๐ฑ Ghost Train Haze โ Week 3 VEG Report
12/12 from seed | Vegetative phase ongoing
General Overview
Week 3 of vegetative growth closes with Ghost Train Haze showing outstanding vigor and expression. From early in the light cycle, both plants consistently display strong โprayingโ behavior โ leaves lifted upward, posture alert and confident. This is not occasional; it is constant, indicating a very good balance between light intensity, nutrition, and environment.
Running as a pair, they behave almost like twins. Structure, rhythm, and overall pace are remarkably similar. As expected in nature, one plant is slightly larger than the other โ a reminder that nothing in the universe is ever truly identical. Still, the similarity between them is striking and reassuring.
Growth & Structure
โข Stage: Vegetative
โข Flowering signs: None observed
โข Node count: ~5 to 6 nodes
โข Growth habit: Upright, balanced, well-structured
โข Leaf posture: Strong and consistent praying
โข Color: Deep, lush green with excellent vitality
Internodal spacing remains tight, structure is clean, and development is even. There are no signs of stress, clawing, deficiencies, or imbalance.

Genetics Notes โ Ghost Train Haze
Ghost Train Haze carries strong Haze-forward genetics, and early signs are already visible in her behavior:
โข High responsiveness to light
โข Expressive leaf posture
โข Vertical intention without excessive stretch
โข Clear metabolic efficiency
Haze genetics often prefer to build structure first, establishing roots and vegetative mass before revealing their full personality. At this stage, Ghost Train Haze is doing exactly that โ laying rails before speed.

Photo Documentation
This week, both plants were briefly taken out of the tent for detailed photo documentation using a controlled studio-style setup.
The photos focus on:
โข Leaf posture and symmetry
โข Natural water droplets resting on the leaves
โข Rich green coloration under controlled lighting
These images are meant to document subtle signals, not to dramatize the plant.

Environment โ Room Conditions (Week 3)
โข Photoperiod: 12/12 from seed
โข Day temperature: ~26 ยฐC
โข Night temperature: ~18 ยฐC
โข Relative Humidity: 60โ65%
โข Airflow: Gentle, constant, non-stressful
โข Solution temperature: ~21 ยฐC
โข Substrate temperature: ~21 ยฐC
Environmental stability remains consistent across the room, allowing the plants to focus entirely on vegetative development.

๐ก Lighting
โข PPFD: ~600โ700 (adjusted to plant size)
โข Plants are growing naturally into the light
โข No stretch, no light stress
The constant praying posture confirms that light levels are well matched to plant demand.

๐ง Watering & Nutrition
โข pH: 6.0
โข EC: 1.0
Nutrient program:
โข Plagron Terra Grow
โข Power Roots
โข Pure Zym
โข Sugar Royal
Foliar:
โข Vita Race
โข Applied selectively and intentionally, not on a fixed schedule
This program continues to support strong root activity, clean metabolism, and vibrant vegetative growth.

๐ What to Expect / What Not to Expect (Next Week)
What to expect:
โข Continued vegetative expansion
โข Additional node stacking
โข Increasing leaf mass and canopy presence
โข Gradual emergence of Haze characteristics
What not to expect (yet):
โข No flowering initiation
โข No explosive stretch
โข No need to push inputs
Patience remains key โ the foundation is still being built.

Final Thoughts
Week 3 confirms that Ghost Train Haze is thriving. Constant praying, twin-like development, and calm confidence define this stage. No rush, no force โ just steady momentum.
Thank you to everyone following along, observing, learning, and sharing this journey with us.
The train is moving โ quietly and with intention ๐๐ฑ

๐ธ P.S. โ The Eye Behind the Lens
All photos in this diary (for now โ except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more.
Photography is part of the story โ itโs how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words canโt always capture.
Iโve also started experimenting with photo stacking โ a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back.
Itโs not digital enhancement or AI; itโs pure photography โ a way to reveal the plantโs beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal.
Youโll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots โ camera, lens, setup โ because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art.
