The plants are still growing at a good pace. Just finished their 1st week on 12-12. They definitely filled out so we went ahead and did like a 40 % defoliation to help the light get through all those branches. Waiting to see the start of the stretch and some more early signs of preflower. I was short on time or inwould have more up close shots of early signs, I'll edit mid week and update on how they bounced back from the trimming.

- Day 59 A new week already! Buds are fluffing up nicely, they look like they are getting very dense. There is some more leaves yellowing, which is clearly because of N deficiency. Hopefully that bio-grow boost I gave her yesterday will get her a bit greener again soon. I've been trying to go more gentle with the bio-grow this run because my previous grow has dark clawing leaves tips all over at the end of the grow, as I was giving too much. But it seems like now I was giving too little. 😬Note to self: next grow start with lower doses like this grow, but build up when stretch starts to happen.

July 30, - Last week of Veg from the look of the plant, its heading into flower - plant has had its 1st meal w/ Veg nutes reduced, 2nd meal w/ Bloom nutes introduced. - Next meal posted above. 31st, - branch-bending and some fresh compost on the plant base. (= tv dinner for a couple weeks) Aug 1 - started the day with some LST and the top of this plant is now pretty darn wide and level. Yesterdays bending was well timed. After only 2 LST sessions on the Canopy, its a different more receptive plant heading into Flower - last transition meal fed; 3 gallons. Next meal, its bloom nutes from here on out Aug 2nd - when gentle-bending becomes kinky… the plant looked great after the LST. This morning I saw a great opportunity and it involved More aggressive tactics and saw some more aggressive kinking & super-cropping. - plant had a nice “South-facing” slope. Aug 3 - woke up to a beautiful plant, with a legitimate level canopy. Bring on the Blossoms, Jack is down to 38” again Got rid of the last Sucker in the grow. Got a dehumidifier it’s reading different from what mine controller 69 is saying but I have it set at 40% it’s the lowest so it’s going pull humidity regardless right now it’s about 53% which is okay would like it to get down to the 40’s I also changed the light schedule today to 20/4 the humidity raises at in my tent when lights are out so I figured change it to 20/4 instead of the 18/6 I’ve been running so if humidity does go over it won’t be for as long as before hopefully this works just trying to avoid any mold situation So far the Amneisa Haze 2 is at stretching she’s going be big I can but the haze 2 is done seems to just be flowering the sour diesel is looking good as well so far I’m happy with its looking like left town for two days and the auto watering pots worked!

Aug 24: starting the sixth week of flowering. I’ve added another Scrog layer mostly to help keep fan leaves out of the way and expose the bud sites. This “loose Scrog” or whatever technique works quite well. She’s fairly leafy but the buds are coming. 👍 defoliated to remove fan leaves that were growing toward centre. Don’t want to overdo it but there needed to be some removed. Aug 25: nice sunny day and had the UV lights going. Took flash pics just before using the 730 nm far red light. Don’t use a flash like this if you don’t have the red light as you might cause it to hermie. But you can get great flash pics. 👍 Aug 26: looking good. Watered with potassium silicate this evening. It’s a strong base and it takes a fair bit of vinegar to get the pH back down to about 6.4. That’s fine though because the microbiota (‘bugs’) will appreciate a serving of easily digested acetate. That’s part of why it’s better to use vinegar than HCl. Chloride would not help but the organic acetic acid does help.
