👑 Godfather OG – Pheno B Week 10 | She Knows What She Wants 👑🌿🔥 Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 💚🌱 And this girl... She just keeps shining. She keeps growing. She keeps asking for more. And somehow, while she's constantly telling me: "I want more!" she's showing me absolutely no signs that she's unhappy. No obvious deficits. No drama in the flowers. No collapse. No hesitation. Just growth. Beautiful growth. 😂👑 Godfather OG Pheno B has become one of those plants that I genuinely enjoy walking up to because every time I look at her, I see something I like. She's dense. She's compact for her structure. She's beautifully green. Her flowers are developing wonderfully. And she has this unmistakable personality that says: "Keep it coming. I'm not finished yet." 😂🌿👑 So this week, once again... the spotlight belongs to her. 🌱 Week 10 – Still On Her Way to Heaven I'm honestly not completely sure where this girl is going. 😂 But I like where she's going. Very much. Every week, she seems to become a little more impressive. The plant is continuing to develop those beautiful flowering structures, and there's a real sense now that she's settling into her own final form. She's not trying to become her sister. She's not trying to become another plant in the room. She's simply becoming Godfather OG Pheno B. And I really like what I'm seeing. There's something very satisfying about watching a phenotype gradually reveal itself. At the beginning, you have an idea. Then the plant grows. Then she branches. Then she flowers. And eventually you start thinking: "Okay... now I see who you are." And with this girl, I'm definitely starting to see it. 🍃 That Beautiful Green One of the things I really love about her right now is the colour. That beautiful, healthy green is still such a strong part of her identity. And what's particularly interesting is how similar the overall colour expression is becoming compared with her sister. They're different plants. Different structures. Different personalities. Different ways of approaching the same environment. But there is still that family resemblance. You can look at them and think: Yep. Those two belong together. And then you look closer... and realize how differently they've interpreted that same genetic potential. That's the magic of phenotypes. Same family. Different story. And Pheno B is writing a very beautiful one. 🌸 The Flowers Are Becoming Serious And now... the flowers. This is where things are getting really exciting. The bud formation is becoming increasingly defined, and there's a beautiful density developing throughout the plant. She's no longer just carrying flowering sites. She's building flowers. Real structure. Real volume. Real character. And the photographs make that particularly obvious. The individual flowers are becoming easier to distinguish, while the surrounding foliage is creating that beautiful contrast between green leaves and developing floral structures. She's got a lot happening. And I love it. There's something about a plant reaching this stage where you stop looking at individual branches and start seeing the whole thing as one coordinated flowering structure. That's where she is heading now. And honestly? She's looking fantastic. 👑 Demanding Doesn't Mean Unhappy Now let's talk about her appetite. Because this girl is still demanding. 😂🍽️ She continues asking for more. And she's certainly one of the plants that makes me pay attention to how much she's consuming. But here's what I really like about the situation: She's not showing me obvious signs that she's struggling. She's not throwing up warning flags everywhere. She's growing. She's flowering. She's maintaining that beautiful colour. She's developing density. She's continuing to progress. So her appetite is simply part of her personality. Some plants are happy with a little. Some plants want seconds. Godfather OG Pheno B apparently wants to know whether there's dessert. 😂👑🍰 And honestly... if she keeps looking like this, I'm not going to complain about her appetite. She's putting those resources to work. 💡 She's Catching Photons Like She Means It And once again, we have to talk about the invisible workers in this room: photons. Every day, the lights come on. Photons begin moving through the canopy. And this girl is ready. She's got a substantial amount of healthy foliage positioned throughout her structure, giving her plenty of opportunity to intercept that light. The photons arrive. The leaves capture what they can. And the plant uses that captured energy to support everything happening inside her. Growth. Maintenance. Development. Flower formation. All those beautiful things we're able to see with our eyes are connected to something we can't see at all. Light energy. And Godfather OG Pheno B looks like she's taking full advantage of it. 💡🌿 She's not just sitting underneath the lights. She's using them. ☀️ A Three-Dimensional Canopy This is also where I really appreciate the lighting philosophy we've been using throughout the 8×8. The main Black Series LEDs provide the primary overhead illumination. But the canopy isn't a flat surface. It's a three-dimensional environment. Leaves are positioned at different heights. Branches move through different levels. Flowers develop at different angles. And that's where the additional inner and lower-canopy lighting becomes interesting. We're trying to get useful photons into places that naturally receive less direct illumination from above. Not simply: "More light everywhere." But rather: "How can we make better use of the space this plant has created?" And Pheno B has created some beautiful space. She's dense. She's compact. She's structured. And she's carrying flowers throughout that structure. So those photons have plenty of work to do. 😂💡🌿 🌿 Dense, But Still Her Own Shape One thing I particularly like this week is that she's becoming denser without losing her identity. She's not a completely flat canopy. She's not a wall. She's not trying to imitate anybody else. She's got her own architecture. And now that the flowers are becoming more developed, that architecture is becoming even easier to appreciate. The structure she created earlier in the run is now supporting the flowering phase. That's one of the most rewarding parts of watching a plant through an entire cycle. You see the decisions she made earlier... and eventually you get to see what those decisions become. Godfather OG Pheno B built this structure. Now she's filling it. And she's doing a beautiful job. 💨 Environment – Let the System Work As always, the environment remains an important part of the bigger picture. We're continuing with the same overall room strategy rather than constantly changing things around individual plants. The room is sitting around: 🌡️ Day temperature: ~29°C 🌙 Night temperature: ~25°C 💧 Relative humidity: ~60% ⚗️ pH: ~6.0 ⚡ EC: ~2.0 mS/cm 💦 Solution temperature: ~25°C 🌱 Substrate temperature: ~26°C 💨 CO₂: ~639 ppm 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 ? Pot size: 15 L 💧 Watering: ~1.3 L/plant/24h And once again, the important part isn't simply looking at the numbers. It's looking at what the plant does with them. And Pheno B keeps telling us: "I'm good. Keep going." So that's exactly what we're doing. ⚗️ Feeding – She Keeps Asking for More The shared flowering nutrition strategy remains: 🌱 Plagron Terra Bloom – 2.2 ml/L 🌱 Green Sensation – 1 ml/L 🌱 Power Buds – 1 ml/L 🌱 Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L ⚗️ Lemon Kick / pH adjustment as required The current solution remains around pH 6.0 and approximately 2.0 mS/cm EC. And yes... she still looks like she'd happily eat more. 😂 She's one of the phenotypes where I really notice the difference between simply providing nutrition and watching how the plant actually responds to it. She's consuming. She's growing. She's developing. She's maintaining her colour. And she's continuing to build flowers. That's why I'm interested in her. She's demanding... but she's also performing. And there's a big difference. 🌸 The Sister Comparison I also really enjoy looking at Pheno B alongside her sister. Godfather OG Pheno A has her own personality. She has been demanding. She's hungry. She's intense. She's got that Queen energy. 😂👑 But Pheno B has a slightly different expression. She's demanding too... but somehow she feels more composed about it. She doesn't seem interested in making a dramatic announcement. She just keeps growing and quietly says: "More, please." 😂 And then she goes back to work. That's the beautiful thing about having both phenotypes in the same room. The environmental baseline stays similar. The genetic expression changes. And suddenly those differences become visible. You don't have to imagine the comparison. They're right there beside each other. Two sisters. Two interpretations. Two stories. 📸 Behind the Lens I really like the photographs of this girl this week. The wider shots show the overall structure. The closer photographs bring out those developing flowers. And the combination of green foliage and increasingly defined buds makes her particularly photogenic right now. There are plants where the camera has to work hard to find the story. This isn't one of them. 😂📸 You point the camera at her and... there's the story. Flowers. Structure. Leaves. Light. Density. And that beautiful colour. The closer you look, the more details start appearing. That's one of my favourite things about documenting this adventure. The plants are changing gradually. But photographs freeze a moment. Then you put two weeks beside each other... and suddenly you realize how much has happened. 🔬 She's Becoming Very Easy to Recognize At this point, I don't think I'd have much trouble picking this phenotype out of the room. There's a recognizable character developing. The structure. The colour. The density. The flowering pattern. The way she carries herself. It's all starting to come together. That's what phenotype hunting is really about for me. It's not simply finding the plant that grows the biggest. It's discovering those little combinations of characteristics that make one plant stand apart from another. And Pheno B is definitely standing apart. She's becoming herself. 🌿 No Need to Force Her And once again, I'm not interested in forcing this girl to become something she isn't. She's already telling us what she wants to do. She's growing. She's building. She's staying beautiful. She's consuming resources. She's catching photons. She's filling her space. So my job is mostly to observe and make sure the environment continues supporting that process. Sometimes the best cultivation decision is intervention. Sometimes it's adjustment. And sometimes... it's simply: "She's doing great. Leave her alone." 😂🌱 This feels like one of those weeks. Let her work. 💡 Photons, Leaves, Flowers... The Whole Chain I think this is also one of the most beautiful things about the way we're documenting the 8×8. We can talk about photons as an abstract concept. Invisible particles of light moving through the room. But then you look at a plant like Godfather OG Pheno B. You see the leaves. You see the flowers. You see the growth. And suddenly that invisible process becomes very tangible. Light enters the system. The plant captures it. The plant processes it. And eventually... we see the result. Those beautiful flowers sitting there under the lights. That's the part I love. The science is happening whether we can see it or not. And we're simply documenting the visible consequences. 💡➡️🌿➡️🌸 🔮 Where Is She Going? Honestly... I don't know. 😂 And that's exactly why I'm enjoying it. She's on her way somewhere. Heaven? The moon? The top of the flowering mountain? 😂👑🌿 I have absolutely no idea. But I like the direction. I like the structure. I like the colour. I like the density. I like the flowers. And I really like the personality. So let's see where she takes us. There's still plenty of story left to write. 💭 Final Thoughts – Keep Shining, Girl Week 10. And Godfather OG Pheno B continues to impress me. She's demanding. She's hungry. She keeps asking for more. But she's giving me absolutely no reason to believe she's unhappy with the environment. Quite the opposite. She's growing beautifully. She's maintaining that gorgeous green. She's developing dense, well-defined flowers. She's making excellent use of the space around her. And she's catching every photon she can get her leaves on. 😂💡🌿 She's not trying to become her sister. She's not trying to become the biggest plant in the room. She's not trying to prove anything. She's simply becoming herself. And I like her. I really like her. There's something about this phenotype that keeps pulling my attention back. Every time I look at her, I find another reason to smile. So let's not rush her. Let's not force her. Let's keep watching. Let's keep learning. And let's see where this beautiful girl decides to take us. Because wherever she's going... I like the direction. 👑🌿🌸🔥 🙏 Thank You As always, thank you so much to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌱 This project continues to be such an incredible learning experience. Twelve different genetic stories. One shared environment. One room. And so many completely different personalities. A huge thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us a place to document these journeys and share the experience with growers around the world. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Godfather OG genetics and for giving us the opportunity to discover what these phenotypes can become. Thank you to Plagron for the growing media and nutrition supporting the room. Thank you to Future of Grow LED for keeping the photons flying through this jungle. 💡🌿 Thank you to LumiFlora for helping bring additional light into the inner and lower areas of the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping us keep the environment consistent behind the scenes. And finally... thank you to everyone following along. Every comment. Every question. Every observation. Every person who stops by to watch the girls develop. It genuinely means a lot. And Godfather OG Pheno B? She's still here. Still hungry. Still demanding. Still catching photons. Still growing. Still building. Still beautiful. And apparently... still on her mysterious journey toward heaven. 😂👑🌿 I don't know exactly where she's going. But I know one thing. I like what I see. So let's give this girl the spotlight. Let's let her shine. Let's keep watching her story unfold. And let's see just how far this beautiful, hungry, green little powerhouse wants to go. 👑💡🌿🌸🔥 Growers Love, my friends. 💚🌱 See you next week in the 8×8 jungle. 🌿👑📸

July 19: Hi guys and girls, that past has been an interesting week. I have already collected a Cream Cookies and a Zkittlez from the 420 FastBuds and can report the first report in the C.C.C. The other plants grow strong and others are almost ready to be harvested. For example, the Zkittlez that has completed its flowering under the LED lamp is already receiving only water like a second cream Cookies. I must say that comparing the plants grown and flowered under the HPS lamp and the LED lamp I don't find many differences, both plants have produced very dense and resinous buds. As you can also read in my journal C.C.C. both the Cream Cookies and the Zkittlez become part of my favorite varieties 😉 In the pictures you can see how the LSD-25 is a real purple variety. At his side is the Purple Glam Kush from BulkSeeds, which has nothing in purple except the name, but which is producing a considerable amount of buds with the latter plant. Back on the LSD-25 I have to admit that it is really beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. In the future I will make better ones. The Lemon AK and the Six Shooter have grown considerably in height and for this reason I have practiced the FIM with other smaller plants. July 24: This week I tried for the first time to make a resin extract using the BHO system, although instead of Butane I used Dimetyl Ether, a gas made for this kind of extractions made by Daxso. For many years I have used waste to make good hashish using the ice-olator method (water ice and sieves) and recently I also bought a bubbler machine because I am lazy 😆 In recent months, however, I have seen many videos on Youtube of people who made high quality resins with the BHO system and I decided to try. I purchased and used a 50 cm extractor, but I've already bought another one smaller than 30 cm that I want to fill with just buds. I made my first excerpt and could follow the steps in the video I uploaded. Unfortunately to smoke I will have to wait until next week when my new Focus V Card V2 arrives, but as soon as I get there I will keep you updated 😋

------GENERAL COMMENT------ Here e go, last week for the final flush. Piece of cake! 👋 Went in with the overdrive. I noticed some buildup in the runoff as the EC is testing high, little overfeed so I will water with, PH water + Recharge, might cut the Sensi and go with big bloom in this last feed week. Feeding every other day, gave a shoot in constant feeding, alternating the Base+Recharge+PK and the VeloKelp + Natures Candy in the other. Did not need more CalMag. No deficiencies, or spotting, they are growing nicely. ------SM.BB COMMENT------ This girl has less colas but is more resistant to the "diet" I gave than her cousin. I feel like 60gr+ on this girl.

🗓️ Veg – Week 4 complete (2 days late 😅) Nothing but good news this week: The 15L pots are already fully rooted after just one week – much faster than expected. The plants are looking healthy and full of energy 🌿 I’m still going very light on the nutrients – currently at about 50% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule. Still, they’re clearly starting to take in more – you can feel the momentum building 🚀 Regular LST has also paid off – the structure is opening up nicely, staying compact and well-exposed to light 🔧🌱 And here’s a major milestone to wrap up veg: I switched to 12/12 right at the beginning of Week 5 – flowering phase is officially on! 🌸

Ci vediamo settimana prossima Buona settimana coltivatori 😊🤜🌱

Week 7 since we switched the light to 12/12, What’s up fellow gardeners? So this week, things got a little faster because 2 gorilla ladies started to mature earlier than their other two companions, so they had to be given a little different treatment. They needed a little manicure so that the lower flowers could also ripen. Did a moderately severe defoliation on this 2 plants. The other two are just getting fatter and gaining more weight lovely at the moment. The flowers are beautifully full, the VPD is excellent and the resin is constantly flowing seriously. The ladies are still hungry and drinking 5 litres of water every 3 days. The two gals who are ahead got their first ripening cure with Final Part, the other two were fed as usual. The scent is starting to become a little more complex, with a basket of ripe fruit added to the sweetness. I really hope this will stay until the end of the grow and after a good dry and cure process we can get it back in the final smoke.💨🍭 Crisping has started on one pheno on the biggest fan leaves, but I think it’s genetic related so I don’t attach much importance to it.🍁 It really seems like the more advanced of the two should be harvested first, which I think will happen within 2 weeks at most. The other two a week or 1,5 later but it will definitely happen before Christmas time. Vpd.:1,21-1,45kpa Par: 690-1090 ppfd I'll see you soon fello gardeners. Happy farming family!👨🏻‍🌾🌱

Week7 of flower and she is stacking nice and getting thick. Buds are rock hard and coated in resin. Greasy feel that is stickier than anything I’ve ever grown. At least two more weeks maybe more as all her heads are crystal clear.

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Hey hey! So my first week of proper seedling growth felt like it lasted forever! I feel like I definitely overwatered them in the germination phase and for the first few days of being seedlings, dialled it back a bit by giving them an extra day to dry out and they seemed to react well and have a bit of a growth spurt. Note for next grow: When transplanting cubes plant them a bit deeper in the soil, as once you water them the soil compresses causing them to poke out a bit! Also noticed a slight bit of green algae on one of the cubes, just picked it off and covered with soil to hide from light. Measured the PH of my tap water and was surprised to see that it was measuring 8.5, whereas previously it was around 6.5 - 7. Checked online and supposedly I do have very soft water, so i'm guessing this was just an anomaly. Anyway, readings for this water were: Tap: 8.5 Mixed with some Calmag due to my soft water + PH down to balance it: 6.3 Runoff: 5.5 Was surprised by the runoff being so low, going to mix in a slightly higher PH for tomorrows watering (maybe around 6.8~) and see how the runoff turns out. Overall pretty pleased and finding growing SUPER satisfying! It's turning out to be an amazing hobby.

New week starts. __________ 🌞10.05 I've watered my plants with 'Pre-Flowering' GHE nutrient mix and spraiyed them with 'Foliar nutrients'. 🌞11.05 Nothing for today. 🌞12.05 Nothing today. No feeding, no spraying. I'm patiently waiting for the end of a week to make huge defoliation. My babies are big. Too big. 🌞13.05 The same. 🌞14.05 Found few bent up leaf tips. Thinking what it is. Upd: I asked a grow kwestion and got an answer. As a result, I moved my lamps higher. 🌞15.05 The reddish 'rusty' marks shows up between upper leaves veins on 'RG'#2 I suspect sunburn. Asked a new grow question. 🌞16.05 It's definitely Phosphorus deficit combined with high temperature. I've measured income and outcome water and it was normal, so it's not an overfeeding. Watering with 80% 'GHE Tripart' bloom formula with adding 80% of recommended dose of 'Advanced PK' nutrient. Watering: - Ph 6.2, - CE 1.17 Drainage: - Ph 6.25 - CE 1.09 I can't change lamp-to-plant distance, but I can put other lamp in my grow box. I have 50 watt red light grow lamp and I'll change one of my 100W lamps to it tomorrow when the light will shut down. It will be 250W instead of 300W and that should be more comfortable to the flowers, I guess. I grew the mighty 'Critical' with this setup. Sprayed my garden with clean water and that's all for today. ___________ Week ends.

Green House Feeded one is enjoying life and keeps stretching. Advanced Nutrients one moved to left top corner and she seems to be doing better than last week. Light intensisty is at 90% in 50 cm distance.
