Ya era hora de cosechar, estoy bastante contento con los resultados. Vaya flores que se han marcado repletas de tricomas, y las flores se marcan aromas dulces y afrutados. Es una variedad bastante fácil de cultivar y muy resistente, crecieron desde el principio bien vigorosas, sin problemas y al final de todo recompensó. Las condiciones ambiéntales han sido máximas en 25 y mínimas en 20 y una humedad estable en torno al 36% al final de floración y en el secado. I got a new job and I’ve been so busy I feel bad haven’t kept up on my diary. Here’s the jack herrer. she’s looking good, I was under watering due to being so busy and having to take care of my newer grow that I was starting to neglect this girl but I quickly turned it around and have started paying more attention to these girls.

Day 29 (Second Grow): "Hey everyone! Starting a new week with some exciting plans! 🌿 We've got about one more week before we transition the plants to the flowering phase. Just to recap last week's updates for those following along: We’ve named all the plants in both grows. This makes it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants. A SCROG net helps train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. We’ve placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Big update today: we’ve switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle to initiate the flowering phase! 🌸 Our second batch of plants, just like the first, has developed well and we believe they’re ready to start blooming. This change should encourage them to shift their energy towards producing buds. For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. We've introduced a Timor shield mantis for natural pest control. The plants have responded well to all adjustments and are looking healthy. Now that the flowering phase is starting, we’re excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks. Any tips or advice for optimizing this phase? Let us know in the comments!"

I am literally delighted with this strain. We know it is a classic usa strain par excellence, and for sure Fastbuds had access to a super clone to create it but it is really top. I have grown some Californian fem OGs in the past and it looks a lot like us, in a small way, of course, but the shape of the flowers and the particular way of distributing the hair make it unique. Harvest went as well as grow with no issues. Hung plants up to dry after removing fan leaves. Great smell and trichome development is great. Previous harvest sparkles like glitter. Great tasting bud as well! High in THC. Love it!

I would ideally have let these go for another week (if not 2 for the imperium) but my cuttings are in serious need of transplanting due to cold temps and becoming rootbound so will see how they fare on the next run given a full 10-12 weeks

Day 28 update: I think the light was too close to the plant, so I increased the distance to 50cm. It should help with the stretch of lower branches. Then I switched to Advanced Nutrients feed chart, adding 4ml/L of A+B formula and 2ml/L of other additives (for every liter in the reservoir). This made the ppm go crazy. Let’s see what happens, but I don’t like these unclear instructions. Ph Perfect keeps the ph stable for just a few hours, and they don’t say anything about ppm. Bad! Day 30 update: LST session + defoliation on fan leaves that were hiding lower branches. Day 32 update: transplanted to her final 20L AirPot (from a 5L one)! Added some michorrizhae as well where I placed the plant. Since I got a bigger pot, now it’s 250ml of solution every hour, instead of the previous 125ml. Day 34 update: immediately stopped using Advanced Nutrients feed chart (from their calculator) because I had that crazy 3100 ppm in the reservoir and noticed a small sign of overfeeding on a leaf in the top. I removed part of the solution and added tap water back until I got about 800 ppm. NOT HAPPY! Day 35: LST! Again

I like this plant it’s not to big and not to small. I’m still trying to give it enough nutrients it is a super heavy feeder. It keeps wanting more and more nutrients I’m excited to see how this one turns out

Week 7 of flower in the books and the Kush is in the home stretch. Pistils are all turning orange and buds are getting thick and resinous. She's got a nice citrusy smell and the colas are all swaying in the breeze. Shout out to Seedsman for these stable genetics. No deficiencies or issues that I had to fix along the way. Really happy I still have a couple more seeds left over.

📆 Semana 6 La Candy Bubatz XL comienza la floración real. Los cogollos empiezan a tomar forma, los pistilos se agrupan y el estiramiento ya ha terminado. La planta se muestra equilibrada, sin estrés, con buena estructura y ramas listas para engordar. El aroma empieza a notarse y todo avanza según lo previsto. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Everything went according to plan. From germination the plant displayed a very good development. With no training I believe she gave a very good yield. She always looked very strong with no signs of any risk.
