Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. We harvested one of the Purple OG Punch girls , this is going to be a weird entry because I decided to not make a harvest entry till the other one lady finishes. Unfortunately because of my sticky fingers from all the trimming I did not make many pictures/videos of the grow itsels, to fill this void I decided on including the harvest videos and photographs. Although the final weight will be summed up in the final harvest. We finally see that our problem with the plants may not a deficiency but overfeed...decided to leave the reservoir as it is for this week and add only fresh water next week we will flush the system and for seven days the girls will only drink water. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE7000 runs at 520 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. For anyone who is interested in obtaining this efficient and affordable light fixture here's the link: https://spider-farmer.com/products/spider-farmer-upgraded-se7000-730w-commercial-led-grow-light/ A shout out to Super Sativa Social Club for the gift of genetics : https://supersativaseedclub.com/ Also I want to thank Jungle Indabox nutrients for supplying me with their excellent & affordable nutrients : line https://www.jungleindabox.cz/en That's it friends, I hope to see y'all next week, bless.

Had an issue this week with a fsn getting unplugged and the tent was extremely hot for several hours. Some of the top buds even got cooked. I took off thendesd material at the top and I'm hoping for a speedy recovery.

Everything about this strain is excellent. Explosive lateral branching and vigorous growth makes this strain live up to its name. She was daunting to keep up with defoliation at times. Her smell is pure diesel and tastes of diesel and skunk. Smokes great, comes on smooth then busts your lungs.

Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - β˜€οΈ7h40/20h20πŸŒ™ 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8Β°C and 22/24Β°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! πŸƒ This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. Late flowering, Sativa. πŸ’¦Watering : 2L/plants/48h -grower Master Floraison + Enyme -grower Master Floraison + pk 13/14 -grower Master Floraison + Cal/Mag

Days 99 - 105 (from sprout) 8/30/24 - 9/5/24 Raised light above canopy of The Good Shit - PAR on main tops is 800-700+ while remaining lowers are seeing closer to 450-500 Loompa's Headband x TK fading to a close this week - trichome check starting to show amber on the bracts Sweet 16 S1 now starting senescence and a little fading on some fan leaves The Good Shit showed signs of some overwatering, so a newly made FPE was added to feed schedule to assist the microbiology Light schedule lowered to 10 hrs this week IPM: Applied enzymes (tweetmint) at a rate of 0.5 fl oz to 1/2 gallon and sprayed on cover crops + mulch throughout the week. Significant decrease in pest population, now needs a high quality compost top dressing for long term correction

Learned a lot from this grow and am very happy with the results. Pulled 2.8 Oz and 1.1 Oz of trim/popcorn buds in a one gallon pot. Definitely wont be doing that again, but had a lot of fun throughout the entire process. Going to be starting another grow soon! Very excited for that.

This week: air bubbles, air bubbles, and AIR BUBBLES, that's why my growth has been weak lol. AAAAAND I wasn't giving them space between the net pots from the water! VERY IMPORTANT NEW DWC-ers lol Sooo this week I was just letting them be. Until I realize I was messing up, everything in the book EXCEPT those 2 things I state above. I just received my new air pump today as am writing this (everything is installed) very pleased with the new pump. But I gotta replace those airstones they seem clogged up (yes I did wash em, warm water and a firm toothbrush) But I've been checking everything down to my pH that's it's constant at 5.8 My PPM is the same when they drink so let's see the difference a week from now. I do start to see lil pistols coming out on the 1st plants I think shes done veggin let's see next week. Appreciate everybody u guys freakin rock🀘 a toke from me to u guys much love and happy growin'/keif'n

Hi all πŸ§‘β€πŸŒΎ Welcome to my πŸŒπŸ’œπŸ‘Š week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride πŸ™πŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’š Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. Both are still stretching, buds are gaining in size and both girls started exploding with trichomes, Thank you all again for such amazing support πŸ™peace and love brothers and sisters βœŒοΈπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’š Stay tuned for new week update πŸ˜‰πŸ§‘β€πŸŒΎβœŒοΈπŸ’š

For a couple of runts I think I'll end up with a couple of blunts! Tight little buds. Lots of resin and great scent. I kind if wish I could just keep them going but they are nearing the end.

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

Overall I enjoyed this grow and learned a lot about living soil. Going for a slow dry, trim, then at least a one month cure. Hopefully another six days and I’ll update with a dry yield. My next batch is already cooking but with 5 gallon pots. 03/25 - Day 7 Drying B & C are done drying and have been in jars for a day now with RH ~60%. Total 3oz from B & C. Total 1.5oz from A & D
