Stretch has finished. Starting full on bloom formula. I always use 50% of what the listed recommended amount is. Full dose is just too strong. Major defoliation three days ago. Filling in fast. Will not defoliate much now till preharvest other than removing leaves to expose bud sites. Next week is the first flower flush. 24 hours straight water, then back to nutes. Always perks them up. PPMs dropped in number 2 this week from 800ish PPMs to 600ish PPMs. 1 is a much lighter feeder. The root mass of each are so different. 2 is long like a hippy's ponytail while 1 is more like a wispy, wiry Afro. Both are healthy and continueing to stack well. Frost is showing and the aroma is quite strong already. All is developing nicely, introduced cannazym and boost to the mix. Finally I have access to a better camera which you will see on the later pics. The cuttings I took seem to survive for now, with some outrooting their cubes already.

Everything still looking good. I did a small defoliation yesterday. For the most part, the stretch is over. May get one or two more inches though. Lights aren't moving any higher. Thanks for stopping by...

It’s already been more than 7 weeks since harvest time, but this plant still needs some time. Most of the trichome heads are milky, but the buds are still swelling. So, just wait and see. So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

shes coming along slowly but surely!!!! looking like i'll get a few decent grams of bud hahaha bout a month left so i think shell plump up a little more. again just horrible weather but its all good. shes been happy even with the cold and rain. not really much for pests either. noticed some bugs on one leaf and cut if off immediatly and hvaent seen them back so i think its all good

Week 3: 4 of the ladies showed sex this week. The big girl popped pistils on day 18 and the other 3 ladies popped pistils on day 20. I hope ill get another week of veg before the growth spurt and fill out their pots. Training: during the 4 days of ponytailing i noticed the aggressive growth on the side branches, cant say it had a big effect as bending has. This week i held the branches down with wiring to create nice strong branches and ive been leaf tucking everyday. I lock the leave blades together with lower leaves to hold them in place but they wont stay down. Im trying to avoid selective deleafing till after the big growth spurt. Nutrients: the ladies had their first feeding last week and 2 waterings ph'd to 6.5 with 2 dry days between every watering. Ill be giving their 2nd feeding on day 25. Im raising the dosage of Canna Terra Vega from 0.5ml/L to 1ml/L

Day 57 - Starting week 9 and she was ready for a feeding of water and nutes today, so she got almost 2 full gallons. I did do a very light defoliation with her today as well and she’s definitely liking the second AGLEX light turned on and seems like it’s helping her plump up quite a bit. Day 58 - Just trimmed up a few of the larger fan leaves hanging in the way of the buds and just letting her go otherwise. She’s frosty as hell and gonna have some fat and dense buds when all is said and done. Day 61 - All going well still and looking like she’s down to the last couple weeks as well. Will start monitoring her trichs from here on out. She wasn’t quite ready for water yet but should be tomorrow. Flowers are looking amazing as frosty as hell. Day 62 - Not much I need to do with this girl anymore, just feeding her when she needs it and that’s about it. She did get about a gallon and a half of plain water today and it’s looking like she’s only got a couple weeks left. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and just letting this girl do her thing and her trichs will tell me when she’s ready. The buds are nice and compact already and figure they can only get better the next 2-3 weeks. Not much I can or really need to do with her right now.

I decided to add a bit more of the base bloom nutrients cause this girl is just begging for it, I feel it. Also the healthiest girl I ever grew so yeah im hyped to see how she will do in the next few weeks, about 2 more weeks then we will start with Overdrive, after that I wont be able to tell that its the same plant. Btw shes running through 10l of water in about 3-4 days so yeah thirsty hahah.

This week is looking good and the babies are coming along great, I'm loving the way pheno 1 is so symmetric, large and in charge! I started out this grow with a bit of a hick up because of the pandemic but I tell you one thing, foliar feeding saved my plants! I foliar feed my seedlings at around 200ppm I use some micro nutes, along with amino mix to foliar feed. The foliar feeding definitely makes the plants more robust, they end up feeling hard and strong! I Usually foliar feed until I flip to flower then no more!

This phenotype #4 was removed from the grow tent after 2 weeks of veg due to a deficiency I'd never seen before. From what I've researched, it could be sulfur; it didn't seem to be a disease, but it produced excessive resin.
