Their 5-gallon air pots ready and waiting for the girl's final home. This week 7-13 consisted of plain ph 6.6-6.9 water only. I gave a capful in the morning and evening. Until the plants are big enough to go outside, I will be using my AC Infinity tent and equipment. Once outside, I will be watering with well water and recharge and any additional fertilizers or amendments will be determined at that time. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. Now we can proudly title Opium the best Indica you could dream of growing! Indoors these plants mostly stay mid-height (1.5 m), reaching up to 2.0 m out of doors. Depending on your height limitations, Opium flourishes universally in grow boxes, balconies, green houses and terraces. Due to its Afghani parentage, this strain can stand hot weather if provided enough water and some shadow. Responds well to any training techniques: ScroG and SoG, LST, topping and FIM, supercropping. The start of blooming is marked with a rush of growth, when plants stretch almost 1.4x. Expect heavy colas that often require additional supports. Whilst ripening, Opium gives off a pungent earthy stench with fruity and berry undertones, also a bit of pine. Ready for outdoor harvesting in October. The stoning psychedelic impact of Opium is like being hypnotized (unless you’ve had too much, then it feels more like a blackout). 10. Woche Sieht bis auf paar Probleme eigentlich gar nicht schlecht aus. Ich habe auch so langsam die Balance raus für den Dünger und weiß jetzt, wie ich den in Zukunft richtig anwenden kann 😄

Placing a dehumidifier or humidifier in the grow box turned out to be ineffective when both devices have their own automated settings. For instance, a humidifier set to 55% humidity works within a ±5% range, meaning it waits until the humidity drops below 50% to turn on and runs until it hits 60%. Since its sensor refreshes every 30 seconds, it might show 54% one moment and jump to 61% the next—not exactly stable at 55%. The dehumidifier behaves similarly. To achieve more consistent results, it’s better to rely on a hygrometer inside the grow box and use “dumb” devices that simply turn on when powered. Connecting these devices to smart outlets provides more precise control. For manual control, I maintained around 55% humidity by turning the humidifier and exhaust fan on and off via phone. Most moisture and aroma are released during the first three days, then taper off. The common rule of “when thin branches snap, it’s dry” led me to overdry my buds. A more reliable method is to monitor the hygrometer. When humidity stabilizes after the initial rise, wait one more day and then jar the buds. Rehydrating Overdried Buds: Overdried buds can be revived with a small piece of mandarin (or orange) peel, about 2.5x2.5 cm. Thoroughly wash the peel (even sanitize it if needed), cut a square, and place it on top of the buds in the jar. In my experience, this brought the humidity from 46% to 62% within 4 hours. Afterward, burp the jars for 15 minutes and monitor the hygrometer. If the humidity drops below 55%, return the peel for a few more hours. Once stable at 60-62%, remove the peel and continue curing, burping the jars twice daily for 15 minutes. As for humidity packs like Integra Boost or Boveda, I used them because I had some lying around. These packs are designed for 12 grams of product, so they don’t make a big difference in larger jars. If you burp jars daily and gently rotate the buds, they’re not really necessary. Trimming and Results: After 7 days of drying, I decided to trim dry this time. It turned out to be somewhat more convenient—everything gets covered in resin anyway, but the remaining leaves easily fall off, speeding up the process. I went for a tight trim, removing as much as possible. During the process, I felt disappointed seeing how little remained on the branches. The buds turned out airy and small, and I started cursing American genetics halfway through the trim. However, when it came to weighing, the results were surprisingly decent. Considering the buds' poor appearance, they’re not going to impress anyone visually, so it might have been easier to shred everything and use it for extraction. I don’t have extraction equipment, so I’ll make cannabutter from the trim, and the buds can rest in jars for now. Takeaways: Use a proper hygrometer for humidity control, not built-in sensors on humidifiers or dehumidifiers. Overdried buds can be easily rehydrated with citrus peel. Daily burping and rotation are sufficient for curing without humidity packs. Dry trimming can be faster and more convenient but may highlight issues with bud density. Despite underwhelming appearance, high resin content makes the strain great for extraction.

📆 Semana 8 El cultivo sigue avanzando con inercia en esta fase final, con los cogollos terminando de coger cuerpo y firmeza. Los cálices se ajustan y compactan, dando una sensación más sólida y pesada en toda la estructura floral. La resina continúa acumulándose y aporta un recubrimiento más denso y visible, con tricomas en su mayoría lechosos y aún en evolución hacia su punto óptimo. La planta mantiene buen ritmo, centrando su energía en rematar calidad y terminar de llenar las flores. El conjunto se mantiene sano y uniforme, mientras el aroma se vuelve más profundo y persistente, marcando claramente la recta final del cultivo. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Ehi ragazzi come va? Spero tutto bene come a me! Le temperature elevate delle ultime settimane, sono state molto stressanti per le ragazze ma nonostante questo la genetica Barney'S farm si è fatta predominante ed insieme alla sorella Fastbuds Apricot auto hanno praticamente fagocitato l intero spazio della grow box, destinato come progetto iniziale di 4 piante, purtroppo sappiamo bene come sono andate le altre due ragazze, ma diciamocelo, di sicuro non staremo a piangerci addosso perché questa cookie KUSH auto mi sta veramente sorprendedno, altezza di 98cm e un sacco di sviluppo delle cime laterali che sono stra colme di gemme a forma di biscotto che si stanno sviluppando in modo davvero grandioso sia in numero di fiori che di nuovi fiori, che di compattezza delle cime, nonostante il caldo abbia portato a formare delle cime un po foxtail, ma spero che questo problema rientri nelle ultime due settimane che mancano alla raccolta, la temperatura sarà dai 26 ma x 30 gradi, quindi clima controllato ideale per questa ragazza che sprizza di resina da ogni nuovo fiore! Spero che la situazione continui così, anche se ho notato una carenza (spero) di calcio e magnesio che mi è capitato spesso anche in altre coltivazioni organiche, a cui avevo somministrato c02, si vede che aumentando il metabolismo andavano in carenza di cal/mag... ma purtroppo io non sono ancora così esperto da capirlo da me stesso ed essere pienamente sicuro della soluzione migliore da adottare.. Si iniziano a sentire odori speziati di legno stile KUSH!! Non vedo l ora di provarne gli effetti su me stesso 😝 ringrazio come al solito la mia grande famiglia Mars Hydro che ha reso tutto questo paradiso in terra possibile, in un paese come il mio in cui la legge è contro questa mia bellissima passione! Week 1 of flower in the books and they’re all stretching nicely. Root mass is in good shape and starting to conform to the Rez walls so it’s gett’n tangled in there. We’ll move over to full bloom nutes in the coming week and hopefully cotton balls within the next 2. Alls good for now.

I realy love this amazing purple strain, amazing smell of strawberries...Strawberry Fields Forever xD=)) I got 21 grams because use 2 gal pot, and in outdoor daylight is 12-11.8 hours. I will grow indoor too.

10. Woche Ich finde sie sieht soweit gut aus, denke sie braucht im Vergleich zu den anderen Ladys noch ne Woche mehr Zeit habe ich so das Gefühl, auch wenn ich rein nach der Optik gehe. Alles gut, ich habe kein Stress und lass Pink Runtz Auto die Zeit, die sie braucht. Damit sie auf den letzten Metern noch mal einen ordentlichen Schub machen kann 😄

Start of week 4 and the washing machine looking great, got the scrogg net laid down and will be just tucking branches back under the net. After digging out the Jaffa plants which were not growing at all we realised that they came in soil not coco, after cleaning off the soil and treating with super thrive and great white, giving them a new mix of Coco and some food at 1.0ec they begin to show signs of life 🙌 Hopefully they catch-up with the washing machine. Not seeing any major signs of deficiency or toxicity atm

Less than a week left, I've been reducing nutes and will be flushing with ph'd water twice before harvest, everything is sticky, smelly, and some of these skinnier/weaker branches are bending from the weight of the buds now 😎 Pistils are mostly all changed now (trichs are looking cloudy as well) and the leaves on the Cheese are yellowing, looking like she's ready so is the GDP but not quite as much.. These Pineapple Skunk plants could probably go a little longer but I will be harvesting the whole tent on the 55th day of flower, monday the 8th. then they will dry in the tent (hopefully at 50% rh, 67 f) for a few days before trimming and jarring, cheers 😃

The pheno hunt winner is finally down! 🌱✂️🦍🍪 The buds turned out beautiful and extremely dense, with that proper Cali look – rock-hard buds all around. The mid-buds from the second video were trimmed a little less, but they’re still super dense and looking beautiful. Very happy with how this pheno turned out! 👌

The height growth on Kings Juice had stopped from past week and half but the buds are looking good with quite amount of tricomes. Lemon orange is a giant now with some good strong bud growth. im only afraid its close to the light approx. 10 inches; so far the bud feels good and firm. Also been adjusting the water PH time to time and doing top of water with gallon and half for both DWC with the strong mix mentioned, as well as PPM balance between 850-900 for both. Lemon Orange so big and fat, I cant even access Kings Orange!!! I want to fix them but removing trellis net with LST cable tied to them is a freaking NIGHTMARE!

Plants are extremely thick and should have been thinned a little dining the flowering phase. This is the end result. Live and learn. Drink plenty of water.
