End of day 61 flower. Both girls have been sitting in the dark since Yesterday @8pm. Will be taking them down on Thursday afternoon. Split the stem on both and flushed with florakleen for 3 days and now only on RO water. Adding a few ice cubes to the solution 2 or 3 times per day to keep the temp down. The last 12 hours remaining I will take all the water out of both buckets to let them know that the end is near and hopefully get some more frost from that. It’s been over 120 days since these two got seeded together and it’s been one hell of a journey. I got a bunch of clones off them and will have more grows on those coming up soon. I’ve learn a lot about what these girls like and hope to get a better yield with the clones. Next update will be the harvest. Take care and thanks for following along. 🤗

Plants continued to grow well some plants show signs of nutrient deficiencies, trying to address it without burning all the other plants. But besides that all looks good and we ready to flip to flower. 12/12 cycle to start. Clones looking strong and ready to be replanted as mothers for the next batch of clones / SOG

Shes really coming along pretty quickly actually. This morning I opened the tent & was surprised to see some withering pistols on this one! Everything is going well I got a raptor hood for my 600 watt so I was able to drop my light right on top of my plants maybe 6 niches away . Noticed she was getting a bit lighter in colour so I brewed up a tea first 1 ever just switched to organics tea looked good hopefully not 2 strong . I also pulled some branches out to open up more branches to get light as she was bushy and I did not want to cut most of the branches off because I'm not trimming larf lol. Now it's smooth sailing to the end I got 1 more top dressing next week and all I gotta do is water once a week

Hello and welcome to Bertha's final week! Big news! On day 72 aka today.... ... ... Bertha was pulled! I need the space now and shes not maturing properly, foxtailing and no further development except brown pistils. Trichomes 5% amber on oldest colas. Harvest report when dried. I haven't weighed wet as it's too awkward.

GC isn't ready for it, but she isn't in charge here. She should have stuck with WG when she extended a helping hand. Since falling behind, WG has thrown up a peace sign to GC as to say "see ya sucker". It's my favorite bud by far on WG. Bitch has got an attitude 🤣. RES sitting at 87ppm @5.9. Yellowing has started.. going to have to check trics more often so I get that sweet spot I'm looking for. ======================================================================================================== Day 78- these girls are starting to stink! Come on WG... ripen up so we can get this over with.. lowered lights power a bit today. RES climbed from 87 to 137. Drained 2gal, added 2gal RO. down to 38ppm. Forgot to mention the ice probe has been unplugged for over a week now. Been putting a 3/4 full 1L frozen bottle in the RES to chill. Rotate out every 12hr with a fresh. At lights on, and 12hr later. Full bottle got Temps too low for my liking. ======================================================================================================== Day 79- tick tock.. tick tock.. come on WG.. she's showing a little fade on her leaves. Seeing more of a calcium difficiency on her fans than fading honestly. Trichomes taking their time ripening as well. I'm SURE this strain ambers up.. taking their time for me though.. dont know how long I feel comfy flushing hydro though.. I did notice a few exploded trichomes up top, which has me thinking I need to go ahead and chop within the next couple days. If I notice any more ruptured anywhere else I haven't poked it with the scope.. I'm hanging the bitch that night. May give her 24hr dark period, since I've tried some other bro-science and it seemed to help. *edit* felt bad starving WG and she's not more amber coated. Gave her a bit of nutrition tonight. GHE aggressive ripen. M-2.8mL/g G-2.8mL/g B-4.5ml/g and 5mL calmag (using RO). Came out high @ 867 so I pulled 2L and dumped 2L RO in. Sitting at 613 @ 5.9. ======================================================================================================== Day 80- well, the 3 days starving the girls kicked their metabolism back in gear. I want more amber before chop chop. They quit eating and were drinking MUCH less signaling the end. Was down to topping off once a day, maybe a liter to a liter and a half. Since feeding yesterday, they've started eating and drinking like they were on week 10 again. Topped off 3.5L in the last 16hrs. TDS dropping with water level, even more when topped off with straight RO. I'm not giving em any more nutes. Last push for some extra weight before the end. ALLOT more frosty today than yesterday as well. ======================================================================================================== Day 81- Started flushing again. Maybe starting their metabolism again will help ripen these trics. If not, they're getting chopped @ day 84. Don't want to let em go too long and regret it. I may have f'd em up feeding again after the 3 days starving. Time will tell ======================================================================================================== Day 83- still waiting... 💤 Going to order some bubble bags. Freezing all GC and trim/larf from WG for some bubble hash. Another 20L dechlorified tap water reservoir change on the 19th. Flowering stretch looks to be finally over - and I'm glad, because I've got no more vertical space left. Can barely believe these have been topped, they're by far the biggest plants I ever grew (not that I have grown many to be honest lol) Did a good defoliation session on the 22nd, but that was before the pics and video. RH went down from around 70%+ to a controlled 64%. Temps are super high at the tent, but the girls look to be handling that very well. We'll see.

These are doing pretty damn good for the most part. I figured out with the green buzz the only thing in bloom that raises ppm is the base bloom and the more PK which is good to know. Also been using lower ppm for the autos and they seem healthier than usual. These pics and the video were taken on Day 36.

Decided to switch grow lights August 10th to Mixjoy. I felt as though the mixjoy was brighter and I’ve had great results previously with it. Growing. Going to string up some branches and defoliate over the next week. Continuing to feed to run off. Not much new to report, some leafs are yellowing and some are drying out. Not sure what’s going on with that. Plant still seems healthy. I should have transplanted to a bigger pot before flower imo. Newer light increased running temps to around 80 with light on. Give or take a few degrees. Feeding PH has been 6.0-6.1 I make up 4 Gal of nutrients in a 5 gal bucket. Plant takes about half before run off.

This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!

Full flowering has officially commenced. Lots of bud sites, a bit more defoliation and opening up. I untied the middle four colas so they can shoot up. I’ll be adding a second layer of lights for the lower canopy in a week or two.

11/6 Fed and watered. Each took a full gallon. 11/8 They are really drinking up the water. They were dry already so I watered each with a full gallon. 11/10 Watered each with a full gallon 11/13 Watered and fed each with a gallon.
