Hello Diary, What a trip. I read a lot about the new F1 hybrid strains when they came out and was really interested to see how quickly they would develop. And indeed, in the end I can say that I am very satisfied with the Medusa F1. I planted three seeds but one did not sprout so two remained on the farm. The first Medusa was ready to harvest 68 days after the seed was placed in the ground, the second Medusa stayed a week longer. All the time the vegetation and flowering grew happily and contentedly. I didn't feed them too many additional supplements and they grew as if they were on steroids. After harvesting the first plant, I put it in a cardboard box to dry to protect it from light since the second plant was still on the farm. Drying lasted 14 days, after which I trimmed the flowers and put them in jars. The final result is 116 grams of dried flowers. Medusa F1 #1 - 47 g. Medusa F1 #2 - 69 g. In the end, I can only honestly recommend everyone to try growing this great strain. Thank you all for your support and see you soon with new F1 strains.

So, guys.. This is her first month blooming. 4 complete weeks has passed. Here we are for 2 more. Gave Her a super powerful egg shell fert (all powdered - Phosforium Whelthy.) 07/10/20 - We are in the middle of week 5. Thats the way they look like. For me a good number of buds and they are as dense as I thought they would be by this time. I think everything is under control despite some foxtails cuz the heat. Loving the experience.

Harvested Z1 (Zkittlez 1) at 95 days and Z2 (Zkittlez 2) at 90 days, At week 11 the trichomes were 90% milky with 50% orange pistils. They both received a minimum 2 full water flush, what I mean by that is a good 20% runoff to get all that built up out of the fabric pots. Note to self. 7 Gallon pots were unnecessary for these autos, 5 Gallons would be more than sufficient possibly even 3 Gallon. I believed the yield would be more considering how dense these buds are. I had forgotten Z2 had been massacred throughout this grow, unintentional topping as she was starting to flower and the carbon filter which fell on the plant damaging the top bud and other smaller bud sites. Taking these into consideration and after weighing Z1 I am very impressed by Fastbudz genetics especially under 13 weeks! I added a video of Z1 & Z2 dry weight to show transparency of my end results for this grow. I think better internodal spacing could allow for better bud development hence a better yield. Overall extremely pleased. Z1 = 97gr Z2= 61gr Density of Buds: 10/10 Resin: 9/10 Smell: 10/10 Dry Time and Cure for Smoke Report: 6 days (are now placed in Masson jars open lid for the next 2 days then 30 min x2/day) at Relative Humidity 60% // Temp: 72° F Smoke Report : High THC can be felt but not overpowering. Easily tell its heavier on the Indica side - will only know for sure once I try Zkittlez pheno 1. Curing will take some time. Generally I find 8 weeks minimum tends to give me a good quality product. I will be burping the mason jars twice a day for the next 2 weeks or so and add a 58% Bodeva pack. I prefer 58% vs 62% because I tend to use a Pax vaporizer. 00

End of week one and seedlings are looking good. Sprouted fast, stretched a bit because the light was too far but that was fixed by the end of the week. Leaves are opening up and spreading out fast. Some roots are already showing up on the sides of the cup. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

📆 Week 13, 4-10 January 2024 4 January - Turned light time back 2hrs to a schedule of 14/10, and lowered light power to 50%. This will facilitate ripening by mimicking an autumn environment. 7 January - Flushed system, filled with RO water and 10ml p/gal HG FloraKleen, PH 6.2. 10 January - Turned lights off. 📑 This was the final week of flowering. It will be followed now by 3 days in darkness, giving a total of 7 days in plain RO water. This provides the proper nutrient flush and a small cannibinoid/terpene boost just prior to harvest. Which will be 13 January. She will then be followed by a 7-14 day curing process, where she’ll hang for 5-7 days until the chlorophyll has dried in the leaves, then trimmed, weighed, put into mason quart jars and burped until a RH of 62% is reached/maintained. While in this state the flower will reach its peak potency/flavor in about 30-40 days, and can last for 6-12 months. An overall interesting grow. Especially if you like the color purple. She grew rather rapidly for about 6 weeks as expected from an autoflower, then slowed down and flowered simultaniously. Buds are on the smaller side but tight. There certainly was no problem in resin development as she is quite frosty, sticky and smelly. The trichomes have purple and clear stems with milky heads, about 5-10% amber and 10%(+) clear. All white pistils have turned orange or brown. Genetics are very stable with no signs of foxtailing or hermaphroditism. The only problem I’ve had was with nutrient sensitivity in flower phase - specifically week 8. It will depend on the end product quality as to whether I will grow this strain again or not. My final update will run a few days later than usual, but will include the Harvest and Smoq review information. Sigue en pie esperando a explotar. Algunos esquejes ya estan a su lado en macetas y equiparan su altura. Veremos como entra en etapa de floración con la poda que he realizado y todo el LST.
