Folder 11A – Pink Rozay Auto Week 4 | The Early Bloomer Welcome back to The 8×8 Adventure, where twelve unique cultivars are sharing the same environment, the same feeding schedule and the same lighting, allowing each genetic to reveal its own personality under identical conditions. One of the reasons I decided to document every plant individually is because genetics rarely follow the same script. Even sisters growing side by side can surprise us with different growth patterns, different structures and different flowering speeds. Pink Rozay Auto A is becoming a perfect example of that. While most of the room is only beginning to transition into bloom, she has already decided it’s time to get to work. White pistils are appearing across the entire canopy, flower sites are multiplying every day and she’s beginning to separate herself from the rest of the garden. Whether she’ll stay ahead until harvest or simply had an early start… only time will tell. ⸻ 🌱 A Compact Plant With Big Ambitions Pink Rozay Auto A isn’t the largest lady inside the 8×8 room, but she doesn’t seem interested in competing for height. Instead, she’s investing her energy into building a wide, balanced canopy with excellent branch development. Every branch has its own place, creating an open structure that should allow plenty of light to reach future flowering sites. Sometimes a plant doesn’t need to be the tallest to become one of the most productive. Looking from above, the architecture is becoming increasingly symmetrical, giving every developing cola plenty of space to breathe and grow. ⸻ 🌿 Low Stress Training Doing Exactly What It Should Throughout her vegetative stage I’ve continued working with gentle Low Stress Training, carefully guiding branches outward rather than forcing dramatic bends. Large fan leaves have been tucked away whenever necessary, opening windows for light to reach lower shoots without removing valuable foliage too early. The goal has never been to fight the plant’s natural growth. Instead, it’s simply to encourage a flatter, wider canopy where every branch has an opportunity to become a productive flowering site. So far, Pink Rozay has responded beautifully, maintaining excellent vigour while opening up more every day. ⸻ 🌸 Leading the Race Into Flower This week’s biggest surprise is how quickly she’s embracing the flowering transition. While several plants throughout the room are only beginning to show their first pistils, Pink Rozay Auto A already displays clusters of fresh white hairs across nearly every growing tip. She seems eager to leave vegetation behind and begin building flowers. Whether this means she’ll ultimately finish ahead of the others or whether the rest of the room will soon catch up is one of the questions I’m most excited to answer over the coming weeks. That’s one of my favourite parts of growing multiple cultivars together—every plant writes its own story. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Despite the warmer summer weather outside, the room continues providing stable conditions for all twelve cultivars. Environment • 🌡️ Day Temperature: 33°C • 🌙 Night Temperature: 25°C • 💧 Relative Humidity: 63% • ? Substrate Temperature: 21°C • 💦 Nutrient Solution Temperature: 26°C • ⚗️ pH: 6.1 • ⚡ EC: 1.35 mS/cm • ☁️ CO₂: 639 ppm • 💧 Water Consumption: 1.1 litres per plant per day Even under these warm daytime temperatures, Pink Rozay continues producing healthy foliage, vibrant new growth and excellent flower initiation without showing signs of stress. ⸻ Feeding Programme As the plant begins transitioning into bloom, the feeding programme remains focused on maintaining healthy vegetative growth while supporting the first stages of flower production. Per litre • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml • Power Roots — 1 ml • Pure Zym — 1 ml • Sugar Royal — 1 ml Adjusted with: • pH Plus — 0.03 ml • Lemon Kick — 0.03 ml The Plagron programme continues delivering a stable root zone, vigorous growth and healthy development while allowing the plant to naturally progress into the flowering phase. ⸻ 💡 Lighting The entire 8×8 Adventure continues thriving beneath the incredible Future of Grow LED fixtures. Uniform light distribution across the room allows every cultivar to receive the same opportunity to perform, making it fascinating to watch how different genetics express themselves under identical conditions. Pink Rozay Auto A is already showing that genetics often dictate timing just as much as environment. ⸻ 👀 Looking Ahead Week four closes with Pink Rozay Auto A looking healthy, balanced and full of promise. She’s still a relatively compact plant, but her canopy has opened beautifully through gentle training, and her early flowering response suggests she may become one of the first cultivars in the room to fully enter bloom. I’m especially curious to see whether she’ll continue leading the race or whether the rest of the garden will soon catch up. Either way, she’s earned the spotlight this week, and I can’t wait to watch the next chapter unfold. ⸻ 🙏 Thank You Thank you, as always, to everyone following The 8×8 Adventure. Your support, comments and shared experiences make this project even more rewarding, and I hope these individual plant diaries help demonstrate just how unique every cultivar can be, even when they’re grown side by side under identical conditions. A huge thank you to Zamnesia for providing the Pink Rozay Auto genetics, to Plagron for the trusted nutrient line and substrates that continue delivering healthy, vigorous growth, and to Future of Grow LED for providing the consistent lighting that allows every phenotype to express its full potential. Finally, thank you to GrowDiaries for creating a community where growers from around the world can learn, inspire one another and celebrate this incredible hobby together. Until next week… Growers Love and let’s see if Pink Rozay keeps wearing the yellow jersey of the 8×8 Adventure. 🌿💚

Week 11: Wow such a busy week i'm sorry i am late on this one. Loads of humidity with all the new growth there is so much more plant transpiring and its has really drove my humidity up. So what i am doing is pruning stems and leafs that i don't think will mature in time and this should also help to limit the humidity i will have once things start to set heavily I want to harvest and not have to fight mold. But this aggressive pruning i think might be limiting my harvest. I might have to invest in a dehumidifier. Pictures will be updated and added later. With all the mulching i've done its really helped lessen my work load as i do not have to water as often. Not much to write about here. Life has been busy and the plants are just stretching and growing every day. I have raised my lights so often these past few weeks.

_____________ Google translate _____________ Hello to all After the very bad experience with the first cultivation I am trying to add 3 more plants to my growbox. I prepared 1 liter of water at pH 6 with 4ml of root boost where I put 3 cubes in rock wool to soak. After about 24 hours the first map has been checked, now it is under a lamp for about 24 hours (hopefully good), the other two have not yet been seen .. _________________________ Set up - Box 1 x 1 x 1,8 mt - Sonlight Apollo PLUS Hyperled 10 (160x3w) 480W - Suolo Universal Cellmax - Fertilizzanti Cellmax

🌸 Week 7 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week has passed and flowering is now in full swing across all 6 phenos 👀🔥 The differences between the plants continue to grow, and it’s becoming easier to see which phenos have the potential to become real standouts by harvest time. 📈 Current observations: Pheno #1 and #6 have finally started to catch up and are now slowly building buds as well 🌸 Pheno #5 continues to dominate the tent and has stretched to an impressive 130 cm The flower development on Pheno #5 is especially promising, with some bud sites already suggesting the potential for 25 cm+ colas if everything continues as planned 🔥 Pheno #2 and #6 are being overshadowed by the larger phenos and are clearly falling behind in overall size and vigor The structural differences between the phenos are now more obvious than ever, with some focusing on height while others remain more compact and bushy 💡 Environment & setup: The grow has now reached its current limits in terms of space and lighting: Light fixture raised to its maximum height Light intensity increased to 80% Summer temperatures pushing the tent up to around 32°C ☀️ Relative humidity averaging around 67% Despite the higher temperatures, the plants are still pushing forward and stacking flowers nicely. The next few weeks will be all about bud development, density, and resin production. 🏆 At the moment, Pheno #5 is definitely demanding attention, but there is still plenty of time for surprises. Sometimes the biggest plant doesn't end up being the best one, and that's exactly what makes a pheno hunt so exciting. 💬 Which pheno do you think will come out on top when harvest day arrives?

Following RQS auto guide : https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-how-to-grow-autoflowering-cannabis-n83 WEEK 4: LATE VEGETATIVE PHASE #22 5.4.- #28 11.4. #22 5.4. -Beginning of week VEG #4, flowering will most likely start during this week, so this VEG week might end up short, will see -Added 1,75liters of clean water to plants, readjusted few LST, and noticed my "wire" is almost too thin to keep plants in place, have to take way longer pieces from now on and properly push em in to ground -Took some new close-ups, thought i saw few new pistils but after checking the photos, id say they are still all in VEG phase -Metered Luxes with my new meter, it showd 'bout the same ratings as the LUX meter phone app, so i would say if you need to measure your luxes, 30euros meter works just as fine as an app on your phone (depens on the phone surely) -Oh, as stated in grow tecniques selected for this week, i will continue LST, i FIMmed (maybe) the purplematic #2 earlier (in base cam the one on the right), and i will possibly do some minor defoliation later this week. #23 6.4. -Did nothing but remote monitoring -Added daily pics and updated weekly timelapse -Updated/Reorganized also pictures from earlier weeks. #24 7.4. -Water with nutes -Removed all LST to give a few days of upwards growth #25 8.4. -Watered 1,5liters with nutes and 3liters without nutes. -Planning on increasing the waterings to reach the recommended ½liter/24hours (now at 0,48l/24h on this week) -Also there were some drooping going on, so its best to start going towards that 1liter/24hours meaning ill be using 'bout 3x 1,5liters a day, damn all the carrying :D (https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-how-to-grow-autoflowering-cannabis-n83) -Biggest plants felt rough/dry, and also soil looked like it could use a proper amount of water all around the pot. -Removed few fan leaves from strsklr and prlmtc#1 from bottom #26 9.4. -Just remotemonitoring -on ydays check up, didn't notice any pistils, so maybe its then next week when they start to act up -still need to get em to grow about 50% more height before ill resume LST -because sides of the pots are so high (had a too small amount of soil) i need more height so that i will be able to ScrOG when time comes. -Might take out few leaves tomorrow again when watering, trying to get the lollipopped scrog -look #27 10.4. -Watered 1,5liters clean water -Re-LST:d plants -Spotted pistils, will still change from VEG to FLO not now nor tomorrow but then monday, to continue with the weekly rythm of mo-su in diary. also Solomatic didn't show pistils yet. -Added plenty of new photos, and a grow-question 'bout the leaves in StressKiller -Took few bottom fanleaves from strskllr and prplmtic #1 #28 11.4. -Just remotemonitoring

The Scrooge has really impressed me! Despite minimal training and almost hands-off approach on my part, the plant has turned out incredibly robust and beautiful! 🌿 So far, there's no sign of the minty aroma, but I'm looking forward to drying and curing to see how the flavors develop. 🍃 It's been a rewarding journey watching this plant grow, and I can't wait to enjoy the final product! 🌟 Overall, it's been a lesson in patience and observation, and I'm grateful for the experience. ✨ All the best to everyone! 🌿

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Week 4, she is sitting under HPS for a few days till the new LED is ready for her. So far everything goes well, did another big jump in growth, starts taking a lot of water in a few days, always a good sign. Conditions are similar to before, slowly transitioning into flower, hopefully with a good bit of stretch soon. Increased the feeding a bit again, trying to see how she reacts to it, autos in hydro are always a bit of an experiment but with time you find your formula.

Good growth. Look - 10cm in a week. Lower leaves slowly dying off and the brown spots have spread to some of the lower leaves but it's looks okay ish. Got an autopot and seeing how that goes. Should have waited till the next grow however I always get carried away.

I have been using LST in the form of a fan on medium speed to try and strengthen the main stalk of the plant as well as planter rotation to strengthen the main stalk for tie down LST. So far I've been impressed with the rate of growth and the overall experiment. For what it's worth, the growth wth is very very similar to a hydroponics growth. I'm sure as the experiment continues I'll notice some big differences. It does appear to have either a minor potassium deficiency or a little too much nitrogen. Will monitor and update as needed. The above signs may have been trying to indicate the main stalk was weakening from too much weight from vertical grow rate. This would ultimately lead to a fractured stalk. Is this what happened or is it a fungus or disease problem? Plant C sprouted within 48hrs and will be 6 days behind Plant A. End goal of harvest is still 360g from the two plants combined. Both plants are looking very happy regardless of the toxicity or deficiency. Strong strain nonetheless.

The whole experience so far, to me, has been interesting. But I suppose now we’ve arrived at the point where things get really interesting. Did one more round of heavy defoliation this week to really get all the bud sites exposed to light. Not a significant amount of stretching with this strain.
