So I'm seeing some yellow tips, also on the new growth and I'm a little surprised because I'm not feeding that much tbh...at least I think I'm not.... reading up a bit, not sure if its nute burn or something else... got some cal-mag anyway , seeing i'll need it soon.. Tthe Northern Lights is going up like crazy! it has a completely different 'build' to it, much wider and distances then the more compact Diesel. Held off on the feeding, just distilled water ...but maybe 'll just switch to tap water, leaving it outside for a night or two...no more root booster....seems a little redundant.

🌱 Germination Journey with Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! Today kicks off an exciting adventure with Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco genetics. I’ve got 10 regular seeds ready to sprout, and I’m looking forward to discovering some beautiful female phenotypes—and maybe even a standout male for potential future breeding. It’s been a while since I’ve worked with regular seeds, so I’m thrilled to dive in! Germination Process Overview: Here’s a step-by-step rundown of the germination setup and process, with a special focus on the equipment and nutrients that are helping these seeds thrive right from the start. Step 1: TheCannaKan Germination Pod 🌱 For germination, I rely on TheCannaKan—a device I’ve come to love and trust. It’s designed to create the perfect microclimate for seed germination, and within just 24 hours, the seeds started showing signs of life. By the 32-hour mark, they were all ready to be transferred to the next stage! I can’t recommend this gadget enough for anyone serious about getting strong, early growth from their seeds. • Why TheCannaKan? • Humidity Control: Ensures seeds stay hydrated without oversaturation. • Stable Temperature: Maintains an even temperature around the seeds, so there’s no shock or stalling. • Enhanced Oxygenation: Keeps fresh air circulating, helping prevent mold and ensuring seeds don’t suffocate. Step 2: Transfer to Root Riots & Aptus Holland Supplements 💧 Once the seeds were sprouted, I transferred them into Root Riots, known for their excellent water retention and structure that encourages strong root growth. Root Riots also have a pH-balanced, spongy texture that makes it easy for roots to penetrate, promoting sturdy, healthy root systems. At this stage, I started using Aptus Holland’s Regulator and Startbooster at 1ml/L each. Here’s why I chose these products for early growth: • Aptus Regulator (1ml/L): Helps strengthen the plants against environmental stresses by supporting cell wall structure. It’s a fantastic choice for giving young seedlings an early boost in resilience. • Aptus Startbooster (1ml/L): This product provides essential microbes and nutrients that stimulate root growth and early plant vigor. Especially for regular seeds, the early root development makes a noticeable difference in later growth stages. Step 3: Lighting with Future of Grow (FOG) LED at 200 PPFD 💡 For lighting, I’m using a Future of Grow (FOG) 600W LED. For the germination stage, I’ve dimmed it to around 200 PPFD (photosynthetic photon flux density), which provides just enough light for healthy, strong seedling growth without overwhelming them. • Why Low Intensity? • 200 PPFD ensures that young plants aren’t exposed to too much light, which could cause stress or stunting. This level of intensity is perfect for encouraging healthy development without risking “stretching.” • The FOG LED provides a balanced spectrum tailored to plant growth, setting up these young sprouts for success as they grow. Step 4: Environmental Control with TrolMaster Tent X Controller 📲 For monitoring and control, I’m using the TrolMaster Tent X Controller, which lets me dial in every aspect of the environment to make sure these little ones have the perfect conditions for germination and early growth. • TrolMaster Benefits: • Precision Control: Adjust temperature, humidity, and lighting all in one place. • Notifications: Sends updates in real-time to my device, so I can make adjustments as needed without being physically present. • Consistency: Maintains stable conditions around the clock, reducing stress on seedlings and ensuring they’re thriving. Grow Tips & Reflections: Germination is one of the most crucial stages in a plant’s lifecycle. Starting with strong genetics like Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco, combined with a solid germination setup and the right nutrients, creates the foundation for a successful grow. 💡 Quick Tips for Fellow Growers: • Hydration Balance: Don’t oversaturate! Moisture levels should be high enough for the seeds to sprout but not so wet that they drown. • Light Management: A low PPFD for young seedlings prevents stretch and keeps nodes tight, preparing them for a healthy vegetative phase. • Environment Consistency: Use a reliable controller like the TrolMaster Tent X to manage your settings, and consider monitoring tools for real-time adjustments. Shout Outs to the Community: Big thanks to Terpyz Genetics for these incredible seeds, Aptus Holland for their top-notch nutrients, Future of Grow for the stellar LED lights, and TrolMaster for the amazing controller. Also, shout out to all of you in the growing community—you make this journey exciting and filled with endless learning. Let’s keep growing and sharing together! That’s it for the germination update! Next up, I’ll be monitoring growth closely to identify strong females (and maybe a standout male for breeding). Hello This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering. Did a stem rub test and Yeah... its smells like diesel and fruit. The plants are growing well. I've got to trim up those top big fanleaves next trim up. They block too much light from the growing tips. The next trim up will be between weeks 2 and 3 of flowering, before the resin starts flowing. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

🌱 White Widow – Week 3 | Structure, Strength & Setup Genetics: White Widow (Zamnesia Seeds) Light Schedule: 11/13 (Flower From Seed) Stage: Week 3 – Preflower (no signs yet) Structure: Compact, Healthy | Heading into 4th Node Feeding: Aptus Full Recipe Lighting: ThinkGrow Model One Bars + Future of Grow Black Series 600W Control: Full TrolMaster Ecosystem ⸻ Three Weeks In – Compact & Confident Here we are, Week 3, and White Widow is showing us her best early form. She’s: • Tight in internodal spacing • Vibrant in color and leaf health • Low & strong, with no stretching yet • Just pushing into her fourth node and still no signs of flowering, exactly what we’d hope in this phase, given our light cycle She’s not rushing—she’s setting her foundation. In an 11/13 light cycle, some might expect earlier preflower signs, but not all strains respond immediately. And honestly? I’m loving this slower, more intentional rhythm. She’s taking her time, and that usually means she’ll stack smart, not wild. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Routine – Gentle, Consistent Support Even though she’s rooted in a rich super soil blend, we’re continuing to assist her via the feed water with a light, targeted Aptus mix: Current Feed Recipe: • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L • Start Booster – 0.25 ml/L This isn’t about force-feeding, this is about helping the soil activate and harmonize, giving her what she needs before she starts asking for more. The mix keeps her cell structure strong, supports microbial life, and encourages consistent early root development. She’s loving it and it shows. ⸻ 💡 The Environment – Light & Movement This week, she’s been bouncing between two active grow zones, as we continue to refine the entire setup. It’s all managed within the TrolMaster ecosystem, offering precision control over both lighting and environment. She’s currently rotating between: • ThinkGrow Model One Bars – soft, powerful full-spectrum LED bars with excellent canopy penetration • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full spectrum, deep reds for flowering intensity Both are synced and monitored through TrolMaster, giving us: • Consistent PPFD targets (250–400 µmol/m²/s for now) • Environmental tracking for temp, RH, and VPD • Freedom to adapt space as needed while the grow evolves 🎛️ Why this setup? Because we’re still dialing in the room and flexibility is everything. She’s adjusting beautifully to these shifts, showing no signs of stress. A real soldier. ⸻ 👀 What to Expect / What Not to Expect Expect: • More node development, maintaining compact shape • Flower pre-signs within the next 7–10 days • Slow, deliberate shift toward stretch (if she chooses to stretch at all) • Stronger feeding signals as roots fully colonize the pot Not to Expect (just yet): • Pistils or heavy flower behavior • Wild vertical growth • Deficiency signs (thanks to our balance and microbial boost) She’s exactly where she needs to be. ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude & Shoutouts Huge thanks to the partners helping this journey become a reality: 🌱 Zamnesia Seeds – for delivering timeless classics like White Widow and keeping the legacy alive 🔧 Aptus Holland – for the precision nutrients that support both living soil and direct feeding 💡 ThinkGrow – for elegant, pro-level light bar systems that keep our canopy even and calm 🚀 Future of Grow – for the Black Series 600W, bringing serious intensity and bloom readiness 🧠 TrolMaster – for letting us control every detail, from light to leaf, with precision and peace of mind ⸻ 💚 Final Thoughts – Week 3 This White Widow is more than just a plant, she’s a rebirth after a rough start, a solo performance, and now she’s writing her own pace into this grow. No rush. No shortcuts. Just care, balance, and a slow, steady climb toward bloom. We’re watching closely, learning daily, and adjusting with love. Thank you for walking this path with us. Stoked on her. She turned out wonderful. Smells like rotting strawberries and gas. I’m so glad I could grow her out normally. No purple colors but she has a pink hue to her. I’m pleased. Into the cure closet she goes. She will cure for a couple weeks and I can’t wait to press her into some rosin 🍓

The Gorilla Glue has some rust spots on the top leaves, added some cal/mag to counteract that. Last week I thinned her out a good bit, no more fans covering bud sites more or less... Probably should have done that before she got into flower. The Gelato has recovered from the topping/fimmings and is growing its new tops, I also removed the very top leaves to keep it from growing much taller before I yoink the Gorilla Glue. Still an experiment plant, still growing better than I thought it was going to, still just sitting in the back vegetating. Day 63: This Gorilla Glue is doing markedly better than I thought it was going to. It has about 8 satellite nugs and one monster nug in the middle. The monster nug stem is zig zagged because I trained it multiple times so it's getting light on multiple levels directly to the top. I feel like there should only be 2 more weeks or so looking at the trichome production, there are some cloudy heads on the sugar leaves but still all clear on the nugs. Day 69: Don't think I'm going to feed the Gorilla Glue again, whatever happens, happens. Final feeding was 1tsp Tiger Bloom 0.5tsp cal/mag. I also removed the Gelato from the diary. It's still in there but I'll start a new diary if I decide to flower this plant.
