Day 40 They are into full flowering and I went at max with Advanced Nutrients; 4ml per lt. With my t-Rex super soil i don’t need much ppm so I will give such amount of fertilizers only for this week. Going back to 3ml per lt the next week.

after not being happy on how it was on week 13, i decided to push it this far. I'm more satisfied than i was, but I remain disappointed in apera instruments for screwing me over on IP67 warranty promise. They said after this replacement they wont do it again. total bs.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Plant Mol Biol 65: 107-12 Abstract Sound waves technology has been applied to different plants. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. This paper provides an overview of literature for the effects of sound waves on various growth parameters of plant at different growth stages. https://doi.org/10.1016/S2095-3119(13)60492-X

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Alright so... she's still growing! 😂 I sure hope this week she'll stop and she can actually start to grow out those bud sites.. Good thing about this final stretch is that the bud sites are growing along with the stretch. Glad I stopped giving her grow nutes or else she could be stretching even more. Every 10 days or so I feed them with only water and enzymes to help out with the roots. Funky smell is starting to come out. Isn't that strong yet but it's nice. OG Kush type of smell. Pictures taken on day 42. Hope you like what you see, if so check out the other diaries of the strains in the tent. Take care out there. One love!

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this CBD Fast Eddy plant from Royal queen seeds will turn out. CBD Fast Eddy Automatic is combining Cheese x Juanita la Lagrimosa x Ruderalis, Fast Eddy is a rapid growing, flavourful, and CBD-rich auto strain that goes from seed to harvest in 8-9 weeks, produce generous yields, and induce a clear, mellow, and most importantly, functional high. THC: 9% CBD: High Yield Indoor : 400 - 450 gr/m2 Yield Outdoor: 80 - 130 gr/plant Height Indoor: 60 - 100 cm Height Outdoor: 80 - 120 cm Flowering: 6 - 7 weeks Harvest month: 8-9 weeks after sprouting Genetic Background: Cheese x Juanita la Lagrimosa x Ruderalis Type: Sa 50% In 40% Ru 10% Effect: Clear, Painrelief Climate: Mild .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. Update 2017-08-15. Both seeds have germinated and planted in small pots inside the humidity dome. I'm so glad it worked so well and now it's just hoping they'll start growing and become 2 big healthy girls :) ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. And i use 15% of perlite and mix it all together. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-20. These girls are much slower to germinate and to start growing than the other 6 girls I started at the same time. One of the germinated seeds split in half, so I had to take a new seed and germinate it. It took 2 days. It was just a smal taproots after germination with this strain as opposed to my Fastbuds cbd. But I hope everything goes well from now and that they live up to their name, Fast Eddy. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ Update 2017-08-21. New pics. ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ 2017-08-22. Nr1 dident make it and died. Started germinate a new seed to get another Nr1. .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 2017-08-27. Nr 1 is in a small pot in humidity dome and i hope shes going to break the surface soon. Nr 2 is slow but doing fine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-28. Nr2 is transplanted in 15 liter autopot. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-29. New movie of the girls Nr2. Its no water for 3 days now so the roots develop more and match the plant above the soil. The temp controlled fan is awesome, its easy to set what temp you like to have in the room. Right now its 28 celcius. And humidity is 56%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-29. Hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I just want to say that I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-08-30. Cleaned the room this morning, just vacuuming and cleaning with chlorine solution. Im testing the fan to control temp and humidity, it works great. Added a movie. Everything is looking great right now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-08-31. 3 New pics. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2017-09-01. New pics and a video of the grow room from today. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-04. Week 2 starts now, new pics. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-05. KL 08.00. Cleaned the room this morning, just vacuuming and cleaning with chlorine solution. KL 12.00. The girl got 2 liters of water with nutes in it, added a video. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-06. KL 08.00. The girls woke up after their beauty sleep, the leaves are always a bit down after 6 h of darkness, but they will stretch now when the HPS lamp starts. Everything looks good and I keep trying to tuck the leaves so they get the maximum amount of light where needed. Added pics and video. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-07. Day 17 from sprouting. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. Kl 10.00 Tested PH in the soil, it was 6.9 and tested my tap water and it was 6.8. Added video of the girl. Kl 22.30. New pics. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-08 KL 08.00. Good morning, added new video. 2017-09-08. Kl 23.50. Hello everyone, 🇬🇷 ...the previous week had a lot of growth and training... Angie has her natural shape, Lucy's been topped and LSTed and Michelle was LSTed...they are growing fast despite the low wattage Leds that they are under as the weather outside is cloudy and will be for days...they don't get any nutes, they have everything they need in their home...this is going to be a long grow,as mother nature will decide when these girls will go to flower... ====================================== WEEK 6:"FIRST AND LAST AND ALWAYS" ☠️Day 36...💧it's sunny and the girls are enjoying it...I watered them today,I changed again the watering pattern...now I give them 1,5 L every 3 days, depending on how dry the substrate is...Today I toped Lucy again on the two new main colas... ☠️Day 38...sunny again and the girls love it...Angie has become a beast, tall and bushy, while the other two are growing side shoots after the LST...I am impressed by GH Feeding... ☠️Day 39...💧watering day...What bothers me is that I will not be on time for the contest...I am growing outdoors and the girls will start flowering on late summer...harvest time will be on October, wee too late for the contest...I have to find a way to force flower them earlier...the problem is I have no dark room for that...its a challenge and I have to find a solution... ☠️Day 40...the girls are stretching more...they need light... ☠️Day 41...the weather here is crazy...sunny in the morning, raining in the afternoon...the girls take about 5-6 hours of direct sunlight... 🌚I decided that from today I will be placing Michelle and Lucy in a dark closet to force them flower.I hope it will work...I will put them inside it at 20:00 and get them out to the sun at 09:00 the next morning...13 hours of darkness will be enough for them to start flowering...Let's see how this goes...It's the only free space I have to do this as I cannot use my tent. There is no light leak in the closet...Angie is too tall to get in there so she will be flowering when nature calls... ☠️Day 42...💧watering day...first day of 11/13 for Lucy and Michelle...the closet they are in is small so I am a bit worried for air circulation...in the morning they seemed fine however... This week is over, thank u all for watching...see u next week friends☠️

Posting from my work trip abroad. I took these just before I left and have a growmie refilling the humidifier. Based on the camera in the tent the temps are slightly high as the heatwave continues back home. But I guess that’s the best I could ask for. More details coming during the week 8 check in.

Into the second week of flower and have not seen much stretch in these girls yet. All are showing pistils, I am defoliating a lot to maintain an even canopy. Girls received their first compost tea and a good top dressing of malted barley. Pistils development is continuing strong. Looking forward to some more stretching They ended their week really good, flowering is slowly getting there. Still haven’t seen much stretch from these. #2 is noticeably shorter thus far, with #1 showing the most flower development
