All looking good, was looking like there was gonna be a few mutants but they seem to have sorted themselves out. Topped most of them now at day 22, will start spreading them out a bit this week and start training them up

This week im off I've been debating on keeping up with the diary 😅 😩 just typing away sucks we any ways .5 in growth nothing to bad another update tomorrow promise

Beginning of week 8 and seems like a long way to go. Most of the hairs still white. Hopefully the buds will fill in more! As right now I’m planning to take it 10+ weeks. This week I will lower the CO2 slowly 50 PPM every day until I will reach 800PPM. Also I will lower the light intensity by 2% every day. This week I lowered the day temp to 79 degrees and next week I’m playing to lower it every further to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temp is at 68 degrees and probably from week 9 I will lower it to 66. Beginning of week 8 TDS is at 550PPM. I sent adding the Late bloom enhancer from Current Culture! End of week 8 : lowered the TDS to 470ppm , she seems that it not eating so much nutrients anymore. She still drinking 3 gallons of water every single day.

Fastbuds has some great strains and this one has been one of my favourites .. The buds get compact and light green very good stuff.. the buds are going to be great and they are forming up very nice right now. THE WEEK BEFORE had frost was very rough on this girl but she is a survivor ..

Monday’s Blue, it looks like she’s flowering but I am not sure but I will find out very soon with this coming week, the days are getting hotter and now an hour longer. I almost lost hope, the leaves were drying out, but with time knowledge is acquired and look at her now, she does show signs of going through trauma but now she healed ad growing like the rest.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. this one was on a cold spot, and didn't grow large, but very easy to grow, nice compact bud, very light smell, can be grown indoor without filter if you grow a couple of 'm. wonderfull strain, i will try this one again in the coming year in a soilles setup

The girls have come a long way, it's the start of week 11 form seed. This is week six in flower ( if you count one week for transition?) we made it past the 3 - 5 gallon transplant shock, topping, defoliating, most importantly the HERMIE INVASION. Which come to find out, they were straight dudes as I gave them to my neighbor for decoration with the rest of his Floral and fauna. I would check on them every few days. not even drag queens just dudes. this is week 1 of late feeding per the EH chart and no more grow nutrients . Now its all about bud production and getting the flush time correct. I'm thinking the last 3 weeks just PH 6 water to use up the food in the coco coir and drain the salts out. any thoughts on flushing please let me know your thoughts, any positive or negative experiences you have had. Borked the time tracking on the previous diary weeks, both are still going strong. Grapefruit is developing a lot of new internode fan leaves, but she's too late into bloom now to defoliate etc. and don't want to stress the GG XL either. Latest GG XL photos are in Week 5. Microgreens are also coming up fast. 17/07: Forgot to take Day 42 photos for both girls, my apologies as my wrists have been giving me hell but will get some more up soon. I've been keeping with the same watering schedule, some bud sites are being shaded by fan leaves so I'm trying to VERY carefully bend them down to prop up the little bud sites better. I've rubbed my fingers on some of the fan leaves to get rid of whatever weird white dust is ending up on my leaves, probably just debris from the air and the fan might need a cleaning soon but holy shit my fingers smell strong like Pomegranate and fruits. It's getting quite addictive to smell the bud sites and rub that resin of her fan leaves, I wish I could describe it better but damn it smells good. If the resin is any indication of the final smoke I know that the Grapefruit is gonna be dank. Can't wait till drying + harvest time :)) 18/07: Plucked off some lower burnt leaves that were really old, snipped off two more big fan leaves shading new bud sites and removed the stumps from old leaves rather making those closely cut down stubs instead so no bug invaders can get a free home. :P Humidity has been ridiculously high today >~65% and dropping now in the evening after the rain has stopped to <~60%, I added some Sodium Bicarbonate in plastic jars around the tent to help pull out water from the air. (18/07: Seems to be helping, I'm seeing about a ~2-5% drop overnight and this morning, usually the humidity in the morning before+after rain is ~60-65%) 20/07: The paper ref regarding RH and Bicarb. of Soda: W.-Y. Kuu et al. / International Journal of Pharmaceutics 166 (1998) 167–175 / PII: S0378-5173(98)00049-0 - I don't know how or why but keeping temps at ~21-23C drops the RH down to a stable mid-low 50's range. Thank fuck now I don't have to drop tonnes of money on a huge dehumidifier... Occam's razor baby :) 21/07: Had to move the light, fan, carbon filter and literally everything. Some minor shit for the cover broke on top of the CaCl -RH% and the bicarb got knocked over. Wiped, sprayed down and cleaned out the fan filter as well. What a fucking start to the day... 31/07: GG XL is in Week 7 now, so getting well into flower, growing at an exponential rate and starting to give off a very subtle smell, Grapefruit smells quite noticeable now too. 03/08: GG XL ending week 7, getting massive. ~77-78CM now. Had to defoliate the Grapefruit since leaf miners were still assaulting her, hopefully this helps get more light and airflow into the bud sites, been having humidity issues but can't do much.

Week went again very uneventful, she is not very hungry anymore and had to constantly refill the reservoir with water to keep the ec in check. Trichomes are all cloudy and start to turn amber. She has developed that amazing purple hue and is sticky to the max, so definitely showing her glue heritable ;) I will continue to feed her until Wednesday this week and then start the flushing and darkness. Harvest will be next week end.

The stretch is over, time to bulk up. The terps are getting stronger now. Piney, woody, and spicy. Hoping for some mint terps soon. She is really getting frosty . Everything grows back fast after I defoliate her. Week 5 of flower. I love that I can see some blue 💙 in her leaves now. I noticed some blue 💙 coming through in week 4 of flower.

So gonna stick with 1ml/l for the rest of the grow now, i think the problems were just too much in the soil and since lowering nutes the problems are slowing down. Another week or two for the Zkittlez, seeing amber on the sugar leaves but not quite on the buds yet although it is mostly cloudy. Lemon AK is behing as it was germed later but still looks to be forming some nice buds and now has a fantastic smell of its own. Looking forward to these so much cant wait!!!!

Mañana haré un riego de nuevo Día 16 (09/05) Relleno el top con sustrato para compensar la compactación y dar mas soporte a las plantas Riego con 300 ml solo H20 - pH 6,2 Día 17 (10/05) Baño de sol de dos horas. Day 51 - The switch to RO water has made the world of difference in DWC. Definitely don't over look water quality if you grow in any type of hydroponic set up. But the girls seem to be taking off, they smell so gassy and sweet, real strong aromas. Hard dense nugs which i know will continue to fatten up (the RO water change has allowed me to run a lower EC of around 0.8 and the pH has been super stable at around 5.7 i like a rise and dont mind it going up a little bit its been fine since using RO) The buds have got loads of colours coming through and I'm excited to see how the end result turns out. I think this will go 9 weeks (63 Days if im not mistaken) if needed ill let her go longer but we shall see. Day 55 - Girls are getting on well, slowly tapering the nutrients down letting the girls drink and eat. EC is at about 0.8. Won't go higher than that until harvest now, most likely. Leafs are turning a purple/black colour from the colder night temps. Buds are gettibg harder and thicker by the day. Will be feeding right up until a few days before harvest. Then a flush for 3-5 days with just RO water. Still about 7-10 days left.. maybe even 14 depending on what the trichomes are telling me. Stay tuned for the next one. Flavours
