This is a great strain from a great seed company in Canada, 34 street seeds. I have had great results from germination to harvest with their strains and these Cookies are no different. Nice tight nugs, some great tasting hard hitting smoke 💨 They grew easily enough, no disease or weirdness that couldn’t be solved by proper NPK. This would be a great strain for beginners looking for an easy harvest, with some good bud to show. I definitely did not maximize the potential of this strain this go around, but I still have 2 seeds from the 5 and it will make it back to my garden again. ❤️🇨🇦😎💨

Raised lights an inch and switched to FF Grow Big 10/ml/gal. Working on getting humidity up and temp down, such a conundrum. Added humidifier outside the tent next to the vent in. Plants look really good. The Pineapple Chunk is the biggest still but a little less dark green than the Presidential and Fruity Pebbles. Fruity Pebbles was the smallest but at the end of the week it seems to be almost as big as the Presidential.

Another solid week of this lady just vegging along. MegaCrop is fueling her growth and she's really guzzling down the water, nearly 16 oz every 18 hrs. If there was a mini hydro category in this grow off I'd decimate all 🤣... Stay tuned I'd say we'll be seeing pistils within a few days, then the fun begins!!

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Hello Growers & Tokers! Ladies suffer no stress from being topped. This is the last week of vegetation so I defoliated them before making the switch to 12/12. Taking away the big fan leaves from the middle and cleaning the bottom of the plants. As you can see these leaves are thick so taking them away will definitely give more light penetration. I take of the first node off and on the second and third node; I take off the first and second nodes. I also bent to top branches of one because she was a bit taller. No need to add support yet but I'm it'll be necessary throughout these next weeks. Take care out there and happy growing!

Continuing LST and also did a super light defoliation only took off some of the bottom leaves that were still touching the coco. Also switched on the bloom switch as well at the end of the week. Also sprinkled a bit of Diatomaceous Earth on the coco coir especially at the base of the plant, and also sprinkled a bit on the leaves as well although that wasn't intentional

The plants have officially started flowering and are looking strong and healthy! 🌸 Unfortunately, I ran into a nutrient lockout in the soil, so I flushed each pot with about 20L of pH-adjusted tap water. This brought the runoff PPM down from around 2000 to about 900. For this next watering, I’ll be giving only plain water and checking the runoff again. Based on the readings, I’ll decide whether to resume nutrients on the following watering—and if so, whether to start with a half dose or go back to a full dose. So far, the plants seem to be handling everything perfectly, and I’m excited to see how they develop through bloom. 🌱💪

Into week 8, growing well, buds continue to stack up on this very singular up and down outdoor plant. Smells good, excited to see how the next few weeks go. Scratched 1/4 cup of Coast of Maine Fish Bone Meal into the soil and watered late in the week.

Great grow went as planned for the most part as usual little one and big one were both great smoke so stinky and sticky ! Always love running theese

Started to feed gradually (that was wrong, should start to feed at least 3ml/l of base) from 1ml/l to 4ml/l at the end of the week 3. Runoff EC was very low (0.4EC) and pH too high (6.7) Adding more nuts solve this, now it is more stable (EC 0.8 pH 6.2). Still using CalMag foliar but got some burns, applied it too early (20 min before lights off) Anyway the growth is vigorous.

The girls are fine 👍 We're starting a flush before harvest soon 💪 The smell coming from the tent is really awesome :)

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I've stopped closing up the tent at nights now. The plants are so far along in flowering they won't turn back to veg, even with the neighbor's lights on. So I'm not in there twice a day now. So I was a little surprised to find spider mites. The grow was going so good I thought I missed the bugs this year. But they showed up. I bought a Hypochlorous Acid Generator last year last year early so I was prepared. I used it at full strength last year for spider mites and I got yellow leaves after a couple of weeks. I guess the leaves got a bit fried at full strength. So this year I'm trying it at 1/2 strength with a drop of dish soap to help choke those dam spider mites. It's a little pricey, but I'm hoping to get years of use out of it, to make up for the price. Everything else is going good in here. Started flushing yesterday with PH adjusted tap water. The tap water used to be at 6.5 ph for years, but the water counsel found out that 7.5 ph water is better for you. So I have to adjust it. It's 1 drop of ph down per gallon and it makes it 5.7 ph. water. It will be 2 weeks more of flushing and then harvest. With the Panty Punch male plant ... I've seeded 1 branch of each plant and I've pollenated 4 clones too. They are - The White, Amnesia Lemon, Critical OG and Pink Kush. I'll send you some free good regular seeds if you want to do a diary on them. I learn from your diaries so I can improve my breeding technics. So if you would like some free seeds, privet message me and we can chat about them. I send them in a Christmas card with an international stamp. It cost me about 3 dollars Canadian. I don't mind.
