Continuamos con nuestro LST diariamente. 8 y 9 de julio Usamos el quemador de azufre alrededor de unas 5-6h como preventivo ante posibles plagas. 10 de julio Hoy a tocado poda (bastante severa) podamos algunas hojas y seguimos doblando las ramas. Las dpblamps entre si, por debajo, por arriba... Por todos lados, es una salvaje. Las temperaturas están siendo muy buenas en comparación a lo que me llegan en cuanto a los indoors de mi alrededor y de otros compañeros. Tenemos unos 25 - 26°C en On cpn Max de 27.8°C y mínimas en pdf de 23°C. Preparados porque viene lo bueno. 11 de julio Regamos vía foliar 1 ml aceite de nem + 10ml spruzit + 1 ml de un producto que nos dieron para probar como preventivo e insecticida. De este mismo liquido inundamos la bandeja unos centímetros para realizar un riego vía absorción. ¿ Por qué ? Pues porque los trips se alimentan en la superficie pero viven en la tierra, y muchos de estos están en la parte inferior de la maceta por lo que no tendran salida estos bichillos. Mi guerra con ellos ya viene de tiempo atrás y quiero mantenerlos a raya.

Dutch Passion Shaman Eine aufregende und intensive Woche liegt hinter uns! Lange lasse ich die beiden nicht mehr stehen, Nebeltau und sehr hohe Luftfeuchte haben beiden Pflanzen etwas zugesetzt. Das tägliche Absuchen ist nun unerlässlich, ich finde regelmäßig neue Stellen an Blütenstielen, die sich im späteren Verlauf zu Fäulnis entwickeln würden. Die betroffenen Stellen befinden sich dort, wo ich während der Regenperiode entlaubt habe. So habe ich den Verdacht, dass ich die Blätter zu nahe am Stiel geschnitten habe. Denn dort, wo etwas mehr Blattstiel stehen blieb, sind die Stengel weiterhin gesund. Insgesamt empfinde ich die beiden als sehr robust und widerstandsfähig, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass dieser Sommer und Herbst immer wieder feucht bis nass war. Dennoch sollte man in dieser letzten Phase wachsam bleiben und die Pflanzen wirklich gründlich absuchen. So blieb der Verlust durch Blütenfäule sehr gering. Mit Hilfe einer Taschenlampe zum Ausleuchten von schattigen Bereichen, etwas Aufmerksamkeit und Liebe zu den schönen Pflanzen, werde ich ein sehr zufrieden stellendes Ergebnis in der Trockenkammer aufhängen können. Der Duft der beiden Shamaninnen hat sich intensiviert. Sie sind noch einmal deutlich frostiger geworden und schön ölig-harzig. Nachdem ich bereits Probeblüten getrocknet und vaporisiert habe, sowie mehrmals einen starken Cannabistee aus den Blüten gebrüht und getrunken habe, bin ich mir sicher, dass ich nun jederzeit beruhigt ernten und eine ausgewogene Wirkung erwarten kann. Es ist ein klares aktivierende Sativa High, dass mich fröhlich und kommunikativ stimmt aber nie laut wird, selbst bei sehr hoher Dosierung im Tee. Die Wirkung setzt jeweils langsam ein. Auf ein fröhliches Gähnen folgt ein Hallo-Wach-Kick und ein langanhaltendes High, dass mich sanft zurückkommen lässt. Danke für‘s vorbeischauen und das Interesse an meinen Shamaninnen. 💚

It’s been an accursed year for the grow cycle and we ran in to pretty much every problem you could have with these plants. Aphids, WPM, bud rot. The plant grew strong but the genetic does have some inherent fasciation qualities that were really prevalent with this plant. Not enough to consider unsuitable for breeding though. The bud quality of this strain alone and the overpowering high are just too good not to utilize👌🤟. Stay tuned - the rest are comin down in short order…

Week 15. 50 days of growth, 49 days flowering, stalled in between (growth phase), which was a good thing, it allowed time to go by and 2 plants were gone by the time she was coming into heavy flower and RH was in a much more desired range of 50-55 still high I know but the last 2 weeks I've been able to bring her right down. I know it's a little to late. But it has frosted up. I'm going to try 2 get more trichs for her final week. I've taken most her fan leafs and some sugar leafs, will hopefully send the plant into an overdrive of sorts and will force the plant to defend itself releasing more sugars and movemebt of fluids to stressed parts. Also I took half of lots of sugar leafs and the remaining fan leafs I cut halfs off. Dunno if this will help but I'm trying new things here, well new for my understanding, not new new (Targeted defol to get extra trichs/resin). Put her on a flush, just 3l she was still eating ppm was 150 from 1l of run-off I caught tap water is 78ppm. Topped her up with flawless finish today her 1st 1l 1 9f 2 for this week she'll get water then another flawless finish on day 6 and ill keep her on that and 1 more watering tben imto dsrk windoe 36-48hrs. Will hang dry, hopefully the whole plant. And will give her a l of water before harvest to prolong drying time for a 10-14 day dry at 55-60%rh 19-21c. Thanks for reading. This will possible be the last update if things get frontier as a result of what I did I'll post updates but what I'm gonna do is already planned. So update will only be on if quality has improved by eye. 16/4/22 Targeted defoliation and trimming the sugar leafs, (be sure just to take some leaf, not frosted). It'll send your plant into overdrive and it'll think she's been eaten alive and it'll force her to defend and prop herself up increasing in resin/long trichs. This is all theory btw. As there is no real way to tell if this works, you'd only know by growing this stain many many times and doing 50/50 And you might, might be able to tell if it's had an impact. But it wont hurt, that's if u don't take too much. So, I checked over and over and over her. Ponderd and then paused, smoked a few blunts, many bongs later and an hour goof. After taking a look after her 12hr rest her stigma is so little and she's flushed. Stopped eating more or less. Maybe she could do with another week. But sadly, 102 days is all I can Will be in the 55-57 day window of flowering after rest. So Barneys are solid in flowering time, id say she'd of only been an 12-13 wker like the zkittlez organic, as when there is little trouble or stalls barneys grow windows are usually spot on. They both gotta come out tbh . Zkittlez I'm going to push to the last day I possibly can. I plan to heavily feed this girl with water tonight (TDA), tomorrow and then 1hr again before harvest. This hopefully will prolong the drying time. When chopped all her sugar, fan leafs will be left on. After she dries for 4-5 days I'll trim off all sugar/fan leafs without frost and then after she's fully dry I'll trim to get to the end product and of course I'll be smoking all frosty trim, if there's enough I'll try my hand at bubble hash. We shall see, either way it'll be smoked as it's frosty as crap. This plant has been a true gem to work with Barneys has truly out did themselves. This was my tester, it was a freebie test seed that was dropped and I was just going to plant q zkittlez but ended up putting my hand in my pocket and guess what, there was a TDA seed it. I was sitting down and dropped it, thought fell through the sofa after it popped out of the seal and thankfully she got planted, as she would of been just another zkittlez, I love it and all, but I'm a little tired of smoking the same stuff tbh. It's lovely and all, but a bit of variety and all that good stuff! Happily I'm going to get some nice and frosty TANGERINE DREAM AUTO. Who knows what she'll give. Letzte Tage vor dem Chop – Flieder-Terps & milchige Trichome 🌸👀 📅 Blütetag 73 | Gesamttag 133 Jetzt wirklich die letzten Meter im Double Run. Viel passiert nicht mehr – außer dass beide Ladies sichtbar auslaugen und immer zerlotterter wirken. Genau das, was man sehen will: sie ziehen jetzt konsequent die letzten Reserven aus den Blättern. Die White Gushers 33 braucht weiterhin Geduld, während die Triangle Sherbet Kush schon fast komplett milchig ist – kaum noch klare Trichome zu sehen. Reif ist sie definitiv, aber ich gebe beiden noch ein paar Tage extra, um den Sweet Spot sauber mitzunehmen. Beim Öffnen des Zelts kommt jetzt ganz klar eine florale Fliedernote durch – richtig angenehm und deutlich wahrnehmbar. Das Ganze geht in eine fruchtige, leicht süßliche Flieder-Richtung, sehr rund und schon jetzt ziemlich ausgeprägt. Seit einer Woche gibt es nur noch Wasser. Trotzdem trinken beide noch erstaunlich gut weiter – läuft also sauber bis zum Ende durch. Draußen wird’s langsam frühlingshaft, VPD deutlich entspannter – aktuell eher nebensächlich, aber zumindest keine kritische Feuchtigkeit mehr. Was mich etwas fuchst: die White Gushers 33 schiebt auf eigentlich fertigen Buds noch diese kleinen Türmchen. Nicht ideal, aber jetzt auch nichts mehr, was man noch beeinflussen kann. Ich gebe ihnen noch 3–4 Tage, maximal 5 – dann ist Schluss. ? 💬 Grow Frage Feedback – Dark Period vor der Ernte Im Zuge meiner Frage zur Dark Period vor der Ernte wollte ich das Ganze hier nochmal zusammenfassen: Vielen Dank erstmal an alle für den starken Input! 🙏 Es war wirklich interessant, die unterschiedlichen Meinungen zu sehen. Die meisten Grower sind sich einig, dass die Ernte am Morgen vor dem Einschalten des Lichts im normalen Zyklus der gängigste Weg ist. Einige setzen weiterhin auf eine 24–48-stündige Dunkelphase, während andere diese für unnötig halten und den natürlichen Rhythmus der Pflanze nicht unterbrechen wollen. Am Ende scheint es so zu sein, dass der richtige Reifegrad und das Timing wichtiger sind als eine abschließende Dunkelphase. Ich schätze die vielen Erfahrungswerte hier sehr – richtig wertvoller Input! Not much is happening anymore – except both ladies clearly fading and looking more worn out by the day. Exactly what you want to see: they’re pulling every last bit of nutrients from the leaves. The White Gushers 33 still needs a bit more patience, while the Triangle Sherbet Kush is already almost fully cloudy – barely any clear trichomes left. Definitely in the harvest window, but I’ll give them a few more days to really hit that sweet spot. When opening the tent now, a very clear floral lilac note comes through – super pleasant and quite pronounced. It leans towards a fruity, slightly sweet lilac profile, already very round and well developed. For about a week now, they’ve only been getting plain water. Interestingly, both are still drinking quite well – smooth finish so far. Spring is slowly kicking in outside, VPD is getting more stable – not very relevant at this stage anymore, but at least no excessive humidity. One thing that bugs me a bit: the White Gushers 33 is throwing small foxtails on already finished buds. Not ideal, but nothing you can really influence at this stage. I’ll give them another 3–4 days, max 5 – then it’s chop time. ? 💬 Community Feedback – Dark Period before Harvest Following my question about dark period before harvest, I wanted to sum it up here: Thanks everyone for the great input! 🙏 Really interesting to see the different opinions here. Most growers seem to agree that harvesting in the morning before lights turn on during the normal cycle is the most common approach. Some still like to add a 24–48h dark period, while others consider it unnecessary and prefer not to interrupt the plant’s rhythm. Ended up being a pretty successful grow , had a few challenges with summer temps but after switching from HID lights to LED lights mid flower ( which was stressful at the time ) the girls didn’t miss a beat . They aren’t dry completely yet after hanging for 10 days maybe another 3 or 4 days and I’ll know dry weight etc … that total decreases every day tho , can’t help but throwing a handful of bud on the dehumidifier every morning.

Day 26 of 12/12 today , So in day 22 I made a biotabs PK compost tea with Mollases in place of Orgatrex. Yet two days later they still look hungry, so I turned the autopots off yesterday and gave them a little Canna Flores Organic. I really underestimated how much Biobloom I should have added to the soil. Next time I would use 5g per litre of soil. The jacks Toe Jam that's decided it wanted to flower in its own terms is almost ready so that did not get any feed , just water. Apart from that just general maintenance , defoliation , tying the branches down a little tighter , keeping the autopot tank full.

End of veg for this beast. Maybe not the most flattering term for a lady but that's what she is 😂. She has taking the training well and I can't wait to see what sort of canopy she will give.

Hi all, Germination was a 100% success, i had no doubts about Dinafem seeds even though this is my first Dinafem strain, and i'm sure it wont be my last. I'm very interested to see her grow with her being an XXL, And Amnesia Haze being one of my favorite strains this is why i chose it for my first Dinafem grow. Plant had a problem with a white cotyledon which is nature, slight heat stress from a heat wave and got a bit leggy because i raised the lights so i buried her stem a little other than that she's got over it with a little TLC and progressing nicely. I will post a video of the grow room very soon and more pictures, keep on growing Azad.

Day 32: Had been using lst to get the canopy on an even level. That caused it to get pretty wide for a 2x2 tent. Started training it to grow up now since it can not get any wider. ***Update: Got a bigger tent, 4x2, doesn’t help with how wide it’s getting, but allows for a lot more room vertically, about another 1.5 feet. Also upgraded the lights and it responded rather quickly. It’s filling out and I trimmed some large lower fans leaves a couple more times to allow for air flow and new bud sites to get better light.

Day 42-49 (Day 42) Just watered today but couldn’t go until runoff because I didn’t have enough RO. I forgot to add the probiotic too. Nonetheless, everything is starting to recover from those weird deficiencies and is looking super healthy. Plants are really bushing out now too. I had to top the zkittlez and BBB#3 again as they are just getting too big. Nothing is definitively showing sex yet but I’m seeing clues. Shouldn’t be long now. If I get 4 females or less I will use 10gal pots, 5-7 fem 5gal pots and 8-12 3gal pots. I need to stop overwatering. Even though it doesn’t look too overwatered, it is much better to water a little bit each day at lights on. This will help keep the humidity down as well as deliver optimal oxygen to the roots speeding up plant growth considerably. (Day 45) Gave an EM1 spray down today. The beneficial bacteria is said to overpopulate surfaces so powdery mildew and septoria can’t form. Something seems to be really working as I haven’t seen any yet. (Day 47) I sealed up the tent and am running both dehumidifiers and it’s keeping the RH around a safe 70% night and day which is right on track with VPD. Plants are all looking super healthy. Deficiencies have pretty much all cleared up. Cold nights I’m running 600w and warmer nights I’ll run 400w. I was asking around Instagram about white ash/good burn and a few different people assured me it has to do with mineral content of the soil. I was told the three best products for clean ash is glacial rock dust/basalt, oyster shell flour and langbeinite. I already have langbeinite so I’ll grab the other amendments today and top dress. I grabbed the amendments and also got some Destiny Organics dark matter super soil, coco and some beneficial nematodes. Top dressed each amendment except langbeinite and mulched in some coco coir. (Day 48) My shelf came in today and I think it may be to big for the 4x4 tent. Each square is 12”, not the 11.8” advertised. I could wipe down my flower room and set it up in there which would give my plants a good adjustment to the new lights before I flip. Or I could set it up in the veg tent but that seems like a huge hassle as the need to be moved and flipped soon anyway. I wish they would show sex already so I can toss out the plants I’m not keeping. For flower I am considering starting over fresh with the new Destiny soil and coco mixed with some amendments. I’m concerned that my current mix might be too hot. I could also dilute it with the Destiny/coco mix. Those little bulb mites that came in with the worm castings are a little concerning as well. Some say they are just beneficial composters aka “worm bin mites” and others are telling me they’re predatory bulb mites which destroy crops like garlic. I’m leaning towards beneficial composters but in another grow I watched them devour a seedling before it sprouted. Gotta check the current roots but the plants aren’t quite ready to be transplanted. (Day 49) Got everything in the flower tent wiped down and sprayed with alcohol then EM1 few hours later. Got the shelf set up and got all my temp controls set up and running. I put the controllers outside the tent this time and will patch any light leaks. Gave a lite compost tea at 830ppm and a velokelp foliar spray at 6ml/L. This will be the last veg feeding before I transplant into their final containers on the 31st. BCTG#2 is a confirmed male and I pulled him. No one else is showing definitively. Roots looked super healthy with very few mites but I’m not 100% convinced they’re all clean. I saw a few mites on leaves today too. Saw a bit of droop after the move but they all look happy just a few hours later. Took a few clones from some sucker branches on a few of the blackberries.

Growing big and bushy thanks to some early LST. So far so good, lots of pre flowers all over. Hopefully I will be seeing some buds here soon!

12/28 - Day 43 / Day 15 Flower - Feed Day Pots were mostly dry on this day. It has been about a week since I last fed them. I've only had two small waterings since last feed, about a half gallon of water for each of my 5 gallons and about 8oz of water for my bonsais. My plants are drying out within about 48 hours of each small watering. For today's feeding I decided to pull Grow Big out of the solution and focus exclusively on bloom nutes. My solution consisted of: - 1 gallon distilled water - 4ml CalMag - 2 tsp of FF Big Bloom (2/3 dose) - 1 tsp of FF Tiger Bloom (1/2 dose) - pH: 6.7 - TDS: 582 - EC: 1.2 The pH of my solution was down around 5.3 when first mixed so I pH'd up with baking soda to get to a final pH of 6.7. I gave each of my 5 gallons about a half gallon of the fertigated water each which wasn't enough to produce runoff. I gave them each about another 1/4 gallon distilled water to generate enough runoff to test. I tested the runoff of my Z52 which gave me readings of: - pH: 6.4 -TDS: 1620 -EC: 3.3 I gave about 12oz of fertigated water to each of my bonsais. My ZB2 runoff posted readings of: - pH: 6.8 - TDS: 718 - EC: 1.5 **************************************************** 12/30 - Day 45 / Day 17 Flower Pots were close to dry so gave each of the girls a light watering. Gave about 1/4 gallon of de-chlorinated, pH'd water to each of the 5 gallons and 6oz to the bonsais. Everything looking good aside from the fact that my girls are getting too tall for my tent. I've ratcheted my lights up as far as they'll go but the tops are now starting to get within 12". May need to take action to lower the canopy. **************************************************** 1/1 - Day 47 / Day 19 Flower Happy New Year! Pots were getting pretty dry again so provided another light watering with no nutes. **************************************************** 1/2 - Day 48 / Day 20 Flower I am officially concerned with the the distance between the tops and my lights. After reading a few forums to see what other growers have done in my situation, the consensus feedback is to do some supercropping. I ended up supercropping both of the main stems on my 5 gallon pots. I counted three nodes from the top, massaged the stem a little bit where I planned to bend and and then bent each branch to almost 90 degrees. Luckily, the stems didn't snap or show any signs of breakage. Had to remove the shelf in what should be a second compartment of my tent and attempted to do a little LST to widen my plants and lower their canopy.
