Hello everyone,
The Banana Runtz F1 hybrid by Barney's Farm is officially entering week eight of the vegetative stage!
She just got a good defoliation today to keep her nice and clean. I didn't top anything this time around, but that will be happening over the coming days.
As we move through week eight, I'm starting to think about switching her to flower by next week.
It's not set in stone yet, but I'm keeping a close eye on the root sites at the bottom of the pot.
The more roots I start seeing pushing through the drainage holes, the more convinced I'll be to flip the switch, though right now I don't see any roots sticking out just yet.
I've also shaken up the diet plan and officially switched the base nutrients from Canna Coco A&B over to Plagron Coco A&B.
Right now, she is getting 2 ml per liter of water, boosted with three drops of Hesi SuperVit.
Once a week, I'm also treating her to a mix of Canna Rhizotonic and Cannazym, running both at a rate of 2 ml per liter of water.
The tent climate is holding perfectly with the humidity sitting comfortably above 63% and temperatures dialed in between 24°C and 25°C.
There is nothing much else to report for the time being, so let's see how she responds to the adjustments over the next few days.
Thank you for stopping by and have a nice day.
Regards,
Growfather
