17/07/25: Weather is super shitty for the middle of July, so not so much growth for the past couple of days! I hope it will get better soon and from now on it's just a matter of patience and slowly watching the buds thicken up! 🌿 Curious to see how long they need until harvest! Planning to the end of August at the moment, so up to six more weeks to go 👍🏼

Day 42. General Hydroponics maxigro every other watering. Frosting up nicely.

EDIT: I've added some pics and video of my negative pressure setup to ensure no smells in my little 8x8 office! In fact, this room has the freshest smelling air in the house because it's constantly filtered XD This is what hospitals do when they quarantine people -- they put you in a negative flow room so any drafts you feel under the door, from the ceiling and windows, microscopic holes in the room, etc are going INTO the room, and exhaust is controlled through some decontamination method (I'm unfamiliar with that part of it). This week was a huge struggle with the clones. Self-inflicted. I was going to keep them in the buckets for a while, but when I watered them mid-diary-week pot A was not draining even though it has some decent drain holes and rocks on the bottom. I tried digging out the sides down to the bottom to try to open it up, I tried mashing on the sides and bottom of the pot to break stuff up... But it just would not stop being a pool of standing water :( So, I had to do an emergency transplant into the new perlite hempy bucket. Now other than a washed out soil/root plug about the size of my fist, I'm hydro in 100% perlite. (Manual Hydro though, I am the pump! :P) Been giving it MaxiGro since, and I think it actually really loves being in the perlite :O After having such success with the transplant for A, I decided to transplant B right after just because. But, I didn't cut one of the LST strings all the way :facepalm: When I went to lift it out I didn't get very far at all and the main stem snapped off, leaving only one fan leaf and some tiny growth! I figured since it has a healthy root system, it'd eventually recover / stabilize. So I did one of those "whistle while sweeping it under the rug" things, and just put it back the way it was. I've noticed a bit of growth today on official end of week clone servicing day, so I went ahead and transplanted B into a hydro bucket too! Gave it 2-7-7 cactus food and a splash of CaliMagic, the higher P and K of the cactus food should help it recover faster (or so I've read). We'll see how this goes moving forward. Even if it's a flop, it'll at least be a learning experience. I've moved plenty of plants from pot to pot, but never from grow medium to grow medium -- which is actually quite stressful and dangerous to the plant if you don't do it perfectly with all the precautions in place (like using gloves so you don't touch the roots!) I'm excited at the prospect of not having to screw around with soil any more. I can just rinse and sterilize (will use steam most likely) the perlite and it's good to go for the next grow! A shout out to someone I met on here that has been patiently answering all my questions regarding the hempy buckets, perlite, hydro nutrients, etc. I don't want to reference them by name because I don't want to risk causing them to receive a flood of questions from a bunch of random people.

Day 71 from seed the plant seems to be coming along nicely and flowering stretch has come to a end . I cut some of the lower branches that were carrying some flower because there was no way they were going to develop on time with the higher branches because of lack of light penetration at that lower level and since nothing well happened to those lower branches she can start concentrating her effort and energy on to the higher buds. Day 71. Girls are still stretching !!! Will supercrop biggest Blue Dream this Monday or maybe Sunday if i am lucky. I think next watering is on Saturday and it takes 2 days , so i can do it only before watering, less damage to plant and hopefully quicker recovery !!! But they reach sky, so no other way ! This week will be updated after main actions. Amazing run ! Day 72. Supercrop and watering day, before this - plants look amazing, but they reach sky and will go hermie in shade most of the time. Will update AFTER ... ;)) Job done ! Moved monster to the corner and supercroped her hard, left two colas untouched. Think Blue Dream #2 could need same drastic measures ;))) All girls got feed, raised lights to max. Hope stretch is over, otherwise half of harvest larva buds and i already cleared plants heavily ... One more round of defoliation for sure ! Day 75. Blue Dream took supercroping like nothing, still reduced watering on 25% for two goes, tops already standing up, leaves reverted to new horizont and hopefully no bananas !!! ;)) Girls got water with CalMag and video is straight after last round, i water in 3 rounds, 30 min inbetween, have no run off most of the time. Sie soll süß, fruchtig, tropisch schmecken, hört sich nach einem prima Dampf für den Tag an. Andiamo Tag 7 -12: Wieder seit Tagen keinerlei Fortschritt. Ya iniciamos esta deliciosa variedad . Muy contentos con nuestros trabajos y resultados como cultivadores ! Ganamos el segundo lugar en el diario del mes de agosto ! Un proyecto realizado desde marzo ! Uufff tremenda experiencia . Muchas gracias por el apoyo! Ahora con esta variedad iniciaremos este bello diario ! Auto american pie del banco pyramid seeds , deliciosa en sabor , terpenos marcados y un thc de 19% aprox ! Que riquísima , ideal para el día a día.. Mi técnica de germinación es 100% efectiva ( si la semilla está en buenas condiciones ) La hidratamos 24hrs + 48 hrs en germinación en papel absorbente + 22°C + oscuridad absoluta ! Se hidrató el 22 de septiembre del 2021 y se puso en el papel a sus 24hrs . Todo lo anterior es una calculacion dependiendo del dia , la temperatura , y la calidad de la semilla , me ha tocado ocasiones que la semilla demora hasta unos 4 dias en germinar , demaciado dura ... Ya vamos a ver que me entrega esta belleza ! Gracias madre tierra padre sol... Se pasó a sustrato la madrugada del dia 27 de septiembre . Buena evolución ,hoy 29 de septiembre , crecen bastante bien
