Well… Night Owl DDOS OG has been disappointing. I chopped the ugliest one outside and fed it to the soil. The DDOS inside has been chopped and put into my new VCure (first dry/cure w/VCure). The remaining DDOS outside will get chopped and washed this weekend. I’ll reserve final judgement until the dry/cure has finished and I’ve had a sample, but so far I’m not impressed. FWIW I have emailed with Daz about his plants growing poorly and with lots of 1 and 3 finger leaves. He initially responded saying this is normal in flower as the plant focuses energy on bud development. Users in the Night Owl Discord community say it’s the ruderalis traits showing up. Daz has stopped responding to my subsequent emails with additional information and pictures. I was really expecting better from Daz and Night Owl. Banana Basecamp and Chem Town are doing much better even though they are showing some signs of heat stress outdoors. Star Froots Auto from MVG is the star of the grow so far. Beautiful proud plant with great structure and chunky bud development!👍👍

Purified water and 1/16 of a scoop of great white mix well. 3 seedsman zkittles auto seeds in a piece of reverse rolled up 210 grit sand paper. Shook the beejezus out of it till my arm got tired to scour the shell a bit. Tossed it in the jar of tea. 24 hrs later she popped. I replanted in rapid rooter plugs on oct 6, and with in 1 day 1 plug popped, The next day the other and on the 11th I noticed the 3rds cotyledons we’re stuck in the plug. I helped her a little and by the 12 all 3 were ready to be planted in their final home, A 3 gal fabric pot filled with my mix of 1 bag ff ocean forest : 1 bag of ff light warrior. Each lady was 2” high with the first set of true leaves and nice little roots peaking through. I’m having an issue with my purified water taking 24 hrs sitting before I get a stable ph so when I measured the res water in my dome, what I thought was 5.5 now showed 8.0 😐. I fixed that and watered all 3 with the correct ph water.

July 27: she has started preflowering already so I’m going to go with just phyto-forcing with a far red 730 nm light for a few seconds at dusk each night. This will be easier than putting them in the garage for 12 h a night for three weeks. This is a good trick for northern growers. July 30: doing great and seems to be flowering so all is good. Video shows how easy it is to make lazy compost tea which the plants definitely love. July 31: watered in early evening with compost tea. Aug 1: I’m a total tea convert now. Plants always love it.

These two did great even through a lil stress they still came out on top. I almost want to run it back but I think it's time for something fruity maybe, maybe having a terpene profile that helps initiate a more stone heavy affect and be indica heavy.

Embarking on another exciting journey with Hella Jelly – JELLY RANCHER strain by Humboldt Seed Company, we have imporved our cultivation conditions to optimize results for these keeper phenotypes. In this run, we are growing Pheno #5, #8, #7, and #1. Currently, we are five weeks into the vegetative stage, and our plants are thriving.Previously, they were somewhat root-bound due to their prior location, but we have transplanted them into 10L pots. All our plants have undergone meticulous topping and training, and we are now leaving them to flourish. We have a scrog the net which is being installed in the next few days, and we will feed the new growth through the scrog untill the screen is filled. Speaking of lighting, our setup currently features a 450W full-spectrum quantum board, operating at maximum capacity and strategically positioned to maintain favorable temperatures. Notably, we've introduced UV bulbs into the equation (2 x 26W UVB bulbs). Initially, we'll expose the plants to 30 minutes of UV light twice daily, gradually extending the duration to 4-6 hours daily as we enter the flowering phase. For the flowering stage, we'll make the switch from the 450W Quantomn board to the Spyder 2p 650W. In preparation for the plants daily fertigation needs, we've installed a drip-feed system, which will come into play as soon as the plants begin to show signs of drying up daily. Our target date for inaiting the flowering stage is set for the 1st of October. We are genuinely optimistic about the outcome of this run, so please stay tuned for regular updates!

No he visto ningún cambio...

This plant honest surprised me. I wasn’t impressed by the growth behavior or the terp profile. Around week 3 of flower she really started to shine. Definitely a late bloomer. More of an early outdoor plant IMHO.

She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. I also had to harvest partially as some of the lower buds are not quite ready yet which means I'm not done yet as of now. Will update more soon.

Commencing Week 5: day 29 on December 29 Bunch of cool plants 👍😁 The WW is living up to its description of being short stocky and having a dark green hue. HP is looking amazing has a very similar to the White Widow but is almost double the size. the bloody skunk is really impressing me in a few different ways that were unexpected. It's a week or maybe two ahead of everything else in the tent, also the shape is much more of an Indica structure. mostly I just can't believe how quickly it is maturing I think it's going to be very fast plant that's ahead of what sweet seeds has online. Lastly if you look close in the pictures you'll notice some of the leaves tips curling. Also the leaves are a bit dark. This is my first grow using "Medi One" nutrient and I think the recommended dosage is just a bit too strong for these autoflowers. Doesn't look terrible but definitely lesson learned for future reference 👍

Hey, cannabis enthusiasts and connoisseurs! 🌿🔥 The journey with our Runtz F1 has been nothing short of legendary, and now we’re at the stage that every grower eagerly awaits—the trim and smoke report. This Runtz F1 has delivered beyond expectations, and I can’t wait to share the details with you. Let’s dive in! The Trim Process 🌾✂️ The trimming process was an experience in itself, filled with care and attention to detail. Here’s how it all went down: • Breaking Down the Branches 🌿: • First, we carefully broke down the plant into manageable branches, making sure to preserve the integrity of each bud. The structure of the Runtz F1 made this easy, with its dense, compact colas ready for precision trimming. • Trim Bin Magic ✂️: • Using a Trim Bin, we meticulously trimmed away the sugar leaves, leaving behind only the most beautiful, resin-coated buds. The Trim Bin isn’t just a tool; it’s a game-changer, allowing us to catch every last bit of precious kief that falls during the process. This extra kief is like a bonus for those special moments when you want to add a little something extra to your smoke. • Preserving Terpenes with Grove Bags 🛍️: • Once trimmed, the buds were placed into Grove Bags for curing. These bags are revolutionary in the cannabis world, designed to lock in terpenes and keep your buds fresh for the long haul. Unlike traditional jars, Grove Bags use a special TerpLoc technology that creates a perfect microclimate within the bag, balancing out oxygen and moisture levels. This means your buds cure evenly without the need for burping, preserving that incredible citrus terpene profile we’ve come to love from the Runtz F1. The Legendary Smoke 🌬️🔥 Now, let’s talk about the smoke—because this is where the Runtz F1 truly shines. • Flavor Explosion 🍊🍋: • The moment you take your first inhale, you’re hit with a symphony of citrus flavors. It’s like walking through a citrus grove with the sun shining down—notes of oranges, tangerines, and lemons come through strong, each one distinct yet harmoniously blended. But the magic doesn’t stop there; an underlying hint of vanilla sneaks in on the exhale, rounding out the flavor with a creamy, smooth finish. It’s an experience that dances on your palate, leaving you craving more. • Aroma 🌿🌸: • The smell is just as captivating as the flavor. As soon as you open the Grove Bag, the room fills with that zesty citrus aroma, complemented by a subtle sweetness from the vanilla undertone. It’s the kind of smell that makes you pause and appreciate the craft that went into growing this plant. • The Effects 🌟: • The effects of the Runtz F1 are as balanced as its flavor profile. Expect an initial wave of uplifting energy—perfect for daytime use or when you need a creative boost. As the high settles in, it mellows into a relaxed, yet focused state. It’s the best of both worlds: energizing without being overwhelming, and calming without knocking you out. This makes it an ideal strain for those who want to stay productive while still enjoying a potent, flavorful smoke. Final Thoughts and Invitation 🎥✨ The Runtz F1 has proven itself to be a true connoisseur’s strain—a perfect blend of flavor, aroma, and effects that’s both complex and satisfying. This was a journey that showcased the importance of patience, precision, and care, from germination all the way to the final cure. If you want to dive deeper into the entire process, from the first week of veg to the final trim, I’ve documented it all on my YouTube channel. Join me there for a closer look at how this incredible strain came to life, and learn more about the tips and techniques I used to bring out the best in these plants. Harvested on the 25th of December, wet trimmed and dried for about a week. In curing since then.
