A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. This week was very relaxing, i add only PH+ (again ;), Calmag and PowerZyme. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Both plants still vigorous and healthy this week, accelerating along. Each plant is starting to show subtle differences in the flowering stage. Gave each a mini defoliation for the final time mid week. I also added the final ingredient in the nutrient mix in the end of week feed, GREEN SENSATION! So far the nutrients have been superb, think i’ll stay with them after this grow. Some really cool frosting going on 😎

Week 6 Report: Big Cheese Auto Flourishes in Bloom! Greetings once more, fellow cultivators! Week 6 with our illustrious Big Cheese Auto is like watching a floral masterpiece unfold, and the thrill is escalating. Kudos to Seeds Mafia for these genetics that keep delivering wonders. Our green queen is dancing through her second week of flowering, and oh, the elegance! It's like a choreography that only Mother Nature could compose. The Autopot system is still the unsung hero, allowing our star to sip on her terms. It's like the perfect rhythm for a flawless dance. P-Boost and Topbooster, our dynamic duo, continue to work their magic. Picture it like a nutrient wizardry, with organic nitrogen, L-amino acids, and a bouquet of trace elements and natural stimulants enhancing the bloom. The anticipation for those luscious, aromatic buds is becoming palpable. Our TDS is maintaining a harmonious 390, and the pH, a symphony at 6.0. *** RESULTS ARE IN *** Final results are in! Updated with pics of dry-trim and weigh-in :) Total yield was 228g of bud + 45g trim to be used for tincture. Total weight 273g / 9.75oz This was way beyond what I was expecting! Was hoping to get around 6oz from this grow, so the final result has absolutely blown my mind. But more importantly, it's a !!REALLY!! good smoke :) I've taken half oz off the top and put the rest into mason jars for curing, but even without a cure, the taste is good - sweet and creamy. The smell has come on LOTS through the drying process. When I chopped, the smell was fragrant, but not too strong. Now, you can smell it across the house and no mistake. It packs a punch too, very potent high - Can't wait to share with a few friends :) ********** Well, this has been an awesome experience for my first grow. Thankfully, these girls were super strong - they took a LOT of abuse in terms of high temps (up to 38C some days) and survived me being an idiot in the early days and not really knowing what I was doing. But here we are! Almost didn't want to chop them down..... but I got over that pretty quick. Total wet weight from both was 1339g (47.8 oz), of which about 150g is popcorn / larf. Super impressed with the yield :) My aim is to be self sufficient, in terms of yield being able to last long enough for another grow cycle to complete. With a rough estimate of 3 months per cycle, and based on my current usage of approx half oz a week, I would need this to result in about 6oz when dried, and I think this could be achievable. I will update the dry weight in due course. Can't speak to the quality yet. As tempting as it is to quick dry a test nug for a cheeky toke, I'll wait for it to dry properly, so I can really appreciate it. I've waited this long to harvest, another couple of weeks won't kill me. Also, I still have some of my current stash (hopefully the last weed I'll ever have to buy!). It's really difficult to be patient though, because DAMN it looks good. I'll give the buds a good manicure and dry trim when they're ready. It smells really good too! The smell is not overly powerful, it doesn't slap you in the face like some weed does, but it's delicious! Fresh, bursting oranges, with just an undertone of that unmistakable weed smell......It's like The Man from Del Monte is stood behind you in a queue, and he has an eighth of dank in his pocket that he doesn't think anyone else can smell. If I had to say I've learned anything along this journey, it's that it's better to be prepared. Research things that COULD happen and have necessary stuff on hand when you need it. Don't wait until that deficiency shows before ordering what you need and finding out it'll take 2 weeks to ship (fuck you, covid-19). And there we have it.... will report back once dried for the final weigh-in and smoke report. Stay safe, stay high :)

All going well now, just lowered my setup by 35cm to gain more space for the ladies... also now my reservoir is below the cabin instead of inside, so much cooler water now (in fact I had to pace a heater to avoid temperature below 18˚C)

- I didn't weight wet buds. - The trichomes photos have been taken just before the harvest on buds all over the plants. - The hash balls were : a little less than 1cm diameter for the Mandarin Punch#1 and around 3mm diameter for the Mandarin Punch#2 - Drying was made at 20°C and around 50% of humidity. - Humidity in jar around 50% on the first day, temperature around 20°C. MANDARIN PUNCH #1 Veg time : 44 days. Flowering time : 70 days. Total time from seed to harvest : 114 days. Height : 142cm Pot size : 26l Harvest : 61g MANDARIN PUNCH #2 Veg time : 45 days. Flowering time : 67 days. Total time from seed to harvest : 112 days. Height : 123cm Pot size : 10l Harvest : 41g

Empezamos 3ª semana de crecimiento, durante esta semana, podare los bajos y algún nudo. Tras unos días de recuperación pasaremos a floración. Se empezaron a germinar el día 10/10/23 llevamos 27 días desde que se empezó a germinar. Hoy día están siendo regadas con 1.5 de ec y 6.0 de ph, usando la gama de abonos orgánicos de boom nutrientes y CALMAG. Uso de sustrato el LIGHT MIX de GBNUTRIENTS. Son frondosas con grandes hojas, nudos muy corto entre si y además están verdes. Se nota que la luminaria hace su trabajo sin calentarse y por eso la tengo cerca de las plantas evitando que se "espiguen" **Actualización 08/11** he podado bajos de todas las plantas y alguna hoja grande que tapa las formaciones. En pasar 2-3 días para que se recuperen, pasamos a floración.

Lights to 11.5 hrs, temps dropped, light raised, let's finish! I think next week it's time to cut them. More branches are falling over from #2 (back right) and it's yellowing nicely. #3 (front right) could use 2 or 3 more weeks but I don't think I will take it that long. It's a low yielder but its structure is very sativa. Smells good. #1 (back left) and #4 (front left) smell roughly the same, #1 makes very heavy branches and dense tops. Its looks are deceiving, hiding its yield under big leaves. Thanks for the interest. I hope your grow is as lucky as this current one. The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 8/18- Week 5 of flower's here for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she has transformed into an absolutely gorgeous specimen of this strain, and hopefully it will become a good example of this strains capabilities! Our weather continues to be cool and dry with nighttime temp's dipping into the upper 50's℉ with daytime highs in the mid to upper 70's℉, and the daylight has dropped to just over 13 hours now. 8/20- I am still watering the GG4 Sherbet FF daily but, with the cooler weather and with the plant at this stage of flower, her water requirements have dropped a bit so I'm only giving approximately 4-5g of well water after the sun goes down to allow it to soak in thoroughly throughout the soil. 8/22- Along with my daily watering, I am also constantly going through the plant and removing any dead or yellowed leaves. I'm also checking over the entire plant including the undersides of leaves looking for early signs of insect infestation or their eggs being laid, as well as looking for signs of deficiencies and as flowering progresses mold and fungus.🤢 8/24- With five weeks of flower behind her now, the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower has passed the halfway point and only has another 2-3 weeks to go! My only hope is that our weather continues to cooperate and at least stay dry to quell any fears of bud rot on her beautiful flowers! April 16th - Day 59 : Today is Spa day. Did a major defiliation throughout the whole tent. They're pretty much on autopilot from now on.. April 19th - Day 62 : Look at theses beauties. Reacting well to the heavy defoliation. The smell is getting a bit stronger. Didn't do much but water.

I notice her Ovules are very large in size. Quite unlike any plant I have seen before. I don't know if this is a 'primative' strain but it's quite unusual. So far: 147g wet Day 77 - Staggered harvest started. When I see a couple of amber trichomes on a bud I will harvest it and leave the rest. Day 84 - The other colas are getting there slowly. I don't know if it is the heat stressing her out 30 c in tent. We have a heatwave here right now.... Day 84 - 2.11g dry ground up Day 89 - 1.72g dry ground up Day 91 - What is left of her. She looks a mess lol. Day 94 - Final harvest trimmed up and drying. Final dry total to follow in a few days. Day 100 - Final weigh up. Well we got 72.46g on the scales today. I never did wet weight after the first harvest so dismiss that. In total I got 74.57g. It is a very small harvest for me but I don't think this plant has the genetics to be a big yielder.000

10-18 She hasnt even acted like I bent her top! Recovered nicely. Her buds have turned upwards to welcome the light! 😁 10-19 Water, noticed some slight burn, will flush her next day or so. She looks pretty good other. Spaced some branches just just a tad. Cleanin up, while she fattens! Has a minty smell.
