Week 3 for our Apricot from fastbuds 🍁 We removed the 2 lower branches and leaves. We gave some master root this week. Some of the plants already showed the first preflowers, flowering is starting soon! We also placed a net above just in case we need to sustain the buds in later flowering

Day 37 of flower and she smells absolutely blissful. 😍 The buds are really starting to look very colorful too and there could easily be another 30 days left before harvest. When she is ready to be chopped I have a feeling she will look amazing. Can’t wait to get my camera out and do some macro focus shots. This cultivar or phenotype in particular is THIRSTY! It’s possible that the water consumption is also due to the clover but I’d imagine it’s a combination of the clover and the root system of this plant perhaps. She’s still going through a little over 2 gallons of water a day. I bought the blumat to be able to go out of town and not worry about the plant drying out and now I realize I’d need a much bigger reservoir than the 5g bucket I have. I contribute the plants late flower health to the watering consistency of the Blumat. What a game changer proper watering is, haha. All of my flower deficiencies with past plants were really underwatering symptoms from too much dry back maybe.

Again I traveled all weekend and this time I filled the plants with a lot of water and watered the plate too with an extra liter of water, and they resisted so well that they showed several signs such as the growth and development of new leaves very green, I watered only with water, in the next watering I will put top veg fertilizer again. And so ends the third week, I'm posting a little late because of work, but whenever I can I'll post the updates here. =) peace

Hello Diary. The third week of flowering is over, what I would comment on first this week is the scent. Fat Banana began to spread a wonderful fruity scent, like some fruity candy. 😋 So far on my small farm no strain has smelled like this at this stage of flowering. The plant is full of flowers and as you can see in the photos, they fill up nicely. 👍 Brownish spots have started to appear on some leaves, I will monitor the development and try to detect what the cause is. 😯 Watering is standard, I water the plants about every three days. Preventively for now I add CalMg and every other time I add BioBizz. I am preparing about 7 lit. water with which I water all three plants evenly. Here’s what he looked like all week. 02/11/2020 - Day 39. Watering. I added BioBizz and preventive CalMg. p.H. I adjusted to 6.5 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.7 degrees and 42% humidity. 05/11/2020 - Day 42. Photographing and watering. This time I just regulated p.H. at 6.4 and I didn’t add anything else. Fat Banana really looks beautiful so I also took photos on a black background. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.6 degrees and 41% humidity. That’s all for this week, see you soon.

One of the seedlings died. Oh well. Dropped another seed in a cup of dechlorinated water today to start another one. It's been getting significantly warmer out so hopefully that will help things along.

Started trimming a few leaves blocking bud sites and continued to tie down tallest growth. I’ve never used LST to this extent, but I’m a disciple now. Tremendous shape creating space for new growth still. At this point, I learned about the importance of dark hours for bud growth. In case it helps someone: flower growth and later, thc, is boosted and triggered by dark time. During veg for an auto, go full blast with lights. But those flowers boost at night to protect themselves from harsh UV daylight. Swear to God, after months of reading journals and articles, I didn’t realize that until recently.

Week 5 / Day 35 Flower began today - 15/12/2021. Plants have definitely started packing on some buds compared to last week. Can’t wait to see how they turn out over the next 4 weeks. EC is currently a little high, both at 1.6EC, however I believe that it is due to the top layer of the coco drying out leaving salts behind. I think this because there is no symptoms of burn or deficiency, so it can’t be the over nuting, plus I’m using 1/2 of what mills suggest in terms of Base Nutes so I believe it’s the drying out. I will be keeping the EC around 1.4 once it’s stable and only upping the base nutes if they start to seem hungry. It has been less is more the whole run so I’m gonna keep with it. To get the EC stable again, and keep the coco wet, I have began multifeeding 3 x per day during lights on. 2 litres at a time per plant every 24hrs - 6l a day. I have read good things about multifeeding so want to carry on doing it as I’m so far impressed with the results. The string for the “LST” has been left on, but I don’t think it’s necessary at all. I will probably cut them off in time or just leave them on if they don’t harm the plant at all. Due to starting the C4 a week early, I did not want to use it for an extra week again this week, so I have began using the Mills Ultimate PK a week early at 2ml per litre. This can be used for the last 2-4 weeks of flower, so hopefully it all works out. Still haven’t been any nute burn or anything this run which I’m happy about, the girls seem to be coming along nicely and just developing without issues. *touch wood* I am just defoliating a couple of leaves per girl at a time to reduce stress, and only if they are beginning to shade or cover lower bud sites. Can’t wait to see this week compared to the next too!

Still holding on, I'll try to use less fertilizers for the next couple of weeks. I think they should be done around Day 80. Very impressed with how different and pretty all three of them are. Deffinetly loving the lemon cherry cookies smell, it's really taking over the flat.

🍯 Grow on đŸŒ± Flower Day 22 | Day 66 overall 🌾 Yesterday was lollipopping day — and quite a lot came off. The stretch finally seems to be slowing down now
at least it feels like it. 😄 From here on, the ladies can hopefully start focusing more on proper bud stacking, weight and mass. And honestly, the last 7–10 days have been completely insane. Especially the Fruit Bomb Punch absolutely hit the turbo again. I rarely see a plant explode that hard within such a short time. Early on she was actually the most sensitive plant in the tent after the hot soil mix, the Spruzit stress and the topping — and now she completely dominates the middle of the canopy. Absolute madness. 🚀 The Chicken & Waffles and the Fruit Bomb Punch are now both sitting around 1.10–1.12 m tall, although the Fruit Bomb has slightly taken the lead and now towers above everything else in the center of the tent. And that’s only because she already got three clips to pull her sideways — basically supercropping without actually supercropping. Without those clips she would probably be somewhere around 1.25 m, 1.30 m or maybe even higher by now. Just crazy how hard she stretched. You can really tell that despite the topping she still wants to become one giant dominant shoot monster. One of the two main tops clearly became much stronger than the other and is now absolutely blasting upwards. And then there’s the smell
the Fruit Bomb Punch truly deserves her name. đŸ“đŸ’„ This thing is a legitimate fruit bomb. Extremely loud, extremely intense and completely fills the room. Probably the strongest and most aggressive terp profile in the entire run so far. The Strawberry AK, on the other hand, remains the absolute textbook plant of the run. Compact, bushy, incredibly healthy and completely packed with budsites. Height-wise she can’t compete with the two monsters, but that’s exactly what makes her so interesting: she built an insane amount of strong side branches and budsites — honestly way more than the Fruit Bomb Punch. So she might secretly become the true yield monster in the end. Not through height, but through pure mass and structure. 😄 After lollipopping I even raised her slightly on top of a pot so she can stay better within the canopy and get more light to all those tops. Her structure is just ridiculously clean. Honestly, she barely needed any work during the whole grow. The Chicken & Waffles is also turning into a complete monster by now. Despite being completely untopped she developed tons of beautiful side branches and created a surprisingly even canopy. For an untopped plant, that’s seriously impressive. Those huge internodal gaps that initially looked almost too wild are now allowing light to penetrate deep into the plant and all the side branches are exploding as well. Terp-wise the three ladies are also separating more and more now: The Fruit Bomb Punch is just pure loud fruit. The Strawberry AK leans into a creamier, softer candy-fruit direction. And the Chicken & Waffles currently stays more on the spicy side. Technically the run is also going surprisingly smooth right now. The drippers are running consistently morning, noon and evening — honestly couldn’t ask for much better. The plants seem extremely stable and happy with it, especially during this explosive phase of growth. Temperature-wise things are still under control too, although humidity is slowly starting to creep up. But with this amount of leaf mass and growth, that’s hardly surprising anymore. 😄 Health-wise the run currently looks really great overall. Basically nothing concerning besides the normal lightening during flower progression. No real deficiencies, no major problems — exactly how you want things to go. 🙏 Now it’s time for bud stacking, weight gain and hopefully not completely growing into the tent roof. 😅 In the end, the jar decides. 🍯 Grow on đŸŒ±
