Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Wicked start, hb is a handful of days younger then perm bluez but shes keeping up with growth so lovely to see. E.c 1.1ish, let her rise up to 1.3-1.4 by herself, ph kept around 5.8-6 for maximum intake. Light will be increased to 60%. So far so good, compared to the 4 others on without chiller etc, seems worth the investment if you live in spastic climates 11/2/26 Topped at 4th node

Things are going well this past week GG#1 still suffering a little big from my mess up but over all she seems to be doing ok . The leaves on both GG#1 and GG#2 are both starting to gain some colour now they are starting to get purple around the edges of the leaves so pretty soon Im going to have some extra pretty looking plants !! :D :D :D Things are going to take roughly 1 week longer then I thought originally but thats fine ! Couple days left of week 3, and buds are starting to swell, and trichs are forming. I've removed most of the lower branches at this point (which probably should have been done earlier), I'll hopefully do the last of the defoliation this week too. I'm going to bump up the nutes a little for a while before flushing for at least 2 weeks when they are starting to look ready! Smell inside the tent is getting stronger, made me sneeze a couple times when I peeked in there the other day 😅 Have a happy new year!

Let’s go day 72 from seed!!! Another great week it’s been , 2 Ogreberrys an brucy b been flushing for a week, an the 3 others will continue to get there normal feed of nutrients, they are just not quite ready so they will start getting flushed around next week!! Sweet sweet smell of Grapes And gooey frosty nugs is all I can really say, photos do no justice, some of the craziest fruitiest smelling buds I’ve ever had, Real High quality meds !! Day 1 flower lights on 100% 640w draw. Felt amazing inside right when I unzipped the tent, I wanted to chill in the tropical climate. I will still continue to add humic, organic booster, to water. Now along with 1/2 tbsp of soluble PK (bluesky organics FLOWER2). This will bring my natural ph to 6.5ish bringing it down without the need for "ph down" in solution. I will try to get into Dr. Thunder today and remove some more foliage of what I couldn't reach last night. day5 video, showing off custom spectrum. CW, NW, R on 100%, UVA and IR off. IR will make things stretch more, UVA is off because no trics yet. I added a lot of 7month old coffee grounds I've been saving for N boost, then finding out I had 17-0-0 blood meal. I also started to add very little soluble PK into 5 gal along with normal watering ingredients, like always. I am verry happy with things are until day 19-21 where defoliation again.

I want to be sure so it's been running way too hot and way too humid and I took one of the plants out yesterday to debate whether to call it this way it'll just be easier on the environment so I could get my control back. I was pruning and checking it out, to debate whether I should just get rid of it, I was training it and I snapped the main stem right down the top seam lol. So that made the decision to cull it very easy lol. The plant was completely healthy and a great plan. It was just the smallest one and the only reason I was even debating it is because it was getting too hard to keep the environment dialed in where I needed it, shit happens, she was going strong until I ripped her in half lol. They're all doing amazing. Set up the first trellis, D16 Holy shit 1 day in trellis this one girl just won't be held back, after I do some maintenance/pruning I'll snap some new pics. This week the plants got very bushy and wide. Stopped using Root Juice and Used Recharge microbes for the first time one day out of the week. LST also began this week. I noticed separate issues on two of the plants on their 21st day; the girl on the right showed some yellow color in some of the tips of the new growth at the top of the plant, while the girl in the middle had low hanging leaf tips which look burned / discolored. I think I might be over-watering. I'll confirm all of their soil is completely dry with my a moisture meter before watering next time.

Puedo decir que la sobrefertilización fué superada con éxito y aumentaré las dosis de top bloom y top bud. A falta de agua de osmosis sigo mezclando agua destilada con agua del grifo mitad mitad y añadiendo ácido cítrico para bajar el Ph . Esta semana es ya de locos con el olorcito que desprenden, Un olorcito a fresas, caramelos y madera todo en uno. tremendo. xd A estas alturas uno empieza a sufrir por la posibilidad de que aparezca la dichosa botritis y hay que vigilarlas más amenudo y tener preparadas las tijeras.

And here we go! First week of flower (or rather, the first week with the new photoperiod) 😀 I'll give my babies one more week of veg. fertilizers and I'll swap to flower ones when the first pistils start to show! Also, not much happens in this week, the plant is still trying to "understand" what's going on to properly start flowering so most changes are going to be minimal (Pistachio grew only 2 cms). What's interesting is that the top leaves are now starting to get slightly lighter in color (a sign she's switching to flower) and that my girls are now drinking more water (I blame the heat!) and that my girls need more power! woot woot the flowers are stating to come in and wow what a differnce the new ACCURATE ph meter made, was something I wanted for a while but didnt make the purchase. My old $50 meter was off by .27 even right after calibration!!!!! I can only imagine how much it drifted after a week or two, very happy with the $120 tester, I reads almost instantly and is very precise. I started co2 this week and switched to flower nutes.
