End of week 9 One word - Voluptuous! The neighbours are definitely smelling it now, luckily the terpene profile on all of these plants make it smell more like a citrus farm. Another smooth sailing week and I have noticed some of the ladies are drinking less and the leaves are fading more and more every day. I am preparing for harvest as the girls are almost screaming to be cut down but I’ll be patient. I’ll be using my grow tent as the drying room because I can keep the environment in check. Making sure all my effort is not ruined by a rookie mistake such as not drying properly. Removed some dead leaves and thats about it. I’ve basically just been checking my PH and watering through this entire grow. It’s cool being easy and easy being cool!

Everything North and South is booming in Veg except for the OGK. It neither likes its soil or the humidity and temperature so I chopped it back and hope for the best.

This plant was quite bushy and I had to get rid of a lot of lower growth, leaves and mini shoots, gave it a pretty aggressive stripping and half ass lollipoping. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. Day 27 flower: I love the Gz strain with a passion. The colours that are beginning to shown on all of their buds are beautiful already and they are not even half way through yet !!. #1 is by far the biggest girl with so many tops going for her final yield weight. #2 is plodding along still in her indica stout kinda way. forming ok too #3 was the tallest of the 4 and had to be supercropped to get the lower buds some light down there. gave 5 mains a 90° bend. #4 is still a little lady but is making nice bud stacks for the party too. They are getting sticky icky now too and smell really fruity when rubbed a little well done Barneys Farm

Never heard of weedseedsexpress before coming to grow diaries. Saw the contest as a great opportunity to try new seeds, and I was very surprised with the outcome. 100% germination rate, super strong plants, easy to grow, when it comes to pests and plagues, also performed well... even tho one was chopped because of becoming hermie, didn’t had any other issues with it. They like space to grow! And taking 2kg from 5 plants, to me, it’s an absolute record! I’ll definitely wanna try now more of @weedseedsexpress and recommend you guys to try them too. Weed has been drying now for 4 days, so, pretty soon I’ll be able to add the final weight!

Hey everyone its the final week for this beauty.what a pleasure to grow she was and i will grow this strain again for sure. She drinks a whole lot less then before and the trychomes are turning amber and the rest are milky so she will be cut some where on the end of this week. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. Poor Skunk Apple really is the runt of the litter. I think we can blame my rookie mistake of giving it a gallon of water that was way too strong. It's been struggling to recover ever since. Hopefully this little guy will catch up eventually, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Well, another year has come and gone. Yesterday was New Year's Eve, and I want to wish all of you a happy and healthy 2025. May this year bring you all the things you've been wishing for. Let's make this the best year yet! I can't believe how much my plants have grown during this stretch! It's like they've been on some serious plant steroids. They've all at least doubled in size, some of them even more. I have a hard time with overwatering, especially now that it's harder to let them dry out. I just don't know if I'm damaging the roots with all this growth.
