May 31st Everything is looking good after the LST from last week, I said I was going to swap them into flower and I realized that I should wait another week or so as they will be going into a new home so to speak. Updates coming next week for that. Doesn't look like to many PH issues anymore or whatever was happening but the plants seem a bit happier now June 1st I Figured today would be a good day to do a bit of defoliation on these girls in order to get some more light down to the newer growth. I didn't take a ton off as you can see, but for the size of the plant I suppose it was a decent amount. I read somewhere that a general rule of thumb is only defoliate roughly 30% of the plant at most. I'm not to sure if it is true but I tried to stay within that general rule. June 2nd, I decided since I would have them in veg for at least a little while long I would top them again. After topping I gave them some water and nutrients. I know I said I would do straight water for the next one but I went for it anyways as it seems the flowering mixture may be giving it some deficiency's. So I gave them the recommended feeding for heavy veg growth. I gave about 3L to the bigger plant and around 2L to the smaller plant (as it was still a bit moist but it wasn't damp). My crappy soil tester was saying my soil was at around 8PH so I figured I would aim to feed around 6ph. With the small amount of runoff from the smaller plant I did A PH test and the PH seemed to be around the 4.5-5ph area. My liquid ph meter arrived broken so I am waiting for the new one, therefore I am using the general hydroponics liquid test kit. I presume my soil ph is lower then the water I have given seeing as it went from 6ph water to around 4.5. Next feeding I will aim to feed at 7PH. With the defoliation I just made sure that the tie downs were decently tight still and moved what I thought needed to be moved. June 3rd,4th Not a ton to update on. I didn't get any pictures for these 2 days. June 5th Some obvious problems going on with the bigger plant. I am guessing it is the PH issue but I am still unsure. The one browned leaf I accidentally squished in the tie down while I was low stress training it so it got a bit damaged. Other then that the plants are growing decent. Im not sure why I didn't have more pictures for today but I mainly took problems of the problem areas. June 6th Not much going on still. They are still just hanging out not doing to much. It was a busy work week so pictures in general were a bit lazy. I will try to get more for the upcoming weeks. Big news for next week!

Transplanted from solo cup to 8lr pot

8/12 day 64 plants in smaller pots suffer a bit from nutrient deficiency. Living soil seems to fit better in large setups, anyways they will be feeded with tap water only until i chop them.

Looks like they are okay and growing well. Cant wait to see them with big flowers in a few weeks.. Doesnt really looks like they are flowering yet.

Not much to say but things are progressing slowly. It seems the Amnesia autoflowering CBD from Dinafem is one of the frostier strains so far. The humbolt blue dream is pretty sticky too. I updated this week with a video.

Alle 3 Babys haben sich von der Größe her nochmal verdoppelt in der Blütephase. Habe gestern noch CANNA Terra Flores Düngemittel für die Blütephase gekauft. Ich hoffe dass es jetzt nicht schon zu spät ist für die Anwendung?

Week 2 of flower roughly and all plants have begun the shift to cotton balls. Except for the males of course but, they’re grown som hefty sacks also😉. As it turns out we have 3 males, not 2. That might present an option to harvest pollen off one of em to actually save for future use. We’ll see how it goes. Other than that - all plants are performing generally well. Certainly we’ll enough to make some seed babies so let’s get to it. I figure nuts start bust’n in about 2 weeks or so yall! Giddy up and slap dat ass - we gotta make ourselves some bit ‘o awesome😎. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Busy week for sure. At the start of the week I started seeing the trichomes develop round heads as they were maturing. It's been very cool to see the difference in them every day. I had some trouble at the start of the week getting the ATS300 angled correctly because of my Dad's cowboy setup, but it definitely worked for a while and I'm grateful. Luckily, we managed to get an AC Infinity 642 ordered and got her in there ASAP. The tent is 72 inches tall, and it's only supposed to be 60! That gave me some extra room above my canopy for the light/exhaust etc. and actually saved me a bit to be honest. Although this was started as a 2x2 grow and I had no intention of straying from that, my plant became such a beast that I did all of this to be safe. My second grow will be a lot more organised! I installed an upper trellis a couple of days after putting the 642 up. Again, I became a bit disorganized with training (for example, I took my LST ties off too early, removed my lower scrog net when I took her out of the 2x2, and I focused a bit more on defoliation). This net will pretty much be for support only, but it will definitely help even out the canopy. The trichomes, again, are looking great as I hope the pics show. Just anxious I defoliated too much as a novice because I don't want my buds to grow slowly. I also had an issue with high heat (28-30C) for the first couple days in the 642 while I was sorting the ventilation and placement of the dehumidifier. Now it's sorted. Day 63 Today the plants show clear signs of being in an advanced flowering stage. The buds have become dense and well-formed, covered in a noticeable layer of crystal-like trichomes that give them a frosted appearance. The foliage across the canopy is mostly a healthy deep green, while some of the lower leaves display lighter shades and patches of yellowing, creating a visible contrast between the top and bottom of the plants. The flowers are clustered tightly around the branches, and many pistils have begun to curl slightly, indicating ongoing maturation. The indoor environment, with reflective surfaces around the plants, highlights the structure and texture of the buds. Overall, the plants appear stable, developed, and progressing steadily toward late flowering

Honey Cream is almost ready (Aiming for 15% amber trichomes), another week or two and the first tops will come out. The smell is very pleasant, a bubble gum, sweet and almost ripe berry smells, very intoxicant ! Power flower is stacking nicely, but still with no smell, very frosty too. Special queen #1 is also doing amazingly, specially being in a pot, 2.25m and stacking EVERYWHERE ! The smell reminds me of an amnesia haze, very pungent on the nose ! Old Lemongrass is doing a little bit worse, her leaves yellowed a lot, but hopefully it will get fixed by next week. Trichome production is considerably slower than all the other strains, but she is stacking for sure. Smells of a very pleasant sweet lemon.

Pflanzen sehen ok aus Eine zeigt leichte Wachstumsstörung bzw. defizite, die anderen wachsen recht gut Gab in den ersten Tagen ein Bewässerungsproblem mit überwässerung deshalb musste die Erde für ein paar tage erst wieder trocknen bis ich erneut gießen konnte.

Hi liebe Community and Welcome Back! 💚 Im ersten Tetraploid Grow meinerseits, habe wir aktuell richtig starke Entwicklungen zu verzeichnen. Die Pflanze hat von Beginn an einen guten Start hingelegt und sieht richtig Vital und Munter aus 😉 Nach der fünften Wachstumswoche, geht die Pflanze in einen heftigen Wachstumsboost! Sie hat alle anderen Pflanzen überholt in der Höhe wie auch in der Breite. Ich habe die Seitentriebe etwas zur Seite gebogen, worauf sie sehr gut reagiert haben. Dadurch bekommen sie etwas mehr Licht ab. Ab heute kommt die Pflanze in die Blüte! 💚 Ihr Aroma ist sehr grün und frisch, so ein wenig wenn frisch der Rasen gemäht würde, allerdings mit einer leichten typischen Cannanote. Mena continues to blow me away with her sexiness! Sparkling away, the buds are so beautiful. Light green, purple, white, orange, yellows, all coated in a thick dusting of trichomes. The smell is moorish, a sticky sweet aroma of mandarin infused fuel! Continuing the flush, not long now for this foxy lady! Love, the doctor
