Might be time for some defol - gave them all a big defol and chopped the under sides a bit this week. I was feeding half strength for a while but last week was full and this week I bumped ec up a little bit too. 8/20 raised the light a few inches and centered it in the tent a bit to try to get more light bouncing off the walls into the lower canopy

The plants continue to kick ass. New French Macaron and Chem Brulee leaves are all 9-fingered now. Crazy happy plants. Sprayed with light BT spray (trying to avoid any caterpillar issues this year as much as possible) early in the week. Sprayed with light Neem Oil / Castile Soap (no more dawn, no more issues!) late in the week. Today, June 9, I also defoliated a bit. Keep in mind that I don't want to do much this year as far as topping and training, so I've done one simple top on all of the plants, and essentially have created 4 main colas for each plant. I only did this to create some airflow under the plant. I don't plan on doing a lot of this stuff. Gonna let the sunshine do her thing. Even though these girls have some hot-ass super soil in there, I'm still going to be doing some top-dressing. Mixed this up and slathered it on there on Saturday, June 12. ------

Düngemittel: Sie bekommen ab jetzt Brenneseljauche da sie im Outdoor Bereich ist. Besonderheiten: Der Boden um den still herum wurde mit Holzasche behandelt gegen Meltau. -Tag 120 Heute wieder mit jauche gegossen und auf Schimmel kontrolliert, das Wetter soll ja jetzt besser werden, mal sehen ob die Dame gut durch die nächsten Wochen kommt. -Tag 125 Die Buds werden immer Dichter und sie Wächst weiterhin, wir werden sie nochmal Trainieren müssen damit sie nicht mit den Trieben an die Decke kommt. -Tag 126 Heute haben wir sie wieder etwas nach unten gebunden, und ihr Wasser mit jauche gegeben.

6/7 Done a load more training tonight. That's it for the next week or so. 8/7 found some mammoth P, it's 2 years old so not sure how the viable it still is. But I'll give it a try and see. 10/7 introduced some molasses today at a rate of 5ml/L. There are some pre flowers starting to form now hence the introduction of molasses 12/7 nearing the end of week 4. Nice even canopy except for one that I topped. The canopy is thanks to the LST that I did on them. Trying to keep them the same height so the light reach and penetration will be uniform across the whole tent.

It's time for the outdoor flower stage from a 4 week veg, these girls has mature really strong and have took to its transplant like champs. At this point it's all about monitoring there growth and any deficiencies and on my part patience. Feed skip a day then water then feed then water, y'all get the pattern.

So everything took off in flower, I was super harsh with the defoliating which initially I regretted, but was surprised with how they packed out during the following weeks. In general it's impressive how hardy these plants are. Even the outdoor grows yielded some quality. Add some more nuets (overdrive and carbo load), before flushing about 14 days before harvest, next time I'll do this earlier and really the Runtz could have gone another week but my drying needs to happen in the same space as my growing for now. Apologies for the quality of image, I'm just using my phone and some bits I have to document, I collect records too, so expect weird noises lol. Build a rotating plat from a lazt susan I found, has been the best piece of kit added this season.

🇺🇸 Grow Journal – Week 12 | Pineapple Upside Down (Veg) Week 12 of veg — the Pineapple Upside Down is cruising steady and looking stronger than ever. I’ve been letting her just do her thing, focusing on recovery and structure before deciding if I’ll top her later. At this stage, it’s all about patience and letting her build up natural vigor. Nutrient-wise, still running the Athena Blended line, holding the mix at EC 1.4. I’ve been experimenting with Athena Balance, and I have to say — it’s impressive. My base water pH usually fluctuates between 6.3 and 6.8, depending on the day. I add 1 ml of Balance, which actually brings it up close to pH 9.3. Once the nutrients are mixed in, the solution drops back down to around pH 7–7.2, and from there I fine-tune it with a touch of pH Down to land right around 6.0–6.1. I allow a gentle drift down to 5.8, but whenever it hits that mark, I bump it back up slightly to keep things steady around 6.1–6.2. Honestly, Athena keeps the reservoir incredibly clean — crystal clear every time. It’s one of those small details that really makes a difference when you’re running hydro long-term. Temperatures are holding around 22–23°C, with humidity between 70 and 75%, which keeps the environment perfect for steady vegetative growth. She’s lush, healthy, and just waiting for her turn in the flower tent — if I had more space, she’d probably be flipping already. That’s about it for this week — nothing flashy, just solid progress and patience. Can’t wait to see how she performs once she hits flower. Starting to really fill out smell is 6/10 so far very sweet some pine as well

Another week done, finished up week 6 of flowering, week 10 of the whole grow. The buds are continuing to fatten up, inching closer and closer to harvest. Noticed the first few Amber tricombs on some of the upper buds, going to be leaning off the big bud and switching to overdrive to help aid in ripening and the final bulk. I’d like the run them another 4 weeks giving them a full 9-10 weeks in flower. But will judge harvest on a near 45/55 or 50/50, Cloudy/amber tricomb production.

These girls continue to develop but not really swell. I have a lot mixed feelings right now about these girls. They don't have the strong blueberry smell I was really hoping for. So maybe I'm just setting the wrong expectations. They do smell good but not the sweet as of right now. Having said that, they continue to change in smell so I might get what I want. They have really changed over the last week and due to this I started viewing the trichomes. They are looking fairly developed for six weeks. We'll see what happens over the next days.
