The first grow week of our White Diesel Haze Auto from Sensi Seeds is now complete. After being stuck inside her own seed for three days at the beginning, she seems to have recovered from this little mishap quite well. She is still growing somewhat cautiously, but she is definitely lively and steadily reaching towards the light.
At the beginning of the second week, we increased the PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density) to 400. This should give her enough light without causing unnecessarily large internodal spacing. After just seven days, of course, everything is still wide open, so for now we’re giving her the time she needs to develop and find her own rhythm.
We also gained some first practical experience with the ATAMI nutrient system this week. The dosing syringe works very well in principle and allows for really precise dosing. The handling does take a little getting used to, though. But that’s exactly what these contests are all about: trying things out, gaining experience and finding out what works best in the end.😁

Die erste Growwoche unserer White Diesel Haze Auto von Sensi Seeds ist abgeschlossen. Nachdem sie sich zunächst drei Tage lang in ihrem eigenen Samen festgesteckt war, scheint sie diesen kleinen Startunfall inzwischen ganz gut verdaut zu haben. Sie wächst noch etwas zurückhaltend, aber durchaus munter und zielstrebig in Richtung Licht.
Zu Beginn der zweiten Woche haben wir den PPFD (auf Deutsch: photosynthetische Photonenflussdichte) auf 400 angehoben. Damit sollte sie genügend Licht bekommen, ohne dass die Nodienabstände unnötig groß werden. Nach gerade einmal sieben Tagen ist natürlich noch alles offen, deshalb lassen wir ihr jetzt erst einmal die Zeit, sich zu entwickeln und ihren eigenen Rhythmus zu finden.
Auch mit dem ATAMI Düngesystem konnten wir in dieser Woche erste praktische Erfahrungen sammeln. Die Dosierspritze funktioniert grundsätzlich sehr gut und ermöglicht eine wirklich präzise Dosierung. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Handhabung allerdings schon. Aber genau dafür sind solche Contests schließlich da :) ausprobieren, Erfahrungen sammeln und schauen, was am Ende am besten funktioniert. 😁

I'm trying to bend the plant to the right, but the stem is very thick and powerful, and I'm afraid of breaking it, so I'm letting it grow at almost 45 degrees

*Week 4 Flower 09/24*
Both Mimosa girls appear to be running fine with Mimosa (1) running a little behind but is catching up accordingly. Small oversight in early growth resulted in a minor stunt but she is improving dramatically.
Water Feed has increased by half a gallon ( 1gallon clean - .5 gallon nute feed)
*Week 4 Flower 09/28 - Mid week update*
Both plants are flowering accordingly - Mimosa (1) is a bit taller then Mimosa (2)
Buds are becoming dense and covered in trichomes.
No deficiencies - No areas of concern - Potassium and Phosphate feeds continue
*Week 5 Flower end of week recap - 09/30*
Both Mimosa's are flowering nicely - Budsites covered in frosty trichomes.
Mimosa (2) looks shorter but that is because her COLA was tied down to expose bottom budsites.

Finally these long legs are getting some leafs! 😅
First week of veg went smooth and the ladies seem to be recovering well 😌
Bumped the led power, reduced the distance to plants and applied the first feeding with a leftover from a previous grow so it doens´t go to waste... proceeding next week with the aptus premium line! 😉

Hello Diary.
The first week of flowering is over, so I started photographing more detailed plants and I will now start photographing on a black background as well, since they are much more interesting and beautiful now. 😍
As seen in the photos, Haze has grown quite large in the first 30 days. It has reached a height of 93 cm which is close to the limit my farm can handle.
Given the height of the Box of 180 cm and the distance from the light should be 35 cm, the height of plants up to 110 cm is the maximum acceptability. I hope Haze Berry stops before he reaches those 110cm. 😏
My plan is to do defoliation in a day or two. Watering has become quite difficult due to the amount of leaves and branches but I think it will come in handy to aerate them anyway.
The flowers are developing nicely and there are many of them, Haze looks like some weird Christmas tree. 😇
I still add BioBizz as scheduled for the current week and add CalMag but only preventively in a smaller dose. Watering is on average every two to three days.
The second Haze (which didn’t sprout on the first try, so is now a week late), I put in the middle and placed a pot underneath to bring it closer to the light.
I am satisfied with how the plants are developing, they have good conditions and I think they are enjoying my "Little Farm". 😎
Let’s take a look at what happened this week.
17/10/2020 - Day 24.
Watering and changing the light. I added BioBizz according to the schedule for the first week of flowering, I replaced Fish-Mix with Bio-Grow. I still add 1.5 ml / lit of CalMag for prevention. p.H. I dropped to 6.5 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick.
After watering I changed the light mode to 20/4.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 41% humidity.
20/10/2020 - Day 27.
Watering. Same procedure as three days ago. p.H - 6.5
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.2 degrees and 43% humidity.
21/10/2020 - Day 28.
Photographing and measuring plant height. Since the beginning of flowering, the motives for painting have doubled :), so the number of photos has increased.

Alien Vs Triangle starting to get huge. Impressive for 2 weeks old. Gave her an overdose of Recharge this week and I think it paid off! I'm betting she double (or triples) in size this week. Stay Tuned!👍

By next week she will probably be done vertically growing.
You would never say she had issues to start off with.

This plant is doing better than anything I have, and it gets the least sun...what a champion.

This plant got very hungry, it started pulling food out of the leaves violently.
The soil it's in is a bit stronger than it would be suitable for, so I thought it would have longer food and if there was nothing to do with each other, but it turns out that in a week there is less than the case with the 1# plant, which is in a much better soil.
With a little delay because I'm a lazy stoned person, and in addition the responsibilities regarding the plants are already starting to grow, and I also have a lot of work around the garden and then I don't always arrive in time to release the update.
The plants are progressing well, but now they are already hungry, so the next watering is for food.
Two days ago they were topped for the third time, I also topped the two highest side branches.
Yesterday was the end of their eighth week, the pictures are also from yesterday.
Last night I sprayed them with SMC for prevention, but none of those pests can harm the plant outside as well as inside..first of all, the plants are much bigger, and therefore have much more leaf mass, and secondly, it is nature, there are many of them in nature, the only thing that can destroy them all are caterpillars during flowering and mold when the humidity is too high or when there are frequent rains, everything else does not worry me at all.
Tomorrow I will move them somewhere where there is a lot less grass because now they have already filled this space and they can't expand any further, so in order for them not to get too long and to go wider I have to move them where the grass and other plants won't bother them.

Segue tudo normal, a planta de trás já está com 10% âmbar, vou colher essa semana, a outra da frente vai mais uma semana e as da esquerda provavelmente mais 3.

Welcome growfessors! Harvest time for Do-si-dos! This gal is looking great after her last week in the tent. She developed a little foxtailing over the past week, but she did bulk up, pack on more frost and is sticky as molasses!
July 11 dry weight of 83 grams. Smooth smoke, mellow flavors.

After so many weeks of sitting around 69% relative humidity, I decided to look into how suboptimal that really is. Turns out, pretty suboptimal. That's danger-of-grey-mold territory. So I shelled out for an upgrade. We've gone from a 100mm 170m³/h extractor fan to a modern 150mm 587m³/h version. The difference was immediate, even running at 75% of its capacity. It was even cheaper than the original! Technology is advancing even if we're going backwards.
The weight of some flowers have begun buckling their stems, so I've given them support using some wire on the scrog net. Bought a bigger watering can too, so I'm giving her around 11L~ (a full can) every three or four days as necessary. (update: since the change in RH and massive increase in ambient temps, it's 11L every 48 hours~ish)
Her main cola is way too close to the light for comfort. If I could raise it I would, but we've been out of room for a while now. Astonishingly enough, no signs of stress as yet. Maybe some foxtailing? No discoloration.
Smells lovely already, if I disturb her at all the air becomes a stage for subtle wafts of something heavenly lmao.
Fingers crossed as always.

Day 36 - In the picture, I demonstrated the efforts I put in for leaf tucking, the back half, so that light can get deeper in the canopy. A had also removed all of the flowering cover crop to prevent it from going to seed. It served its purpose and now serves as compost for my outdoor garden.
Day 37 - This plant does not slow down! It is maxed out, for my preference, horizontally. Stretch is slowing down. Bud growth will now be the focus.
Day 38 - She really needed a haircut, so she got one. Everytime I do this, I honestly scare myself. I know the potential these plants have, but a mistake that would cause additional stress to the defol can change everything.. cover crop is also cut down and breaking down in my outdoor garden. One last spray down before buds appear and a good feeding to push her through this heavy strip. Love to see worms hanging out on the surface of the soil, breaking down all my top dresses.
Day 39 - She's praying to the skies! This plant isn't skipping a beat with vigorous growth! You can see how all those lower sites are now getting adequate lighting!
Day 40 - Realized I had stopped adding picture to demonstrate her height. She's a great height! Honestly taller than I had imagined! Nodal spacing is super tight at the top. She's going to have some huge nugs! Really debating on getting another natural co2 generator to get higher levels during peek flower. Loving this plant!!
Day 41 - Looks like I havent even taken any material off this plant! I almost wish I would have done a higher lollipop... I need to stop second guessing myself when I lollipop. Now I must ponder the thought of removing more material, or adding some side lighting.. excited to see these flowers start to stack!
Day 42 - Life got a little busy for me. I stopped writing down daily changes or updating this. I still did my best to get daily pictures and videos. I will write about the grow as a whole when harvest day comes.

This past week was a major turning point for the girls. After the rough transplant stress and dehydration, they finally bounced back and are now showing strong, vigorous vegetative growth. The transplant into final 20L smart pots together with Big Plant, mycorrhizae and a drainage layer of clay pebbles seems to have kickstarted the root zone really nicely.
The girls were topped this week and handled it surprisingly well. New tops already started pushing hard and side branching is waking up fast. Bio Heaven definitely seems to help with recovery and overall vigor — new growth is looking healthier, greener and more explosive every day.
The LED is performing beautifully so far. Internodal spacing stays super tight and the plants are stacking very compact and bushy, exactly what I want for the upcoming SCROG run. Structure is looking ideal for training:
low profile growth,
dense branching,
tight node spacing,
nice lateral expansion starting.
Next phase now is:
spreading the branches outward,
starting LST,
opening up the center,
preparing for the screen.
Currently watering every 3–4 days with around 2L of nutrient solution per pot. The smart pots are drying back nicely and the medium still feels airy and healthy.
Lower yellowing leaves are still showing some leftover damage from the earlier stress period, but the important thing is that all fresh growth looks healthy and active now, so I’m not worried about it anymore.
