Major changes here at Night Owl summer camp. Have had a rodent problem! Something has figured out a way to get into the dormitory (greenhouse)and had a feast on my plants. Five branches off the Harvey Wallbanger, and two each off the Vanilla Fizz and the 91Grapes. Oh my gosh! I needed to do something else. My wife gave me a spare bedroom for a grow nursery! What a girl I have! So spent the day yesterday moving tents and hanging lights and got the girls all situated in the new dormitory away from some vampire in the night. Will give an individual plant update shortly. ***ok, back. Let’s start with the Harvey Wallbanger. Miss Harvey was on her way to becoming my most interesting grow to date before she was devoured by some creature of the night. She’s a cross of Orange Diesel and Cookie Smasher and even at this early stage of flowering she’s producing a nice glossy sheen and sweet aroma to match. She is a towering 48 inches making her the tallest autoflower that I have ever grown. She is slender and resembles the structure of a clone but I believe her flowers themselves will be massive in size and trichomes production. To date she has yet to make a single leaf with more than five points on it. She is truly interesting. Next let’s explore the Vanilla Fizz. Ms. Fizz didn’t get it as bad as Miss Harvey but suffered significant injuries as well. Loosing two full branches and enough bottom bud sites that the bottom 30 percent is now already cleaned up. She is the bushiest of the three with plenty of growing bud sites. Standing a proud forty three inches tall she comes in last in height but may be stacked up the nicest. Last but certainly not least comes the 91Grapes. Since she received the least amount damage from nightly feastings we are going to feature her until harvest. Only loosing two branches and not much else she was spared from destruction. She is massive!!! Not a massive amount of vegetation just in size over all. She’s 44 inches tall and big enough around for a bear hug. She takes up the entire 40 inch by 40 inch tent all by herself. She was probably spared damage due to her size. Pom poms are everywhere as is evidence of cheerleading practices and she is captain of the squad. Going to have to get a little more creative with the way watering will be conducted in the future. The formula 707 soil is for retaining moisture in outdoor conditions so I am afraid that it will retain moisture indoors and be a pest problem.

Day 63 Fiona handled the defoliation really well so I LSTd her one (last?) time. I think the intense stretching is over and from now on all that will grow are her many (!) flower sites 🌸 First pistels showing and you can already smell her. Day 66 Fed her 2l with half the recommended dose of nutes. She is so happy with life right now, she started praying 🙏😍 She is not growing in size anymore so the daily LST sessions are over. Day 67 Just when I thought Fiona couldn‘t make me any prouder, I found a calyx that seems to indicate she is going to develop the red/purple optics promised for 60% of the strain‘s plants 🤞

It's been a wonderful week despite a handful of deficiencies mainly affecting the UKBS varieties. UKBS 2 seems to be getting hit with a phosphorus deficiency; which fingers crossed will be solved next watering. UKBS 2 had some PH issues which led to multiple deficiencies, those seem to have been remedied at this time as no further symptoms are appearing. I really want the weather to get nice already, the tent is turning into an absolute jungle and I need to clear some space. I'm quite glad I've never tried to flower 4 plants in a 2x4. 4/3/2021- Did some bending and twisting, as well as a bit of defoliation with UKBS 2, to make it branch outwards slightly as well as lighten up on how much shade it's creating in the tent. 4/5/2021 - Some kind of cal/mag issues are cropping up on UKBS 1 and Carl 1, looking to resolve those ASAP.

Girls still stretching during the last week, couple really got up over the net but they are on the sides of the tent mainly so no biggy, looks like we might get a couple big ass buds off some of them on the flip side. Lol looks like 3 of the 4 seem to have made a run for the light, but the 4th is staying short and squat. I actually have another banana bomb going in a separate tent from the same seed pack started at the same time, just put her into flowering 2 weeks earlier. That one is under LED but it too stayed short and squat. I spread her out on a single screen and she barely stretched at all, no need for the second screen. So I was not really expecting these other 3 to go so dam big! Lol we will manage though like always. I tried to turn up the light to 1000w for a few hours too but they didn’t seem to like 300000+ Lux...lol kinda thought so, but I figured maybe with the light movers I could hit them with a bit more but not the case it seems, they came up to high over the screen and my lights maxed out height wise. They seem to be happy with the 750w now so we will keep it there. I’m still trying to figure out these light movers so I think that also had a play it the stretch as well, I believe I had them pausing to long at each end and the other end was to long without light, making them stretch more. I’m starting to dial it in I think for my setup now though, just takes trail and error and a long time to wait to see any changes. Lol this is my second run with this light mover setup now so I’m learning more each time. Well that’s it for now, we will keep on keeping on. Cheers!💨

Y empieza el cultivo de los esquejes. De momento están recien metidos al armario pequeño con la luz flojita (dos barras led de 14w) y encuanto se aclimaten todos, los pasaré al armario grande con la luz grande puesta al minimo 300W. La intención es llenar el 1.5x1.5 con los 4 esquejes (3 esquejes y una semilla pero eso). La semilla es de la blue zushi, los esquejes son de la Kritical GB (de GB Strains), Critical (de GB Strains), y la Pakistan Valley Early Harvest de World of Seeds). El cultivo va a ser organico basado en un supersoil, pero añadire potenciador de raices, enzymas y otros productos de base organica. El único producto mineral que usaré será CalMag para suber la ec del agua a unos 0.2 al principio e ir subiéndola hasta unos 0.4 mas o menos. El agua va a ser literalmente del aire acondicionado, que me tira mas de 8L de agua destilada al dia. HE DE DECIR QUE EN ESTE DIARIO EL TEMA DE LAS PRIMERAS SEMANAS NO LO ESTOY REGISTRANDO BIEN YA QUE AL SER MEZCLA DE ESQUEJES Y SEMILLA NO QUISE PREOCUPARME MUCHO POR EL TEMA SEMANAS PERO BUENO. ESTA QUE ES ESQUEJE BUENO, DIGAMOS QUE ESTE DIARIO VA A PARTIR CON 2 SEMANAS DE CRECIMIENTO EN LA MACETA DE 1 LITRO ESTA QUE TIENE. YA TRATARÉ A PARTIR DE AQUÍ LLEVARLO MEJOR CONTROLADO.

She is off to a great start. I sprouted her right in the rockwool in the DWC. Looking forward to see what we can make this lady do for us. My tent seems to work best with mature plants in the 36” range although my setup can handle 60” in height the width becomes an issue. I plan to flower her when she is about 16” tall.

Overall growing this girl was as simple as watering and feeding when says she’s ready. Didn’t have to really do anything extra with her and she pretty much took care of herself the entire grow. Can’t wait for her to dry so I can give her a go around.

White Castle aka Iced Widow has a light smell, very pleasant and floral! Each branch will easily have a quarter Oz on them ! This girl is a big producer! I have found a seed here and there, unfortunately my other plant in the tent hermid on me and I didn’t see until to late !

I'm very happy with every aspect of this run. The buds are super frosty with a heavy head high that's great for relaxing after a long day. I recommend this strain to everyone looking for a trainable plant. She handled everything I threw at her. Amazing genetics. I'll be running Dinafem genetics again in the near future. Also made some full spectrum bubble hash and pressed it into some super clean rosin. Cold pressed at 170° for 45secs in a 25u bag

D29 Did top dressing with bone and kelp meal as well as worm castings. D31 Performed a little more LST, a few more days and I will let her do her thing. D32 More LST exposed lower nodes and evened out the canopy. D33 Removed all bonsai wire and rolled down the rim of the pot to even it out with to soil, more airflow. D35 Not much growth but overall looking pretty good. Heatwave last couple days keep temperatures higher than desired.

🌿 RS11 "C" - The 186cm Balcony Monster! 🏙️🌲 ​Let's go! This RS11 "C" is going completely crazy out on the balcony and just does not know when to stop stretching. She is turning into an absolute giant! ​📈 The Details / Progress Report: ​Towering Height: She has officially hit 186cm tall! 🤯 The vertical stretch on this girl is unreal, and she is building a super thick, sturdy main stalk to support all that height against the outdoor elements. 🦒 ​Still Vegging: Just to clear things up no, she is not in flower yet! She is a true photoperiod plant, and since we are growing outdoors in Berlin right now, we are still getting about 16 hours of daylight. She is strictly in her vegetative phase and taking full advantage of the long summer days to build this massive frame. ☀️ ​Lush Canopy: If you look at the close-ups, her foliage is absolutely flawless. The fan leaves are massive, praying hard to the sun, and rocking a deep, healthy green. Zero signs of pest damage or nutrient issues. She is completely thriving in her balcony environment! 🍃 ​Pre-flower Tease: While she isn't flowering, those top nodes are getting super tight, and you can see some strong stipules and early pre-flower action. She is perfectly prepping her structure so she's ready to explode when the light schedule finally flips. ​💧 Next Steps: With her standing at 186cm, wind support is the number one priority right now. The main goal is to make sure she is securely tied down and supported against any strong balcony gusts. Besides that, I am just keeping her well-fed to support this massive vegetative growth and waiting patiently for the Berlin days to get shorter so the real flower show can begin! ​She is looking like a total beast! Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now almost halfway through flowering which is 4 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster last week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also switched the Medic Grow light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of last week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 44" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 40" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 tent is starting to really fill up and they are just now starting to smell. I was out of town all weekend so I was unable to make a time lapse video but I will update next week. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range.
