.
