Unfortunately, this week I have overwatered her as I was going on vacation and a bit over protective and because of that I can see wilted leaves and brown spots. I left it to dry for 3-4 days and now I can see some new green leaves showing up. Sep 2nd: I can see that she is becoming healthier now and the green leaves are taking over

Strong germination. LSD 25 was the first to pop out. Zkittles was the 4th. 100% germination. Temps were 80-82f and humidity 70-80%. Looking forward to trying out the lsd 25 in particular. This is my first round with my BRAND NEW LED-Lights from SANlight in Austria. I got myself TWO EVO4-120 fixtures for my HOMEBOX Ambient Q120 growtent, which has an area of 120 x 120 cm. The new EVO4-120 looks AMAZING, reminds me a little bit of a spaceship. I also got myself two magnetic dimmers for the LED-fixtures, so I can control the amount of light my plants get. Then I went into my 'treasure-chest', where I keep my genetic gems I collected over the years and selected the strains I want to grow this cycle. My good friends from CNNBS.nl recommended their SNEEZE (=Amnesia x White Widow) to me, which is produced by seedstockers.nl. Since the parents are two classic strains with copious amounts of trichomes, I am curious how 'white' this variety will come out. My FAVORITE STRAIN OF ALL TIMES is THE PURPS from BC-BUD-DEPOT. It is a purple variety, which has the aroma and taste of grape jolly-ranchers and is simply DELICIOUS! I won the third place in the Sativa category of the HIGH TIMES CANNABIS CUP 2009 in Amsterdam with it and have grown this strain A LOT...therefore i know it well and it is ideal to see how well the NEW SANlight LEDs work. SERIOUS SEEDS has a NEW PROMO STRAIN, which is called WHITE DELIGHT (=Mimosa x OG-Kush) and which I am very curious about, therefore i will try two of those seeds next to their classic SERIOUS HAPPINESS (= AK-47 x Warlock). The Happiness is an easy to grow strain, which ALWAYS delivers GREAT results, therefore I had to have it in my tent. My treasure chest revealed some CHEESE seeds from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS, which are the ORIGINAL seeds from the HIGH TIMES CANNABIS CUP 2006, at which the Cheese won the Indica category and started its now famous legacy! Milo, the breeder from Big Buddha Seeds, gifted those seeds to me directly at the fair of the Cannabis Cup that year and I cant wait to smoke some ORIGINAL CHEESE again. The BADAZZ-CHEESE (=CHEESE x BADAZZ-KUSH) is a collaboration of Ripper Seeds and Big Buddha and entails the BADAZZ-KUSH from Ripper crossed with the CHEESE from Big Buddha. This variety grows hard compact buds with an insane amount of trichomes, I cant wait to see her in flowering. The STRAWBERRY SOUR-DIESEL from DEVILHARVESTORIGINAL SEEDS (NOT TO BE MISTAKEN FOR Devils Harvest Seeds, because its a split-off!) and the BIG CANDY from Mr. Hide Seeds have been recommended to me by a good friend, therefore I will give them a try as well. All seeds are germinated in the 'Serious' Way' promoted by Serious Seeds. It is basically the wet paper-towel method, but instead of leaving the seeds laying on a plate, they are hung inside a plastic baggie, so the roots can grow out STRAIGHT of the seed. I use this methods since years and always have GREAT success with it, therefore I put a little video tutorial together of the germinating method, I hope it can help others.

Day 3 - begin flushing...no nutrients needed

Solid week this week! Perfected the LST technique I think! All the canopies are comin in even, and they are growing great! I did notice the plant on the right that is under the King Plus 1000, it’s growing a little shorter and stalkier than its sisters. I tried to find a Mars Hydro reflector 48 to fit into the spot the king is in. I’m trying to match the reflector 144 I have in place, but I was unable to find one ( they don’t make them anymore). Well last night I was able to find one so this tent will be running perfect just in time for flower! Going to keep vegging them, and taking care of my babies! Not too sure how much room I have left to keep vegging, might switch over to flower on week 6 we shall see! Stay growing my friends!

Sour Wiz is still in veg. 7 weeks. Looking fantastic. EAsiest strain to grow so far. 0 issues and respond so everything well. Once I can sex I’ll separate and start planning to flower. Skywalker OG is still going great in week 9 of flower. STARTING to see a lot of bud structure and white hairs. Northern Lights is still surprising because it was so mutated and now its thriving.

18/06: Week 5 – early bloom stage confirmed! 🌱➡️🌸 We're entering week 5 with EC 1.6 and pH 5.8. The very first white pistils have emerged, confirming the transition into early flowering. The recent vertical surge was likely boosted by Far-Red and IR spectrum effects, along with enhanced metabolism from the CO₂ generator. From here, the plants will start shifting energy from stretch to flower production. Environmental control (especially RH and VPD) is now crucial to avoid early bloom issues. LST is being finalized as structure sets in. 21/06: We're now at day 31 since germination, and the flowering phase is clearly underway. Based on the canopy photo, the plants are thriving: a lush, uniform green with no signs of nutrient stress. Buds are starting to stack up nicely, and the foliage remains sturdy and intact. EC has been bumped up to 1.8 this week to support early bloom demands — especially for phosphorus and potassium — and the plants are handling it smoothly. No burnt tips or discoloration, indicating stable nutrient uptake. With environmental parameters dialed in through the GGS controller, everything's in sync. Onward to some serious bud building. 22/06: Stretch is in full swing — the girls are reaching hard, and I’ve had to raise the lights multiple times over the last few days. They’re now hovering just 10 cm above the canopy, delivering 1200 PPFD at 38 °C. We're truly pushing the physiological limit here. Dropping the lights any closer isn’t an option — cooling is maxed out, and more intensity = more heat. The only adjustable variable left would be CO₂ reduction, which I’d rather avoid at this stage. So far, no visible stress signs, but I’m watching them closely. Water uptake is intense — 100L in just 5 days. I refilled today (rather than a full res change) to prevent air pocket formation. Slightly bumped up the EC to temper the stretch. If things keep going vertical, some LST may soon be necessary — a few tops are practically kissing the diodes.

Aquí ya en mi 8va semana después de cambiarlas a unas macetas más grandes de un aproximado de 15 litros. Bueno, se preguntarán dónde está la tercera si eran tres y ahí se ven dos. Resulta que se murió, aconsejo de mantener lejos a tus gatos. Sí, mi gato macho orinó en su sustrato (aconsejo siempre mantener limpio su arenero para que no busque otros lugares donde orina) y pese de hacerle su lavado de raíces y cambio de sustrato, no sobrevivió. Aquí fue la única vez hasta ahora que pasó algo así. Hasta ahora sigo renegando con el gato, pero bueno no es culpa de ellos, sino de uno mismo. Hay que ser más precavidos. Buenos humos!
