Well…these ladies have me always guessing! TYPICAL! Lmfao also growing a newer strain so I’m glad to be a part of it all. They’re def chunking up and showing signs of massive purpling on just a single plant. The other 4 aren’t quite there. Let me tell you though, the shorter one DEF have a berry/gas smell compared to the taller more sativa-like plants which have such a peculiar bud structure. Either way both looking awesome and quite surprised as to how they bounced back and are chunking up quite nicely. I’ll be expecting to use my ripening dry kool bloom next few waterings then flush time for the yum time 🤤 💨

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. What a smell coming off these babies in veg. Had to turn fan on with filter. Stinking up my house without it. Plants are doing great with scheduled auto water and now lights being at 18 inches at 70w. Didn't realize how intense these lights were. Still short and stalky but starting to stretch now. Showing minimal pistills in 2 of 4 plants. Will start flowering in week 6 Runoff till about 20%. 1500EC in reservoir. Runoff is around that range so all is good. Topped 3 out of 4 plants this week. Was just going to bend main stalk but not much room to do so.

Hey Peeps, So its been quite a bad week for my girl. Its rained every day apart from today and shes been lollipoped not by me. The damage that you can see actually occured over one night, in a word carnage 😔 Ive taken her out of her hidey hole about mid week as one more attack like this and shed be dead, just gonna have to risk her out in the open and hope that the neighbours dont notice if she recovers. Day 126. She is down. That girl lived 90 days from seed touching soil. Its part of my Control Garden for proving/finding RQS strain issue. For 3 weeks veged bag seed plant who spent 75% of his life not under direct light, sometimes even in shade and under most intense air fan , she is GOLD ! Cure day. She could go two weeks longer, but ... 96 g ;))) again, i can only look and admire. Crazy strain. Update on night shift ;)

They are now growing faster than fast... They are getting ready for flowering. I will soon switch to hesi nutrition... 🙌👍

So we’ve come to a slow down on the stretch and they’ve started to work n creating flowers, I defoliated about 10-15% of the fan leaves and removed stems that had less vigor or was too under the canopy and wouldn’t of created any good flowers as these plants are a whopping near 50” so proud to be a loyal Martian! The lights are so powerful and provide the plants with the power of the sun ☀️

This girl is definitely budding- but not in a structure I’m used too. I’ve done a few rounds of defoliation on her, but she’s just very leafy and will definitely be the lowest yielder in the tent.

This week has been great progress on the plants, as u can see, giving your plants the oxygen it needs and they will flourish I wish I've gotten a better pump from the beginning, but o well learning curve lol, it has been getting warmer now that spring is arriving, the inside of my tent is at 80° so the only issue I see in the future is water temp. rising but ama try to keep her as cool as possible. (Not running a chiller) I did started to see some pistols coming out so, she starting to flower. Ama switch her nutrients to bloom A&B next week as with some Nirvana see how that goes. Am still checking the pH twice a week (Once in the morning, and again late afternoon.)

Everything is going well. They are drinking good, they recovered as well, idk how but.. Let's go 💪
