Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Black Opium - Week Update 🌿 Quick update on Black Opium! Reached unexpected heights with branches exceeding 50cm in length. Running a bit behind her tent mates but now bulking up nicely - the buds are doing excellent work despite inevitable light stress. For an 8L pot she’s absolutely massive! Takes up way more space than expected. Definitely keeping that in mind for the next Black Opium seed - this strain needs serious real estate! Fat banana for the win. Super sticky and smells amazing. Going to be a pretty good yield on the 3 I have. The gorilla zkittlez auto seems like it was overly stressed or is experiencing bud rot of some sort. So many bud sites but no actual growth to the twigs. May scrap that and process for edibles.

📆 Semana 4 El estiramiento queda atrás y la planta entra en floración activa. Los botones ya forman pequeños erizos en cada punta, con cálices agrupándose y pistilos en aumento, marcando el inicio del volumen. La estructura sigue equilibrada, bien iluminada y sin estrés, con la energía centrada en construir flores compactas y uniformes. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Lovely buds sweet and fruity with citrus smell. Taste is the same ;) She has a potential to have a good yield if you have a good lamp. Nice buds really sticky, with nice trichomes. :) It must be tried.

I top her from all branches bit going crazy hope branches grow strong it may need good support during flowering but from what i read about this strain usually she dont need support

The flowers are stacking very nice and getting bigger each day. The leaves and bud sites are also showing some frosting. Cant wait to see some signs to distinguish the plant somewhat since it came drom a random pack. Today i have noticed that the top leaves where brown almost looked like burned. I measurd ppfd and dli with photone app and ppfd was close to 900 or a bit higher at the flowers closest to the led panel and dli was between 60-70. I have dimmed the led panel to 75%. I still get around 600-700 ppfd and a dli between 35-60 (lower numbers at the outsides ,higher in the middle of the led panel) Im feeding her every 2 days with 400-500ml of water with nutrients (1 tab of easybloom dissolved in 8l of water) and she seems to handle it ok. I think i might stop feeding nutrients sunday or Wednesday so i have enough time left to flush the plant from the salts. Still struggling with humidity. The highest its been is 70% and lowest around 55%. I have noticed that the high humidity is when i fill up the ac infinity self watering base. It takes a lot of water so might be the cause. Whenever its almost dry the humidity drops to 55% ish. I have added an extra fan that runs 24/7 on lowest setting (for sound) and the fans from the growbox on 90% (the max) This week again i have done some defoliation to increase the airflow throughout the canopy and in the growbox in general. I also removed some lower bud sites because they get barely any light due to the scrog being almost completely filled

Very healthy plant. No signs of deficieny.

Now all germinate and i really happy about that. They get their daily bath on the balcony if possible!

well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

11.05.24 Es scheint, dass die Thripsbehandlung mit BAC Vital erfolgreich war - es wurden keine Schädlinge mehr beobachtet. Durch mehrmaliges Besprühen konnte ich die Luftfeuchtigkeit etwas erhöhen. Heute wurden die Pflanzen in 2-Liter-Töpfe umgetopft, in denen sie nun weiter wachsen können, bis sie schließlich in die 30-Liter-Töpfe kommen. Ich habe ihnen einen kräftigen Schluck Wasser mit Terra Aquatica Root Booster, Terra Aquatica Seaweed und Glückspilze Mykorrhiza Soluble gegeben. 12.05.24 Die Pflanzen haben das Umpflanzen gut überstanden und zeigen keine Stressreaktionen. Die Blätter stehen prall gegen die Sonne. 13.05.24 Die Kleinen zeigen bereits wieder starkes Wachstum, daher habe ich sie heute mit der Pinzette getoppt. Ich denke, sie werden in den nächsten 3 Tagen den Stress abbauen und dann beginnen, die unteren Triebe nach oben zu entwickeln. Da wir eine Fläche von 120x120 mit geschlossenem Kronendach erreichen wollen, ist es wichtig, dass die Pflanzen frühzeitig in die Breite wachsen. 16.05.24 Die Pflanzen zeigen generell ein gutes Allgemeinwachstum, obwohl die Umgebungsbedingungen nicht ideal sind. Temperatur und Luftfeuchte sind zu hoch, woran ich arbeite, aber die aktuellen Außentemperaturen erschweren das.

Week 5 of flower for the frozen black cherry. She is growing big! She has a lot of budsites and large and thick pistil hairs, which usualy means big buds. She is however still on the low side when it comes to trichomes. They are coming, but very slow. Because there is not a lot of trichomes yet, there is also not a lot of smell yet. I am not used to this being the case, so I am stressing out a little over this one. But on the other side, she seems like she is going to take her time. So we will just have to wait and see 😶‍🌫️

Things are coming to an end for pheno #3! She’s starting to fade out nicely and her smell is ripe. I’m thinking another week or two weeks max before she gets chopped! I’m currently feeding with plain water and microbes to let this girl finish out nicely 👌
