This week has been slow. Weather has been really bad. Superskunk is now dry and I’ve started the cure. Dry weight came in at 42g so I’m happy with that. I had a little sample tonight and it wasn’t a nice smoke. Snow Ryder shouldn’t be to long now but the weather doesn’t look to good this week. The second super skunk isn’t still going strong. I found a couple of caterpillars on her but not much damage.

Last week

Very fast seedling process, seeds stayed soaking for 24h and in the water they were already showing the first white root hair, another 48h in the paper towel and the day I potted them up they showed cotyledons. They took around 11 days to reach third node and complete germination but honestly I belive it could be faster if in better enviroment, mainly the humidity which was low and I transplanted them a day late. From day 5 I started feeding them exact same nutrients and ratio from the first vegetative week but starting at 0.4EC and increasing by 0.1EC/day until 1.1EC

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/6/2024- Germination Day 12 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/6/2024- Germination Day 13 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/7/2024- Germination Day 14 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water.

The new growth is coming in a little limey, we insist on reusing Promix so PH is always a bit of a rollercoaster lol.. no sweat, usually a gallon each PH'd to 5.5 with 5ml/gal N solution will get them back to baseline..we seem to have the same issue with most plants grown in our basement during summer, I'm sure the super high humidity and low evaporation rate has something to do with it... if they don't come around after the adjustment, they'll spend some time under the HIDs, this always straightens them out..we topped the mainline for the last time today for 8 mains per side, as well as another full round of toppings on the x2 LST plants... thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy growing everyone!!! ❤️🐱💡🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_ 8/22/21 🐱 Quick update, the mainlined plant is showing signs of calcium deficiency which is odd, with our routine we almost never have Calcium or magnesium issues..its really only noticeable under the florescent lights on this one but we'll have to make changes.. they all have plenty of calcium in their media so I'm wondering if the PH has gone screwy in that pot.. we reuse promix which gets really acidic sometimes and we add lime to buffer this but we guess a lot and may not have used enough (or waited long enough)..I know when our media gets around 5-5.5 calcium deficiency is a huge issue..ill add a little more calcium to be sure and will try using water PH'd higher (6.5-7) and see if this helps anything. These ladies continue to grow so tall with no signs of slowing down ok stress or nutrient burns. I never knew the autos would get this tall!!! Is this normal for them? Not sure they continue to grow and bud. I'm going to keep moving. I know it's too late to top them again. All is well. I just don't know how much higher my lights can go. I have a very very large tent and it's almost to the top. Can't complain. We'll see how they turn out. Happy farming

After harvesting this plant, I will be drying in a 60% R.H for the next ten to fourteen days. After drying I will be curing the buds in the grove bags!

HARVEST WEEK 112 DAYS 50 VEGGING 62 FLOWERING + 2 Days Dark Rest. This week has been a week of bringing out a great smell. I have done all I can, myths, about dark resting, drying the plant whole, roots and all has been done. I can see the resin glistening, hard to see on camera but it's there, they are hard and very sticky. Only 1 out of the 3 loss their complete rock hardness and that was the Purple Og Punch, in fairness the leaf to calyx ratio is high, so is expected, the other 2 have got softer since the dark rest, but a lot lot sticker, so, this must be normal, if someone was just coming in, they'd just say they rock hard but I mean they were that hard if you threw 1 at a wall you'd wanna be ducking or you might get knocked out🤣🤣, ok, maybe not that hard. But they are super sticky, so super hard nugs I can forego for the price of sticky buds. I'm expecting on the dry+cure they'll harden up as the density is there, and go back to the way they were, no doubt. She has been struggling to hold herself up right, so, I hung her with roots and all, gave her a good shake. I usually just put up a harvest but because Idk what the smoke will be like, I'm not going to put ☆ up as you can't change them, hopefully GD will fix this, but they got a whole site to look after and the system they got now works, so hopefully on the next upgrade, who knows. But I'll leave the mark and smoke report/dry weight all in the 1 day now, I'll just be adding my own harvest week. As many ppl do who wanna rate after they sample. She has many colas, a lot of unevenness, but for my 1st mainline, really, it's just a shit load of LST and a T shape, as a real mainline has exact or thereabouts the energy should be even, (every cola) But in saying that, I'm happy. Not sure about wet weight I don't bother with that anymore, as I don't have a hang weight scales and I'm not chopping my plants up 2 get one neither, so guesses will do, I usually put up 5x the dry weight as wet. Will update harvest week with all results in one blow so when it goes live ppl can see it for what it is and not miss out on smoke report as that doesn't get posted, the most important part, well, I think so. She got a nice fade going. Been feeding just ph’d water this week. Idk if she’s slowed down drinking or if my soil is a little water logged but the pots definitely staying heavier throughout the week. Dropped my light closer to the canopy but lowered the I reality slightly cause temps were creeping into the 80’s. I think we’re cruisin. Can’t wait to see how she turns out.

This week went by quickly. They're doin their Pre-Flower stretch and getting big quickly!! I added my Pre-Flower mix to them this week. My Nutrient Pre-Flower Mix consists of H20, Coconut, Bananas, Pineapple, Sweet Potatoes, Kelp, Alfalfa Meal, All Organic Non-Pasturized Whole Milk, Epsom Salts, Black Strap Molasses, and L.A.B. or Lactic Acid Bacteria. First, I boiled the coconut, pineapple, sweet potatoes, the bananas, and left the skins on as well except the coconut of course! That I had to split in half and make sure to keep the water inside to add to the boil. After boiling everything I then let it cool and then added it to a blender to blend little by little. After blending I left separate and placed into the fridge. Then I took 1 Tbsp of Alfalfa Meal and 2 Tbsp of Kelp, 500mL of the milk, 2 Tbsp of Epsom Salts, and mixed them in a 750 mL bottle. Then I took 1L of the mix and added 2 Tbsp of L.A.B. and 2 Tbsp of Black Strap Molasses and then shook the bottle well! Then I took the 750mL bottle and the 1L bottle and fed that to the plants adding 250 mL of pH H2O to the plant as well to flush the ingredients all into the plant with the H20. I wanted to also note that I choose to slowly defoliate so that the plant doesn't go into shock and also fan leaves collect light in all spectrums so taking too many off at a time could hurt or slow the growth of your plant! The amount of light your plant takes in daily is called DLI or Daily Light Index. Overall, they're really growing and have a ton of bud sites developing! I'm excited to see the growth weekly and their colors!
