💙 8×8 Adventure – Final Harvest Report 🌿 Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B 🌸 Small Plant, Big Personality — Another Beautiful Chapter Comes to an End! Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 And here we are, my friends! After 15 weeks of documenting her journey, photographing her development, exploring her individual characteristics and following her all the way from seed to finish, it's finally time to close another chapter. Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B. Our compact, colourful little lady. And yes... she's finally harvested, dried, trimmed and safely tucked away in her glass jars for curing! But before we get into the final numbers, let's take a moment to appreciate the journey that brought us here. ──────────────────────── 🌱 THE 8×8 ADVENTURE — A QUICK RECAP FOR NEWCOMERS For anyone discovering this diary for the first time, the 8×8 Adventure is our full 12/12-from-seed experiment. We're exploring what happens when different genetics and individual phenotypes share the same general environment under a 12/12 lighting schedule from the beginning. No traditional extended vegetative period. One shared room, one general environmental approach, and a collection of different genetic expressions developing alongside one another. Some plants stretched considerably. Some remained compact. Some developed quickly, while others took their time. And even plants belonging to the same cultivar showed individual differences. That's precisely why we've been documenting each phenotype separately. Blueberry Muffin Pheno A and Pheno B shared the same general conditions and received the same overall treatment, but each developed her own characteristics and final expression. If you're joining us now, I strongly recommend checking out the previous reports. There's quite a lot of history, photographs, observations and macro photography documenting the different stages of this girl's journey. This final report is just one piece of a much bigger story! 💙🌱 ──────────────────────── 💙 BLUEBERRY MUFFIN PHENO B — HER FINAL CHAPTER And what a journey it has been! If you've followed her diary, you already know that Pheno B was never particularly interested in becoming one of the tallest girls in the room. She's been compact throughout the run, taking her time and developing at her own pace. But one thing she certainly didn't lack was personality! Compared with her sister, Pheno B gave us a more colourful final expression, and that was particularly interesting to document. Two sisters. Same cultivar. Same general environment. Same overall approach. Yet two individual expressions. And now we have the final harvest results from both of them. She may have been small, but she certainly wasn't shy when it came to aroma! We'll save the detailed aroma and flavour discussion for her dedicated Smoke Report, but let's just say that this little lady has made quite an impression. 😂💙 ──────────────────────── ⚖️ FINAL HARVEST NUMBERS Time to put the numbers on the table! 🌿 Approximate Wet Harvest Weight: 400 g 🌸 Final Dry Harvest Weight: 48.9 g A little more modest than her sister's final result, but perfectly fine for this compact girl. And let's remember the context. These were small plants grown under a 12/12 schedule from seed. We weren't working with large plants that had enjoyed a traditional extended vegetative period. The experiment was about observing different genetic expressions under shared conditions, and the final numbers are simply another part of that documentation. Almost 49 grams of beautiful, dried flowers from this little lady! Not bad at all. Small plant, big personality! 💙🌱 ──────────────────────── DRYING PROCESS — OUR DRYFERM BAG EXPERIENCE Just like her sister, Pheno B was dried using Dryferm bags. This is a drying method we're exploring as part of our ongoing experiments. For anyone unfamiliar with them, Dryferm bags are purpose-designed drying bags featuring a special membrane intended to allow moisture to move out while limiting oxygen exchange. They're not ordinary plastic bags, and they're not vacuum bags. The idea is to provide a controlled environment for drying and subsequent refinement of the flowers. This was another opportunity to put the system to the test, and our experience with both Blueberry Muffin phenotypes has been very positive so far. The flowers dried well inside the bags, and we were genuinely pleased with how they looked when we opened them. Of course, no drying system replaces proper handling, monitoring and care. But based on our experience with this harvest, Dryferm has certainly earned a place in our list of methods worth exploring further. 💙🌸 ──────────────────────── ✂️ HAND TRIMMING — TIME TO GET THOSE SCISSORS READY! Once the flowers were ready, it was time for trimming. And yes, we went with the good old hand-trimming approach! We used our scissors and TrimBin to work through the harvest, carefully cleaning up the flowers and collecting the loose material along the way. The TrimBin is a particularly useful companion during this process. It provides a dedicated working surface, helps keep everything organised and catches the little bits that would otherwise end up all over the place. 😂 It's one of those simple pieces of equipment that makes a trimming session much more comfortable. And after spending so much time growing and documenting these flowers, it's always satisfying to finally see the finished buds taking shape. ──────────────────────── ? FROM TRIMMING TO GLASS JARS — THE CURING CHAPTER BEGINS After trimming, the flowers were transferred into glass jars for curing. And that's where Blueberry Muffin Pheno B is now! The drying stage is behind us, the trimming is complete, and we're moving into the next part of the journey. We'll continue keeping an eye on the flowers as they cure, because the story doesn't end when the scissors are put away. This is also where we'll have more time to appreciate how the aroma develops and how the overall flower profile evolves. For now, we're happy with what we're seeing. Beautiful little flowers, a lovely appearance and a very promising first impression. The more detailed evaluation will come with her dedicated Smoke Report. 🌸?💙 ──────────────────────── 📸 A FINAL LOOK BACK — FROM SEED TO HARVEST Looking back at the previous weeks, it's amazing how much material we've collected throughout this journey. We've documented her development from the early stages, followed her flowering progression, explored her colours and flower structures, and taken a deep dive into the macro world. We've also spent quite some time experimenting with focus stacking. Some photographs combined dozens, hundreds, and even more individual frames to reveal details that would otherwise be difficult to capture. Trichomes, resin-covered surfaces, pistils, tiny structures and all those little details that make macro photography so fascinating. And, of course, we had our unexpected visitors and a few funny moments along the way! 😂🔬 If you haven't seen those previous reports, I really recommend taking a look. There's much more to this girl than the final harvest numbers. Every stage contributed another piece to her story, and I want those details to remain part of her individual diary. ──────────────────────── 🌸 TWO SISTERS — TWO HARVESTS — ONE INTERESTING EXPERIENCE Now that both Blueberry Muffin phenotypes have completed their harvest journeys, we have another interesting comparison to add to the 8×8 Adventure. Pheno A finished with approximately 408 g wet and 51.2 g dry. Pheno B finished with approximately 400 g wet and 48.9 g dry. Very similar final numbers! Both remained compact, both took their time, and both rewarded us with beautiful flowers. Their final expressions weren't identical, particularly when it came to colour, but the overall experience was remarkably similar. And that's something I particularly enjoy about documenting individual phenotypes. Even when two plants follow a very similar path, it's worth preserving their individual results. We don't need to invent dramatic differences where there aren't any. Sometimes the interesting part is precisely how similar two individual plants can be. Same room. Same general treatment. Same cultivar. Two sisters with their own little personalities. 💙🌱 ──────────────────────── 🎬 WHAT'S NEXT? — THE SMOKE REPORT! Of course, we're not finished with Blueberry Muffin Pheno B just yet! The flowers are now safely stored in glass jars, and we'll be giving her a dedicated Smoke Report. Her sister already gave us a very interesting experience, and Pheno B has shown a remarkably similar profile so far. We'll explore the aroma, flavour, aftertaste and overall experience in more detail when we get to that report. For now, I'll leave a little mystery in the air. Or perhaps a little berry pie in the air! 😂?🥧 ──────────────────────── 💙 FINAL THOUGHTS — SMALL PLANT, BIG PERSONALITY! And here we are. Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B. Approximately 400 grams wet. 48.9 grams dry. Beautiful flowers, a more colourful final expression than her sister, and another successful harvest completed. She wasn't the tallest. She wasn't the fastest. And she certainly wasn't the biggest producer in the room. But she was a strong, resilient and easy-going girl throughout her journey. And sometimes that's exactly what makes a plant enjoyable to grow. The 8×8 Adventure was never about chasing the biggest numbers. It was about exploring different genetics, observing individual expressions, documenting the process and learning along the way. And this little Blueberry Muffin gave us another lovely chapter to add to that experiment. Small plant. Big personality. And a harvest we're very happy to have in the jars! 💙🌸? ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU — THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE ADVENTURE A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the Blueberry Muffin genetics and for giving us the opportunity to explore and document these individual phenotypes. 💙🌸 Thank you to Plagron for supporting the nutritional side of this adventure and being part of the journey. 🌱 A massive thank you to Future of Grow for the Black Series lighting and especially for supplying the additional Black Series 600W fixtures that expanded our lighting ecosystem. 💡🙏 Thank you to LumiFlora for helping illuminate the deeper parts of the canopy. Every view, comment, question and bit of encouragement is appreciated. ──────────────────────── 💚 GROWERS LOVE, MY FRIENDS! That's another beautiful chapter completed in the 8×8 Adventure. Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B has officially finished her journey from seed to harvest, and her flowers are now resting in their glass jars while the curing chapter begins. We'll be back with her Smoke Report, where we'll take a closer look at what this little lady has to offer. Until then, keep growing, keep observing, keep experimenting, and never forget to appreciate the little details. Because sometimes the smallest plants leave the biggest impressions. Growers Love, everyone! 🌱💚💙 See you in the next chapter of the 8×8 jungle... LET'S GROW! 💙🌸 💙 Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B | Smoke Report 🌿 ? A Colourful Berry Pie — Same Delicious Profile, Her Own Beautiful Look! Well, my friends... We've finally reached the last chapter of Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B's journey! From a little seed in our 8×8 Adventure, through flowering, harvest, drying, trimming and curing, we've now had the opportunity to spend some quality time getting to know this beautiful girl. And after enjoying her for a while, I can tell you one thing: She's every bit as enjoyable as her sister! Interestingly, both phenotypes delivered remarkably similar smoking experiences. Their visual expressions were a little different, with Pheno B showing a more colourful appearance, but when it comes to aroma, flavour and effects, they have a lot in common. So, let's give this colourful little lady the attention she deserves! ──────────────────────── 👃 AROMA & FLAVOUR — A BERRY PIE FULL OF GOODNESS! Let's start with the most delicious part! Imagine a freshly baked pie filled with a mixture of sweet berries. That's the best way I can describe Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B. She's very sweet, with a lovely mixed-berry character that immediately catches your attention. But there's another layer underneath that sweetness. Strong earthy notes! These are particularly noticeable in the aftertaste, giving the overall profile a little more depth and character. You can also pick up those earthy tones when squeezing the dried flowers or doing a dry puff before smoking. The interesting thing is how closely the aroma and flavour follow one another. Sweet mixed berries upfront, followed by a deeper earthy finish. A very enjoyable combination! And just like her sister, she's definitely a little berry pie worth remembering. ?🥧💙 ──────────────────────── 🧠 EFFECTS & EXPERIENCE — CALM, HAPPY AND CREATIVE This is another area where both sisters have been remarkably similar. Blueberry Muffin Pheno B provides a very relaxing experience. It's that kind of calming effect that makes you feel comfortable, helps quieten the mind and allows you to slow down a little. But what I particularly enjoy is that she doesn't necessarily switch off the creative side of your brain. Quite the opposite! I've found her very enjoyable when editing photographs, creating content, writing and working on creative projects. There's a pleasant balance between relaxation and creativity. You're not necessarily looking for a burst of energy or something particularly stimulating. Instead, it's a calmer headspace, a happy feeling and enough mental room to let those creative ideas flow. For me, that's one of the nicest characteristics of this Blueberry Muffin profile. 💙 Relaxed 💙 Happy 💙 Creative 💙 Calming 💙 More relaxing than energising She's not the kind of girl I'd describe as an energetic daytime companion. She's more about slowing things down while keeping the creative wheels turning. ──────────────────────── 🌿 STRESS & WELLBEING — MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE Personally, I've found this profile particularly enjoyable when I want to unwind and take a little pressure off my mind. Stress and difficult moods are among the reasons people may explore different cannabis profiles, and the relaxing character I've experienced with Blueberry Muffin is certainly worth mentioning. Of course, individual experiences vary, and these observations are personal rather than medical advice or claims that this strain treats any condition. Everyone's endocannabinoid system and response can be different. But speaking purely from my own experience, she's a very pleasant companion when I'm looking for a calmer headspace. ──────────────────────── 💧 THE ONLY LITTLE COMPLAINT — DRY MOUTH! Well, we can't have everything, can we? 😂 Just like her sister, Pheno B brings that familiar dry-mouth feeling along for the ride. Cannabinoids can interact with receptors involved in salivary gland activity, which may temporarily reduce saliva production. Nothing particularly surprising for regular consumers, but certainly something worth mentioning. Keep yourself hydrated, have something to drink nearby, and give your mouth a little attention. Your future self will thank you! 😂💧 ──────────────────────── 📸 THE MACRO WORLD — TAKING DRY FLOWERS TO ANOTHER DIMENSION! Now, let's talk about something I absolutely love! Photography! And this time, we went deep into the macro world of the finished flowers. We've captured several focus-stacking sequences of Blueberry Muffin Pheno B, combining multiple photographs to reveal details that would be difficult to capture in a single image. And some of these stacks are quite something! We have sequences of: 📸 81 frames 📸 102 frames 📸 105 frames 📸 165 frames 📸 234 frames 📸 301 frames 📸 302 frames 📸 633 frames 📸 800 frames Yes, you read that correctly. 800 photographs combined into one final image! 😂🔬 For anyone unfamiliar with focus stacking, it's a photographic technique where multiple images are captured at different focus distances and combined into a single photograph with a much greater depth of field. At macro magnifications, the area in focus can be incredibly small. By combining multiple frames, we can reveal much more of the flower's structure and details. And that's exactly what we wanted to explore here. The textures, the trichomes, the flower structure, the colours and all those little details that make every bud unique. We're not simply photographing a dried flower. We're exploring a miniature world! 🔬🌸 ──────────────────────── 😂 A LITTLE ZAMNESIA PHOTO SESSION — UNEXPECTED PROPS! And now, a little behind-the-scenes fun! Zamnesia had sent me a few of their little care packages, including some condoms. And naturally, I couldn't resist finding a creative use for them in the photography session. 😂😂😂 Their message says: "We take care of your seeds." Well, apparently they really mean it! I thought it would be funny to incorporate the packaging into some of the photographs, surrounded by our beautiful Blueberry Muffin flowers. A little humour never hurts, especially when you're spending hours photographing tiny details and stacking hundreds of frames. And honestly, I think the result is quite entertaining! A beautiful flower, a playful Zamnesia message, and a photography session that took an unexpected turn. Thanks for the laughs, Zamnesia! 💙😂 ──────────────────────── 🌈 TWO SISTERS — ONE VERY SIMILAR EXPERIENCE One thing I really wanted to highlight in these individual reports is how similar both Blueberry Muffin phenotypes have been. Pheno A and Pheno B weren't identical in appearance. Pheno B developed a more colourful expression, particularly noticeable in the final flowers and photographs. But when it comes to the aroma, flavour and effects, the similarities are remarkable. Both delivered that sweet mixed-berry, pie-like profile, accompanied by earthy notes. Both provided a relaxing, happy and creative experience. And both have been very enjoyable to spend time with. It's another interesting observation from our 8×8 Adventure. Two individual phenotypes, sharing the same general environment, with slightly different visual expressions but remarkably similar experiences after harvest. That's exactly why I enjoy documenting each plant individually. The differences matter, but so do the similarities! 💙🌱 ──────────────────────── ⭐ FINAL VERDICT — A BEAUTIFUL LITTLE LADY! Blueberry Muffin – Pheno B has been a lovely experience from beginning to end. She may have been compact, and she certainly took her time during the grow, but she rewarded us with beautiful flowers and a very enjoyable profile. Her more colourful appearance makes her particularly attractive in the photographs, while her sweet berry flavour, earthy finish and relaxing, creative effects make her a pleasure to enjoy. If you like sweet berry profiles with a deeper earthy character and a relaxing experience that still leaves room for creativity, this girl is certainly worth exploring. And just like her sister, she has earned a special place in our little collection of memorable plants. Small plant. Big personality. Beautiful flowers. And a very tasty berry pie! ?🥧💙 ──────────────────────── 💚 FINAL THOUGHTS — TWO SISTERS, TWO BEAUTIFUL STORIES Looking back at the complete journey of both Blueberry Muffin phenotypes, I'm genuinely happy with what we discovered. They weren't the biggest plants in the 8×8. They weren't the fastest either. But they were easy-going, resilient and gave us two beautiful harvests with remarkably similar characteristics. And now, after all the growing, photographing, focus stacking, trimming and curing, we finally get to enjoy the results. Pheno A had her moment. Pheno B has hers. And both deserve their place in the 8×8 Adventure. Thank you, Zamnesia, for giving us the opportunity to explore these beautiful genetics and document their individual expressions. And thank you to everyone who has followed both diaries, enjoyed the photographs, shared comments and been part of this journey. ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU — THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE ADVENTURE A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the Blueberry Muffin genetics and for making this journey possible. 💙🌸 Thank you to Plagron for supporting the nutritional side of this adventure. 🌱 A massive thank you to Future of Grow for the Black Series lighting and the additional fixtures that expanded our lighting ecosystem. 💡 Thank you to LumiFlora for helping illuminate the deeper parts of the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for the technology and environmental control supporting the room behind the scenes. And, of course, a big thank you to the GrowDiaries community! Your comments, questions, observations and support make these diaries so much more than simple grow logs. A special thank you to everyone joining us in the DogDoctorOfficial Discord community. If you're not already part of it, come and join us! Discord: https://discord.gg/dogdoctorofficial ──────────────────────── 💚 GROWERS LOVE, EVERYONE! And that's officially the end of our Blueberry Muffin Pheno B journey! From seed to harvest, from harvest to curing, and finally into the macro photography studio and the smoking experience. Two sisters. Two beautiful expressions. One very enjoyable genetic. Thank you for joining me on this adventure, my friends. Keep growing, keep experimenting, keep taking photographs, and never stop appreciating the little details. Because sometimes the smallest plants leave the biggest impressions. Growers Love, everyone! 💙🌱? LET'S GROW! 🌸💚

4/15/25 This plant is blowing my freaking mind. Long stacked colas. Even the lower buds are plumping up like golf balls. This is an exceptional plant so far. Shes starting to show the classic "sherbert" purple that ive noticed shows up with anything that has sunset sherbert in the lineage. Some of the leaves are starting to fade slightly and the purple is coming in. The rs11 that this seed came from, produced the most from a single plant out of all plants ive grown and trained and kept that small. She yielded 3.5 ounces or a 1/4lb of top nugs from a plant that was only about 18 inches tall and vegged for 6 weeks before flip. Once i start to clear out all of the fan leaves later on in flower, its just going to be buds running the length of the stems 4/18/25 I really believe this may be a keeper. She is absolutely stunning. Just everything is perfect. She has super long stacking of buds up and down the stems. Im actually super stoked to see how she finishes up. One of the craziest parts is that shes in a plastic 2 or 3 gallon pot and this plant is going to yield insane.

Day 1 flower lights on 100% 640w draw. Felt amazing inside right when I unzipped the tent, I wanted to chill in the tropical climate. I will still continue to add humic, organic booster, to water. Now along with 1/2 tbsp of soluble PK (bluesky organics FLOWER2). This will bring my natural ph to 6.5ish bringing it down without the need for "ph down" in solution. I will try to get into Dr. Thunder today and remove some more foliage of what I couldn't reach last night. day5 video, showing off custom spectrum. CW, NW, R on 100%, UVA and IR off. IR will make things stretch more, UVA is off because no trics yet. I added a lot of 7month old coffee grounds I've been saving for N boost, then finding out I had 17-0-0 blood meal. I also started to add very little soluble PK into 5 gal along with normal watering ingredients, like always. I am verry happy with things are until day 19-21 where defoliation again.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. What do you think? What do you prefer to do? Thanks for reading this far, leave me a comment with your preferred method 👊🇨🇦❤️

Two plant same strain being feed the same and I have two total different out come. The first one is nice and frost growing with no issue even smell great. The second one I don't know🤦🏿🤷‍♂️🏿. I not doing anything different from the other on but it's growing but struggling at the same time. Where the first one is super frosty and smell strong the second has no smell is growing buds but is not frost at all and the leave have been dropping. So what I did was flush the second one and will just feed it ph water and no nukes for about a week or two to see if it get any better.

Nutrients completed on majority of the plants some smaller plants will remain being fed until Wednesday before flushing I rearranged the tents ready for drying purposes with 4 plants that were flushing in the dry room. I came gone to find one had collapsed. This is the heaviest plant (I am interested to see what it yields) Because it snapped at the stork I hung it up to dry and will be dry Tuesday 29th this week The rest will be ready after a successful flush. Earlier in my diary I did a test for which coco was the best. I can assure you that coco eco-thrive produced the tallest and most stacked plants Plain coco was the next which produced a medium yield plant of medium height. Last was coco with pebbles. I wanted this to win but believe me it has the worst growth and the least yields for this particular grow. So I would advise buying the eco thrive coco. It is such a good product if you can get your hands on it. It’s a very strong smelling this grow please note this when you start. But to be honest value for money I will definately grow this again. (Under $2.00 per seed This will probably be the last post before the chop. Stay tuned 05-07-20 30-09-20

Grew great. My harvest information was in previous week. This plant looks like dense nugs of goodness. Sweet seeds has always been some great smoke. Working on final trim now. Thanks everyone and happy growing. I will be back soon with final weight.

This week was a fun one they started to really push out their pistils. And showing me they are loving life. I backed off the nutrients because of the burning. I also changed the cal-mag to mendencino flowering cal-mag which has no nitrogen.

Next week completed. Kicked off with lst on autoflowers and blue. Blue growing very fast and big altough lack of side branches on radar. Suspected to be male. One bahamian has been FIMMED, growing nice and bushy. Im very happy with HPS light. Stared using rhizotonic and cannazym along with canna vega.blue showed a little small symptoms of being overfed, sorted out with clean water. Now Im watering with nutrients every second time. Small plants have new home, im trying out a few different pot sizes and training styles just for my own experience. Please rate my setup in the comments and point out failures, suggestions always welcome. Peace
