Day 42 The plants are showing steady growth and good health. The structure is filling out nicely, with strong branches and vibrant green leaves. Stretching has started, indicating the transition into the early flowering stage. The canopy is even and well-balanced, and new shoots are developing quickly. Iโ€™ll continue monitoring light height and nutrient levels to support smooth growth as flowering progresses. So far, everything looks on track for a healthy bloom phase ahead.

Fifth week of flowering. Too many pistils forming. As it was my first time I made a mistake and let the plant branch too much, so I have a lot of branches with small flowers competing for space on the screen with the big flowers. In my next cultivation I already know which branches to prune at the beginning. Finally, I am waiting to see these buds gain weight. Thank you all and see you next week

Notes for flower week 8 Watering Days. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio, or combination, of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates. These are/will be DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added-in larger, then smaller, ratios while the "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 120/50 (last feed was day 117/47) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of purified water (starting with 17ppm) mixed with 699ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to the feed then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.35 (7.4 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I am making a new feeding standard for all my plants) I got ~15 cups of runoff (~20 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase, might let her go to 4 days and 2.5 next feed. It could be a result of the knitting needle treatment when feeding. Runoff was tested at 6.15ph and 2010ppm (6.10ph and 2070ppm last feed) - again thinking it could be a result of the knitting needles. Top soil tested at 6.65,6.48,6.6,6.81 for an avg of 6.635 (6.372 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 7.0ph again as I'm still liking where the ph is finally going, but rather see it closer to 6.3 or 6.4 top and bottom. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit and I will continue to monitor runoff ppms as I expected this to be lower with less runoff but have to consider they maybe washing out salt with the knitting needles. Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 7.1 in +4 days (124/54). I expect I will run 700ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again, but expect that to be my last large feed before harvest around Christmas. Day 124/54 (last feed was day 120/50) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 251ppm) mixed with 709ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and 45ml of Roots Organics HP2 (0-4-0) to the feed, then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.13 (7.35 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. (a practice I am making a new feeding standard for all my plants) I got ~27 cups of runoff (~15 cups last feed). Higher runoff volume was expected with the feed volume increase as well as previous knitting needle aeration. Runoff was tested at 6.21ph and 2100ppm (6.15ph and 2010ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.57,6.41,6.3,6.39 for an avg of 6.42 (6.635 avg after last feed)- next feed will be 6.8ph as I'm still liking where the ph is finally going. I dont see any issues with the feed's data other than the possible calcium deficit Next Feed should be 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water ph balanced to 6.8 in +4 days (128/58). I expect I will run 400ppm and 2.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) again, but no more HP2. I expect to start flushing her out with lower nute levels from that next feed point.

Flowering day 18 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) The ladies have recovered well from the cold thanks to the heating mat and have developed beautifully ๐Ÿ‘. During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately ๐Ÿ‘. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water and put into the 100 liter tank so that the water can stand and I'll have enough next week :-) Otherwise everything was cleaned. Have fun and stay healthy You can buy this Nutrients at : https://greenbuzzliquids.com/en/shop/ With the discount code: Made_in_Germany you get a discount of 15% on all products from an order value of 100 euros. You can buy this strain at : https://www.ripperseeds.com/en/feminized/kmintz-feminized-cannabis-seeds Water ๐Ÿ’ง ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ง Osmosis water mixed with normal water (24 hours stale that the chlorine evaporates) to 0.2 EC. Hello welcome to week 3. Poppy is suffering a bit from overly harsh LST but still growing. I broke a node today and it's really awkward to fix. I am not sure the node will survive. Day 17: The node did not survive. Whoops. Oh well more space for growth I guess. Day 18: Poppy has recovered from the LST now and is vegging fast. Fertigated 2l Day 19: Slightly adjusted LST. Poppy is really stretching out now. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 20: Not taken photos yet, about to fertigate. I have noticed she is looking a little darker in the tips and has a vague blue sheen to her in places. I am going to reduce her nutrition a little bit. Day 20.5: Performed LST and took off three big leaves. Poppy is a pancake again. Fertigated 4l

July 7, 2020 update... Houston... We have lift off!!! Flowering has officially begun with all four ladies. The actual heights of the 4 ladies is as follows 24" & 26" (indoors) and 21" & 24" (outdoors). The indoor plants are also much bushier and have more nodes. The outdoor plants are looking more like old school autos just focusing on a main central cola. I gave all of the ladies a LST bend and tied them down at a 45 degree angle. This is to allow better light penetration to the lower bud sites and usually results in several branches producing fat colas, not just the top. I am starting to see some bug damage on the outdoor girls. I have been trying to use companion planting of Basil, Chives, Spearmint, and Oregano as natural bug deterrents, but that's not working as well as I had hoped. I also sprayed them once with Safer End-All. Its OMRI listed and recommended by 'The Rev' of Skunk Magazine and True Living Organic fame. I'd prefer not to spray them again, especially as they get farther into flower. Any suggestions for keeping bugs away from my girls would be appreciated - hit me up in the comments. ๐Ÿ‘

@MephistoGenetics, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of โ€‹โ€‹3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 10 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this Illuminauto 21 - Sour Crinkle will turn out. Illuminauto 21 - Sour Crinkle (Grape Crinkle x Sour Crack) Two of our fastest and frostiest varieties collide to make a sweet and sour delight! Expect super frosty, compact nugs that won't be a toke for novices. Destined to be a great strain for extraction work too! Plant size - Small - Medium Cycle time - 60-65 days from sprout Indica/Sativa - 80/20 Frost level - Extra Ridiculous https://www.mephistogenetics.com/product-page/illuminauto-21-sour-crinkle -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-25. Week 5 starts. Added a video of the girls. Gave the girl water and nutrients. This girl is 27 cm high and have grown 7 cm in 7 days. I flushed the girl yesterday with 40 liters of tap water. Im lowering the humidity in the room with a dehumidifier and try to have 50% air humidity. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-29. Installation of the New light rail in the grow room. Its Advanced star light V 5.0. Added a video of it.

A lot of growth this week, decided to up the ppm a little with more rhino skin, plants looking pretty healthy, no signs of pest, nutrient burn, or disease. I do have a little wrinkles on the leaves but Iโ€™m not sure what causes that. Fan was blowing on it a bit so it grew slanted but sturdy, and I noticed the second set of leaves was pretty close to the first, donโ€™t know whether I should pull the light a little further back. Noticed 2 bags around the tent, so I put cinnamon over the top of the soil and ordered fly traps.

This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The broken mainled blue has fully recovered from last week's damage, and is quickly catching up the my other mainled experiment. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, but is still the weakest of the 3. The strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

This guy is one of the easiest I have ever grown, barely needing any water or nutrients, but he us just spreading out great. Should have a few nice little colas. I know what this light can produce, so anything near an ounce would be phenomenal. Peaceout Mosuckas
